Mystery (Music + Skyfilms)

Eliora looked at him, blinking her as she swayed slightly. She could have fallen asleep right then but stopped herself, "well, the keys are on the rack by the door, be careful and lock the door."
 
"You're welcome," She gave a weak smile before trudging up the stares, she entered her room shutting it and and forgetting to lock it behind her. She took off her clothes and pulled on a tank top and some shorts which had small sheep on them. Before collapsing on her bed, to lazy to pull the covers over herself as she gripped the pillow next to her tightly.
 
Before taking off the keys off the rack and whispered, "Eliora, I will do everything it takes to bring justice to this world." He unlocked the door and opened it. Evidently, it was pouring. Stepping out and taking in the smell of fresh rain, he took out his clown mask and headed out on his journey. Someone will suffer for me tonight. Again, someone will realize what they all did to me.
 
Elioras dreams where haunted with the normal nightmares. When the door opened downstairs she whimpered quietly in her sleep. Oblivious to what was truly happening.
 
Adarian breathed in the cold, misty air. Blood. Death. Murder. He closed the door behind him, but it was unlocked as he walked down the steps that led to the road outside of the house. He almost took her car, but that wasn't the smart idea. Taking out the folded mask from his hidden pocket on the inside of the jacket, he put it on. With the mask on, he was officially a different person. New body, new mind.


he arrived at a trailer park after an hour. Screams escaped from the walls of one of the only lit trailers out there. Normally his attacks were random, with no point in them, but this time a man physically abusing a women was about to die. He arrived to the door, and ran into it, shaking the whole trailer. The man inside cursed, and opened the door.


As the man opened it, there wasn't anything there. He looked around, but everything was quiet. As he shut the door behind him, Adarian pushed the door wide open. He charged at the man, throwing him into the counters of the kitchen area. The guy grabbed a knife to defend himself. "Ge-get any cl-closer, an-and and I'll kill ya!" Adarian didn't hold back, but moved closer. The other guy lunged the knife into his chest. Adarian stumbled back, but took the knife out of his chest and slit the guys throat. Blood spurted out like a fountain as screams from the girl and the man erupted throughout the trailer. He was going to die of blood loss, so he let the man suffer. He looked towards the girl, dropped the knife, and walked out of the trailer holding his hand over his wound.
 
Eliora awoke when her nightmares became to much. Her forehead was smeared with sweat as she panted. It was the same dream as usual, every night it seemed she'd have it. Ever since she was a child, but she's never shared its contents even to Adarian. Eliora pulled her tank tops strap back onto her shoulder and got out of bed. Knowing she wouldn't be able to stay asleep after such a dream.


"Adarian.." She called out into the hall her voice shaky. "You asleep?.."
 
Adarian took off his mask before barging into the house, forgetting that Eliora was asleep. His wound was deep, and he wasn't sure what to do. He went into the kitchen, and took off his shirt exposing his wound. He was rather fit, more buff than you would think looking at him with clothes on. He took a hand cloth and ran it under hot water, before applying it to his cut.
 
"A-Adarian?" Eliora called out her voice full of fear. She reached into a drawer when she received no response, her fingers gripped a pistol. She came down the satires silently the gun held up high. She heard them inside the kitchen and pushed the gun directly into the back of the stranger.


"Get they'll out of my house." She spoke through clenched teeth, pressing the gun deeper into their back.
 
"What the hell?" She yelled seeing his wound and tossing the gun on the counter.


"What happened.." She questioned sternly, "tell me now."
 
The blood on the hand towel was starting to drip onto the kitchen floor. "I...The killer... I saved you... Help me..." He grunted, falling to his knees. "Ell's..." A small pool of blood began to grow, expanding to the toes of Eliora's feet. I won't die. I won't die.
 
Eliora tore open a drawer and took out a rag removing his hand from his wound and pressing the clean one onto it.


"Just. Breath." She ordered placing his hand back onto the rag for him to hold the rag there as she went to another drawer grabbing some cleansing alcohol and wipes.
 
He looked at her face, realizing he as wrong about her. These actions couldn't be coming from her heart. Acadian was so foolish to believe it all these years. She was only slightly better than the others. She only cares for him because no one else will. A thought of her death by his hand came to mind. She would be forgotten like the others. It was too good to be true.
 
Eliora un screwed the thin cap of the alcohol and poured a bit of it onto one of the wipes. She reached with her other hand and gripped the dirty red rag removing it from his wound. Her lip began to tremble before she bit harshly onto it to conceal. Her hands where delicate and light as she dabbed at the edges of Adarians wound.


"When I perform autopsy I usually tell the people I'm working with stories." She paused moving closer to the wound.


"It....it calms me down...do you mind?" Eliora questioned referring to if he minded her telling stories.
 
Adarian didn't reply, but screamed out in terror of his thoughts. Moving his hands through his hair, he became very aggravated. He stood up, ignoring Eliora. She was helping him and he wanted to murder her for it. "Eliora... Run." he demanded.
 
Eliora took a step back reaching for something to keep her steady. Her hand knocking over the glass alcohol container causing it to break on the ground behind her. She was confused, afraid of what was happening.


"W-Why.." She stuttered, her hand gripping the edge of the counter and her breath quickening.
 
Adarian looked at Eliora, frightened that he might harm her. "No... Eliora.... I..." He started to calm down, and sat at the dinner table in his blood-red soaked clothing. Bowing his head, he began to speak. "I'm sorry. I was afraid you might get hurt... I..." He muttered a few more words before blacking out.
 
Eliora stepped back unsure of his behavior, but jumped forward at the feeling of multiple shards of sparkling glass drenched in alcohol stabbing into her barefoot. She bit her lower lip to stifle a small cry of pain as she ran towards Adarian when he went limp.


"You where always a hassle.." She joked but her voice cracked when she chuckled quietly to herself and it caused her eyes to finally burn with tears of worry. Eliora wrapped her arms around his large build and dragged him onto the ground. Her thin tank top and sheep shorts blotched with with blood. Elioras foot hurt terribly but didn't think of it as she slowly began to work on Adarians largest wound knowing his dislike for hospitals.


"When I was a child...My father had an obsession with keys.." She slowly began to tell a tale Adarian had never heard, but she would tell the corpses she worked on this story all the time it being one of her most important memories, Eliora continued to speak as she worked on him.
 
Adarian dreamt of a memory he remembered well. It was the morning he very first met her. He was in the middle of the road crying out in pain. A few kids had just beat him up then ran over him on their bicycles. Everyone knew he had killed his parents, and he was an only child, so he deserved it, and no one would care. But Eliora wasn't like the rest. She cared for him, disobeying her father's demands of leaving him to suffer.


"why-why are you helping me?" he asked, choking up blood.


She just smiled and continued to help him as best she could.


He opened his eyes on the couch. Bandages covered his wound, but he was worried about Eliora. He spring up calling her name, only to collapse to the floor.
 
Elioras sat on the counter of the kitchen biting her lower lip as she took a hitched breath. One hand gripping her foot the other with tweezers which pinched the edge of a large piece of glass. I don't like the pain, she thought as a trail of tears fell down her cheek. She had finished Adarian in about a half hour but it was taking longer to work on herself never being one who toke pain well.


Her hand which held her foot was covered in her blood, the red making her uncomfortable. But looked up when she heard Adarians voice and a thump following after. She couldn't show him her foot, he'd feel like it was his fault when it wasn't.


"Adarian I'm in the kitchen don't worry, I'm cleaning the tiles just rest okay?" She attempted to hide the shakiness in her voice as she spoke.
 
Adarian winced as he got up. He cautiously walked over, making no sudden movements that would alarm her. "let me help, it's my blood." before she could protest he wad already in the kitchen, as he noticed her foot. Grabbing the countertop, his eyes widened. "Eliora! No!" he couldn't believe it, he actually hurt her. Tears began racing to his lips, leaving a salty taste. "ell's... It's all my fault. I'm so sorry..." he didn't know what to do.
 
Eliora dropped the tweezers and raised her hands holding them up, her shoulders shaking.


"No, no Adarian you need to understand you didn't do this." She took a small breath,


"now sit down I don't want you worsening your wounds." Elioras bottom lip trembled hating when he got like this, she knew he'd be like this which is exactly why she didn't want him in here. No one ever cared about her, she always cared about everyone else. That was how it was that was how it always was, so she'd most likely say no to him if he tried to help.
 
He wanted to help. He couldn't live with the thought of hurting her. But he obeyed and sat down. He didn't dare look her way, for her blood was the only he couldn't stand seeing. "Eliora, if you arent ok, I'll kill you." he joked, but no one laughed.
 
Eliora looked over at him for a moment, her thin fingers reaching down and picking the tweezers up. They pinched the shard of glass once more, and she yanked it out angered by Adarians foul attitude. It began to bleed exponentially but she was now on a roll. Eliora tore out each piece quickly, without sound or emotion but when she was finished she dropped the tweezers her hands coated in her blood. Her chest tightened as the pain flourished in her foot,


"Adarian..." She squeaked out like a child, she looked over at Adarian now wanting him more then ever. Her mind free of any past negative thoughts about him.
