He smirked then walked off with Jinx to come up with a plan. "So wait what is your quirk able to do? You never really told me." He chuckled. "It would make it a lot easier for us to plan if we knew what we could do." He finished with.

Elisabeth raised her hand, she did indeed have a question.
"Um, are rescuers allowed to help rescuers? Like pair up? Do you still get full marks if two people paired tried to rescue one victim?" Elisabeth asked. "That applies to villains too, if villains pair up for one stone is the grade halfed between the two?"
She had a feeling the teacher wouldn't deduct points for team effort but it was worth making sure.
Still, the mission seemed quite fun considering most students would be doing trigonometry right about now.

She glanced around at the fellow students and immediately regretted not knowing pretty much all of their quirks. If it hadn't been for her being late and catching the wrong bus and therefore having to go for the more isolated areas of the exam to catch the left over villains, things wouldn't have come to this.
She sighed.
Great, the odds were stacked against her.
She noticed Scarlette who seemed to be analysing everybody and was struck with an idea. If pairings were allowed, Scarlette seemed like a pretty handy team mate. Her quirk was one of the few Elisabeth knew for sure and she had become aquainted slightly with her. This would double as an oppurtunity to become familiarize herself with Scarlette as well. Killing two birds with one stone! Elisabeth frowned at the term and decided that it was too inhumane a term to use. 'Cooking many meals with one pot' sounded nicer and less violent, so yes, that was the term she would use from now on.

"Long Story short my quirk will double your power, Any injuries you receive will transfer to me and ill be able to use your quirk but it will be weakened. Also, you have to stay close to me when its activated cause we will be tethered together and also the tether can be broken if it is broken suddenly I'm out of the fight from the blowback." Jinx said trying to explain it as best as she could she didn't know much about Geo's quirk either but she had the gist of it.
"Also there is a teeny tiny chance we will temporarily swap memories for a couple of seconds I may see your past and you could see mine, I got no control over that though," Jinx added before waiting for a response.

"Hmm alright that's a pretty awesome ability. Hmm that means I can create more than one thing if you double my ability and I should move way faster. But if you need to use my ability I guess try and think of exactly what you want. Feel it in your hands, I would assume a pistol or a short sword would be something you can use. And dont worry I have special bullets so they won't kill anyone or anything." He smiled. "Anyway I'm basically Noctis from Final Fantasy when I reach my true potential." He made sure to get across since most people considered him weak but if he really needed to try then he would be able to flash in an instant and control weapons easier which his suit somewhat helped with.

Leon listened carefully to the instructions, eyeing the gems as Jet Strike explained the conditions for winning. He was pretty excited at first until he heard he'd be playing a villain, the very idea left a bad taste in his mouth but he knew this role was only temporary. Walking over to join up with the other 'villains' he expressed his disappointment with a low huff. Listening as the others devised a plan he thought for a second to see if there was anything they needed to know about his quirk. "Well my quirk is pretty obvious aside from a small detail, my roar has a certain effect on people. You see my roar is able to temporarily paralyze anyone that hears it." He explained in almost a whisper, not wanting the others to know about his secret weapon just yet.

The teams are set and Tobias is assigned as one of the Rescuers. Since he didn't socialize with people yesterday, he was still oblivious to what some of the other people's Quirks are. Looking at the Villains, only Leon's Quirk was obvious enough for him. He's a lion. And lions... roar, chase and hunt. And eat meat. And stuff. Hopefully the lion dude isn't starving. The Czech figured out he needed to pair up with someone to maximize the effectiveness of the rescue. He then approached Scarlett and whispered into her ear. "I think I may have a plan. Our Quirks loosely benefit each other. Would be great if you can assist me."

Hearing Jet Strike's explanation, Tobias couldn't help but say this to the teachers. "You said that the Villains have to show the stones to you guys, right? Then how about we beat you up right now until you're unconscious so that you won't be able to see and acknowledge the stones?" He said with a serious but sarcastic tone. He needed some clarifications to remove any potential misunderstanding or inconsistencies.

Glancing over at Tobias as he came up to her side, she gave him a thumbs up. He would be someone easy to work with, and his quirk would be useful when it came to dealing with some of the others he would defeinatly be a great partner. Plus, he was someone she could get along with, and they both had powerful quirks...so working together shouldn't be to difficult. She continued to think though. D.W and Kira were the victims, so she was trying to get an idea of which area they would head to. She actually had no idea, but...yeah, no idea. Looking over at Tobias as he spoke, she kinda chuckled. "Wow, how bold."

Of course, the students began to question Jet Strike one question after the other, namely Elisabeth, Kira, then Tobias. The students also now huddle and go together quietly with their groups, discussing what and how can they use their respective powers, any secret techniques they might unsuspectingly unleash, and suggesting whatever good strategy to follow once the test begins. As for the choosing of roles, it was something prepared way before all of them woke up today, though admittedly it might've been best to change the roles. However, that's the assignment.

"Don't worry Elisabeth, you're all on teams, not working to save or steal from the victims individually. Thus, feel free to discuss what you think is best for rescuing the victim. Same goes for the villains, on how you may stop the rescuers from protecting and escorting the victim to us. We won't be splitting your scores if even all the villains head for one victim. You'll only be graded on your performance; even if you lose but your efforts greatly hindered the opposing team, you might even be the highest scorer despite failing the activity." Jet Strike explained as much as he possibly could to Elisabeth, making sure there weren't any discrepancies to anything he might say from earlier to now. As he finishes so, the boisterous Kira seems to be ready to be a victim. Wait, that just sounds wrong.

"Well, now that you're holding the stone, you can actually head to one of the areas right now while everyone is discussing. You have five minutes to do so, and it can be any of the zones here from the Ruins Zone to the Downpour Zone. However, please remain in your hiding place if the siren blares, indicating the start of the activity. Since you and D.W. are victims, today you won't be showing off your quirk and capabilities, but I hope that doesn't bother you; we'll have plenty more activities for you to show off these next few weeks. Anyway, times' a tickin'; four and a half minutes left for you to hide, in fact. Go ahead and hide now." he told Kira, and that of course also applies to D.W. since he's also a victim. If they don't move on ahead now, this activity will never start.

"Haha, and what gave you that idea, Tobias? As much as us teachers would love to test your abilities, there are a few reasons. We're here to grade you, so if we were unconscious, this talk of stones and rescues would be pointless. Secondly, I physically cannot have concussions, and as for Ms. Nightblade, she might if you're quick enough but I doubt that. Third, of course, is that we want you all to combat each other instead. Anyway, I hope I don't disappoint you Tobias, and if you have other hypothetical questions, I will be glad to answer them." Jet Strike said. Then he turns and walks toward Yukiko, seeing as the other students are busy. He can personally talk to some of them if he wants to later, or at another date.

"Well, now that we're starting, go ahead and activate the siren if everyone is good to go. I said within five minutes, but actually it's just to tell them to move on ahead quickly." Jet Strike said as he goes around watching the students. Once the two victims finally get a move on, the activity can begin. To be honest, Jet Strike personally cannot wait to see how these kids can fare against fellow quirk users instead of automatons.

Scarlett seemed quite furious with Luke and that did all but amuse him. He was used to the hate and had no problem dealing with it. The teachers soon after explained the mission. "So I'm a rescuer huh?" he thought trying to examine the people whom he was dealing with. Slapping his hands together he headed towards Scarlett who was already making plans of her own to succeed in this test. "Listen Scarly, we're team mates in this exam so, you're class rep. What's the plan?" he asked putting her to the test. Luke wasn't one to simply hate randomly, he meant what he said, if Scarlett could prove herself to him then he would hold nothing against her. "You can't count on your monkeys this time" he stated refering to Jinx and Geo. "Now leads us, all mighty leader"

Luke wasn’t at all impressed with Ryan. The fire he was emitting was whimsical and barely a threat. “What kind of a hero threatens his teammates? You’ve got to get your priorities straight” Luke stated examining Ryan a little more attentively. “And for your information, I’ll take you on any day of the week, with or without quirk, I probably wouldn’t even need to use it with you”

Jet Strike answered the students questions without delay and reassured them that they were being graded based on their roles and not as individuals. However that wasn't exactly true. This was a training exercise designed not to test their quirks, but their ability to cooperate with one another in a difficult situation. Out in the field your life as well as the lives of the victims and your teammates are constantly threatened. This is even more so in a disaster scenario. Natural disasters are one of the hardest things to deal with as a hero since you can't account for the devastation they can cause. That's why the USJ was built. It was a training facility to help aspiring heroes get adjusted to the most likely natural disaster scenarios and how to overcome them. But a single hero cannot overcome the threat of a natural disaster. There are too many lives at stake and they might not be able to save all of them by themselves.

Sometimes you will be forced to work with other heroes in order to achieve a goal. You won't always get to choose your allies. It's an inevitability in their world. Will the students be able to overcome their differences and rescue the victims? Or will the villains get to them first? At the end of the day this is an assessment on their teamwork and not on their individual skills. Jet Strike wasted no time telling the two victims to find their hiding spots within five minutes. Even Jet Strike and Nightblade wouldn't know where they would be hiding until they went they were revealed. An added element of surprise to add to the realism of the scenario.

"Well, now that we're starting, go ahead and activate the siren if everyone is good to go. I said within five minutes, but actually it's just to tell them to move on ahead quickly." Jet Strike had told her as they waited for the victims to get a move on so the exercise could begin. They didn't take long for the victims to get out of sight. USJ was a rather large place. With six disaster zones to choose from this would shape up to be a difficult challenge for both sides. The villains especially have the disadvantage in numbers, but they make up for that with being able to deploy sooner than the rescuers. Nightblade wasted no time activating the siren. In the real world you don't get prep time and even if you do it's very little. The siren blared loudly, almost deafening. Just like a real disaster alarm.

"Villains team deploy! Rescuers, 90 seconds till deployment." She shouted out. She had to admit even she was excited to see which side would come up on top. Based on what she saw of the class thus far, she had a good feeling that the villains were the more coordinated of the lot. Probably due to the fact that they only had four of them to work with. Those on the rescue team however had a bit of an altercation earlier and seem to be still dealing with it. Her expectations of their success were not high from the onset. But she did maintain hope that they would overcome it during the exercise. Once the villains left and 90 seconds had passed she blared the siren once more. "Rescue team deploy!" She signaled to the rest of the class. With the students out and about all she and Jet Strike had to do now is wait to see who would return with their respective victory conditions.

"Jet Strike, in your professional opinion which team do you think has the better edge? The villains or the heroes?" Nightblade wasn't simply making small talk. She wanted his opinion as a form of validation of her own thoughts. Get a sense on how he views things.

"Boys, stop it!" Scarlett snalped, "Now isn't the time for some petty fucking disagreement, so shut it." This was annoying, Luke was annoying, the whole defending her was annoying. She was glaring at both Ryan and Luke, before she motioned for them to come about closer to her and Tobias. "Now, we have to work together for this, so no infighting at least until this is over," She paused, "So, Jinx can amplify Quirks, which means whoever she's going to be working with will have an advantage. When fighting the villians, our should be to incapacitate them as soon as possble. However, Tobias, don't you have a plan?"

Tomoki didn't know when they were gonna start and was beginning to get bored. He sat down on the ground in criss-cross applesauce, laid down in a seductive position, did ballet dancing while singing, did pushups, now he was just standing there looking out into the distance. He let out a sigh. "I have to pee." He wasn't serious. He just said that because he thought it would be a funny predicament to be in at this moment. Turns out he was on the rescue team. That was gonna be fun.

Elisabeth nodded at Jet Strikes explanation. Seemed fair. She turned to the villains and said, "Good luck you guys!"
The moment Elisabeth noticed Luke wave her over, she smiled and swiftly walked towards him. As she drew nearer she felt a prickly atmosphere, the kind that make you feel as though you just walked into something not all too friendly. Maybe it was because Scarlette looked quite ticked, Ryan looked defensive and Luke had a smirk on his face but Elisabeth could feel the waves of tension coming from the three.
"Uh, hey guys!" Elisabeth exclaimed, wondering what could be the matter. "So we're working as a team, huh? Well, I think that all the rescuers should split into two groups and search for the two victims. What did you guys think?"
Elisabeth smiled awkwardly before noticing Tobias was the only one seeming to not to be radiating tension among the bunch. She quickly sidled up beside him.
"Nice hero suits by the way, very noice." She smiled a goofy smile whilst cocking her head to one side and giving them all the thumbs up. "We don't know how much time we have to talk though, so lets make the most of it."
Elisabeth smiled determinedly at the group and hoped they had (and would) successfully resolve any conflicts before they started.

The half suited Kyosuke froze in place as he heard his name upon categorized under the label Villain, along with the other 3 students also roleplaying as villains. He gritted his teeth in nervousness. This is the first time he has met his classmates and teachers, now he is making his first debut as a villain. To Kyosuke's perspective, he didn't like it one bit. He hardly knows the other 3 "villain" students on who they are and what their quirks are in general. Of course, he has to adapt to his new environment and team of villains to achieve success. His crimson red eyes rapidly gazed at the costumed students. Taking mental pictures of each students using his IQ quirk. A nervous facial expression was projecting in his baby face. Kyosuke was having a small impressions on each students, whether if it is true if their costumes are related to their quirks or something else. Kyosuke wasn't so quick to judge but he could already tell that this won't be a walk in the park since there are only 4 villains including him are against the rest of the students who were assigned as "Rescuers" Jet strike's instructions were clear to be honest.

Kyosuke's eyes came in contact with another student, which was a girl. Who was wearing a gas mask on her face and a black skin tight suit. She was staring right back at him as if she was analyzing him. Kyosuke kept his nevous expression up, trying his best to not look very weak. He gave her a stare too, a stare that is so sincere and focused. Kyosuke wanted to the girl to know that he acknowledges her observation, the fact that he knows he has received suspicions from her. There is something different about this girl... Like she emits a different vibe unlike the others. He didn't focus much on that but he knows that he should keep an eye on her. Her actions seems to be quite as intelligent as his. She seems to be the same girl who was in a middle of a commotion.

His attention was cut off by one of the villains which was a girl with a bizarre haircut and costume. He low key approached and listened to the girl's explanation of her quirk. Judging by her quirk. She seems to be a support type which is good since amplified quirks are quite needed to get the upper hand of things, especially dealing with a large numbers of "rescuers" at this moment. Another one of the "villains" was a unique light weapon specialist type of quirk user. The fact that one can forge weapons from light is already a big advantage since through time and history weapons have been used to combat enemies that are just as strong them. If this guy is very skilled this could be slightly be easy for them villains. Access to different weapon types will get them to the more upper hand on any "Rescuer" they face regardless of their quirk. Lastly the lion quirked student. Judging by his appearance. He seems like a pretty good bread and butter teammate. The fact that he explained his quirk only adds up to his desired expectations. If Kyosuke remembers his science class lessons. Lions are naturally born hunters. Strong and agile. Their physiology is perfect for hunting prey or better yet "Victims". He perfectly assumes that these gathered peeps are indeed the villains. Each time each spoke, he came closer and closer to the group until finally he got up close to the fact that they can acknowledge his presence.

"...Umm... Hi, i'm Kyosuke Nishimura. I-if i'm mistaken, you guys must be my v-villain teammates. Please to meet you..." Kyosuke had his hood up and his head looking down at the ground in embarrassment. He knows that he is quite shy by nature but he has to talk so that he could get around. "So, um. I overheard each of your explanations about your quirks... You guys are so cool..." Kyosuke was stalling his statement. Obvious body language was the most obvious signal. He keeps looking down on the ground, twiddling his thumbs and low confident stance. Despite his stuttering and his acting of a little-kid-getting-lost-in-a-mall behavior, he continued to complete what he wanted to say. He knows that they are waiting for his quirk introduction and explanation. "Oh yes, about my umm, quirk... I'm uhh... Smart, i possess a high IQ quirk. To be honest... I'm not that smart, reallly... My parents told me i think much faster than most people..." What Kyosuke just told them was a half truth and half lie. It's true that he does think faster and better than most people but he lied about the fact that is not the only thing he can do. For some reason he didn't told them on the spot. Is he trying to hide it? Whatever the reason he has no intention of revealing his other Quirk to the group.

He turned around to only be called by another student again. This time it was a pink haired girl, out worldly costume and appearance and over just as short as he is. She looks rather young. Probably even younger looking than Kyosuke. He gave a small wave as an acknowledgement to the girl as he can't think of anything else to say but her first impression on him will be remembered. -Good to see a good sport around for once- he said in the back of his mind. If the sirens blare. He will quickly follow suit with his team.

Luke was destabilized by Scarletts sudden outburst, her voice had effectively silenced him, but only for an instance while she explained her ideas on what would be the best move. Luke shook the tension off his shoulders and played his confident face, trying to give the impression that he had everything under control and the best plan. Elisabeth came up with the idea of splitting the group into two factions so they could work more efficiently and find both victims in a shorter amount of time. "Sounds good" he commented glancing at Elisabeth and giving her a thumbs up. "We'd best hurry though" "while I'm sure standing around and wasting time is definitely gonna get us first place" he added sarstically "I'm afraid it's not a bullet proof plan". He turned his head to the area around them, inspecting it carefully. "Did anyone pay attention to which direction the cries for help came from?"

Tobias listened to Elisabeth's plan and thought about it. It was pretty natural for anybody to think about splitting into two groups to rescue 2 victims. But, being someone who have always had an unorthodox way of thinking, Tobias thought about something else instead. "I will make a proposal, but it's up to you guys to decide. Instead of splitting into two groups... why don't we split into THREE groups?" He said with a straight face, even though most of his head is covered. "There will be one group who will rescue D.W, one who will rescue Kira and one who will try to slow down the villains. But again, this is only a proposal, given that we don't know if the Villains are also going to split into two groups or stay in a single large one."

"Some of us, including myself, do not know everybody else's Quirks. We need everybody to make a brief explanation of what their Quirk can do. Mine allows me to compress air into my body, then channel it to a certain part of my body before firing it back. Basically, I'm like an air cannon." He looked at Scarlett and Ryan then resumed his speech. "Scarlett's Quirk allows her to manipulate and harden blood... while this guy, Ryan, can create fire, based on his rash actions just now." Then he approached Scarlett. "I'm thinking of a wombo-combo between our Quirks. Can you create lots of small and hard blood balls about the same size of marble balls? You could fire them at the opponents' legs while I use my Quirk to push and make them fly faster, making the projectiles almost undodgeable. That could cripple them and slow them down without knocking them out."

As Elisabeth joined their little conversation, Scarlett gave her a little wave, staying silent as her and Tobai both voiced their ideas. "Splitting up would allow us to cover more ground, but the issue us how to split up. Me and Tobias have very physical quirks, we could handle the villains, like he said. But we have an odd number of teammates, so how would the other two teams split?" She asked, before Tobias asked her if she could make little balls of blood. "Of course I can, I can make lots of stuff," She ssid, though she didn't go an demonstrate right then and there. As like spome, she nodded. "Well, no plan is completely bulletproof, it's the only thing we can do for now. And...habe they even called for help yet? I didn't hear anything."

As they were coming up with a plan Geo overheard a younger boy coming over and explaining his quirk, it didn't seem all that strong but if he really was that strong mentally it could be beneficial for coming up with tactical plans, Geo would definitely need to stay with Jinx so that his quirk would be strong enough to incapacitate the rescuers. "Hmm a good quirk, you can maybe help us figure out a faster way to cancel out their quirks or move quickly to potential locations in which these victims will be hiding...I'll stay with Jinx. Maybe we split up into 2 groups of two? That is about all I have for a plan. What area will you two be checking first?" he asked. Jinx agreed with working together and possibly the split up. Geo just waited for an answer from the other two.

Elisabeth smiled grateful at Luke's comment and turned to Tobias.
"Yours def seems like the better idea." She said brightly to Tobias. She was glad everyone seemed to have stopped whatever it was it had felt like she had walked into not a while ago.
As Tobias, Scarlette and Ryans quirks were made known, Elisabeth made hers known too.
"As you might've guessed, I have ram like horns and super strength. My most powerful attack is when I ram someone in, but my super strength can work from all over my body. " Elisabeth explained. "Honestly, my quirk is good for knocking someone out, so if I'm on a rescue team and run into a villain we should be good."
"So the villain quirks are summoning light weapons, support quirk, lion guy and I'm unsure of the last... it actually seems like Scarlette and Tobias are our best bets. They could take out the villains from long distance so that no villains would get the chance to get close range and all of the villain quirks seem to need close range." Elisabeth said to the group. "Does anyone else have far range quirks?"

"I thought I heard something" Luke replied to Scarlett starting to wonder if he'd just imagined things, the group was gonna fall behind if they didn't do something soon, planning was important but a hero needed to learn to act quickly too, or so he thought.
Luke was a little skeptical about dividing the group in three factions but decided to say nothing on the matter and see how it all played out. Luke did not do well in groups, he didn't like having to think for others and compromise with people. Once they'd come to a conclusion he'd take things into his own hands, just a matter of time. They began comparing quirks and how useful they may be combined with others but despite the utility of doing so Luke did not share his quirk with the others, he didn't want to give away his power, especially because it wasn't very good in combat and that embarrassed Luke, he had found a way of making it useful in a fight but considering how great the others quirks were it made him feel inferior to have such a docile quirk.
"I studied martial arts for years, I'm very good in close combat.. and frankly" he added "I'm in the mood of kicking some ass!"

Ryan kept mostly to himself, only mentioning that his quirk had something to do with fire every now and then, but never really showing the full capabilities when he used it at 100 percent. As of now the students are having a bit of a talk about what to do once they start finding and hunting the victims, from discussing appropriate strategies and explaining their quirks and their capabilities. At least they have an idea of how teaming up works and what they should focus on. The two victims are already well on their way of choosing and adapting in with their zones.

((Err, for everyone's sake, or at least the students and teachers, I'll be manually placing the victims for the sake of everyone finally getting a move on so the RP doesn't get stuck in a rut.))

Kira chose to be a bit adventurous and hid within the huge red, smaller dome building that emanated flames and constant carnage. The buildings here were hot to the touch, and the high temperatures were surprisingly crazy; it was perfect. Because of the dangers of the Conflagration Zone, his was somewhat of a test for his fellow classmates as well, if they can withstand the flames as much as he can. Whilst it was definitely boiling in here, Kira trusts the others to arrive ASAP so that he doesn't have to suffer as much. One might assume that with all the light sources it can be easy to spot him; not even close. The many buildings are still good hiding places, and as the flames move, the long & huge shadows dance and faze whatever people are trying to make out. A good thing about this place is that their are special filters that get the smoke out of the mini-dome, and the fuel used to make the infinite flames aren't exactly toxic when breathed, so Kira guesses he can stay safely here.

As for D.W. and his wits, the Ruins Zone also make another perfect spot for hiding at. Whilst there were so rocks as well, the precarious state of the buildings and surrounding terrain can take a while for the others to unearth and find out where he is hiding himself. Desks, boulders, walls, concrete, and any rubble can really discourage the others from eagerly finding him in such a repetitive wasteland such as this. The toppled buildings also cast shadows over the debris, so the rescuers and villains will have to waste precious time to check every nook and cranny within the zone.

"Timer check, 59 minutes left: Villains, move out! Within the next half a minute, rescuers will move!" Yamato said, and indicated the villains to start moving if they want to have a head start.
