Mystery (Music + Skyfilms)

Adarian tried to keep from looking, but at this point it was to late. He couldn't stand knowing he hurt her, but he also couldn't stand her being hurt period. "Eliora, you will be ok. Just hang in their." he used a towel that was already used. He wrapped it around her foot and applied a lot of pressure, but careful he didn't hurt her worse.

He wasn't sure what to do though, for he wasn't good at this kind of thing. He just wanted to let her know he cared.

Eliora choked out a sob when he put much pressure onto her foot.

"I'm sorry, you're hurt..." She pointed out eyeing his chest then up at him. Her eyes where watering as she bit down on her lower lip, and reached behind her for the needle and thread she use on Adarian earlier. She'd have to sow up the largest hole for sure ands he wanted it finished.

He moved her hand away with an open hand. He felt a new unknown emotion towards her. He looked into her eyes, unable to comprehend his feelings. Unable to control himself, despite their serious injuries, he leaned in until her lips met hers. All he could hope now was that she felt the same way.

Eliora was confused at first looking down at his hand then up at him. She was about to question what he was doing but was cut off by the delicate touch of his lips, her heart rate picked up as her blue eyes where wide with astonishment. But slowly her eyes fluttered shut her hand that he held gripped his hand tightly returning the kiss. She questioned why she felt butterfly's in her stomach now, and questioned why she felt so giddy. Like she was suddenly realizing something, a feeling she must've hidden away earlier in her life.

He realized what they were doing and quickly pulled back. "I'm-I'm so sorry..." he looked away, embarassed. A murderer can't develop feelings. It doesn't work like that.

Eliora opened her eyes, taking her hand away from his hand. And looked away at her foot,

"Ya..." She trailed off, then reaching back once more for the needle and thread. But couldn't shake off the butterflies which flew in her stomach as she pushed the rag off her foot the bleeding slowing.

"No." Eliora replied a little to quickly, she then cleared her throat.

"Um no...You said it last night this is your home now..."

"well, i don't want to make matters worse..." he looked at the clock. "It's 2 in the morning, we better get to sleep soon. If there is anything I can do to help your injury, it will speed up time so you could take a shower. I'm fine, dong worry." Adarian spoke very quickly and unclear. He was just saying things so he would forget whats going on.

Eliora threaded the wound quietly after he spoke not wanting to draw any more attention to herself then wrapped up her foot after cleaning it. She looked over at Adarian, as she swung her legs off the edge of the counter and fell down wincing as she set pressure on her right foot.

"Alright but-" her voice was cut off by the ring of her phone and she quickly picked it up it being her boss.

"What...I'm coming." Eliora took a step forward tripped getting off balance but didn't think about it. She grabbed her keys unlocking the closet and grabbing her trench coat.

"There was another kill I've got to go. You. Rest." She ordered quickly as she stepped into some brown boots to conceal her fresh wound.

Eliora nodded no, "I have to go I'm sorry. I'd invite you but you need to rest." She reached for the doorknob.

He got up, and neared her. Pain still not kicking in from his injuries, he hugged her from behind. "Be safe and be careful, Ells. I'll be ok." adarian whispered in her ear. he smiled, ready to ease his body and mind and get back to normal.

Eliora smiled as his arms wrapped around him,

"I will," she stopped realising what she was forgetting and ran to the kitchen or well slowly limped and grabbed her pistol slipping it in her pocket. Before walking out,

"Rest." Was the last thing she said before walking out to her car.

He didn't rest. He quickly wrote a good bye note and stuck it to the fridge. Adarian had promised he wouldn't leave, but even he couldn't keep a promise. He thought about turning himself in, but that would make it worse.

Eliora left the scene with the new information she had, her foot had gone numb with pain but she didn't care not slowing down as she slid into her car. Letting out a scream of excitement, she was shaking with joy.

"A witness!" She squeaked out, as she started the car and drove back home. That women would need therapy after what she had seen but at the moment Eliora didn't care. This is what cases would do to her make her forget about people's feelings. She wanted to question the killer, know his reasons, methods. At this thought she pulled up to the curb of her house the time around four but she wasn't tired any longer.

Adarian was back at the start. Nothing, and no one to care for him. Which is better than what it could have turned into.

He couldn't, and wouldn't stop thinking of Eliora. Everything about her made him wish they never met, because friends is as far as it would go. But that didn't mean he had to go around killing people for amusement, but murdering those who deserved it.

Eliora entered the house quietly sneaking inside, giddy with the new information. She walked inside the kitchen ready to clean up the mess which she had forgotten about but paused in mid movement at the sight of a piece of paper on her fridge. Limping over to it she read it over it saying....

Elioras eyebrows knitted together in frustration, her hands crumbling up the piece of paper and throwing it at the wall.

"You said you wouldn't leave!" She screamed desperately, though she knew he was to far away to hear her words. Her hands where balled up into shaking fists as she pounded one of her hands into her fridge. Why, why did he always come back only to leave she questioned. Her hand throbbed but she didn't think about it pounding her hands down onto her marble counter in irritation. Did she do something? Eliora groaned loudly before sitting on the ground, and let out a shaky breath.

"My father always had an obsession with keys..." She began the familiar story again in hopes that it'd get her mind off of Adarian before she did something stupid. The mention of her father always calming her though he was rough on the outside he'd always be caring with her.

Maybe now it's time to visit my parents and apologize to them. He thought to himself. The rain began to majorly pick up as he thought about his next few choice. A gun in his pocket and a knife wound that would have ended it anyway.

Tears couldn't disguise themselves as rain behind the mask. He loaded the gun, lifted it to the side of his head, and muttered these words. "I love you, Eliora."

With that, he pulled the trigger. The bullet went straight through, killing him instantly.

(he isn't dead btw. His body has no limits.)

Eliora ran a trembling hand through her snow white hair,

"A phone, he has to have a phone...or something.." She spoke to herself searching through her phone just in case she had his number though she knew she didn't.
