My Boyfriend Is A Girl!? ((Memster101&Firetail606))

((D: What'd they say??))

I notice Ash fanning the front of his shirt and quirk a brow. After hitting the Medium option I pause it on the next screen, taking the pizza from my mouth and talking to him, my voice slightly winded from the spiciness. "You can take your shirt off, ya know... Like I said, I may be gay, but I'm not going to creep on you or anything." I slowly stand and walk in front of Ash, heading toward the mini fridge sitting just beside the window. I pull out the carton of milk and just as I'm about to simply tilt it up and take a drink, I instead pull out one of the red plastic cups from the package at the top and pour a glass.

"Want some?" I offer, holding up the carton after taking a rather large gulp, the burning sensation tearing my mouth and throat apart slowly fading.

((They think its the mother board e.e* At this point is cheaper to just buy a new one :\))

I blinked at his comment and felt a shameful blush come to my cheeks. It has nothing to do with the gay thing... It anything, he'd be more apt to notice the femininity of my body-what was there are least. "Oh, I'm just weird about being shirtless in front of people. I'm kind of... I guess shy." I offered a smile, trying to play it off as cool. "But yeah, I'd love a glass of milk." I finished off my slice of pizza, rubbing my fingers against the fabric of my jeans.

I took the solo cup from him when he came back over, taking a swallow of it. I rubbed my arm against my mouth to get rid of any milk that might have been left over on it and set the cup between the whole in my folded legs.

/((Aah D: I'm sorry... I hope you can get a new one soon, then? :/ Or maybe a tablet? They have some pretty cheap(like 30$) and honestly they do work like a mini-computer. A lot of them you can even hook up to printers.))

I nod slowly, but I'm not really sure if I believe him.. He's probably just trying to not offend me by admitting he's uncomfortable being shirtless around a gay guy. I sigh softly as I hand him his cup then sit down again, putting my own cup beside me on the floor, stuffing the rest of the pizza into my mouth, then grabbing my controller to restart the game. "Oh, do you have any classes today?" I ask, knowing that some lecturers won't let you have the day, even if it's your first.

((Sorry for the short reply, I'm making dinner ;w; ))

((True e.e I probably will get a laptop just because I have this weird thing against really light weight ones or small ones because I always feel in going to break them e.e and it's okay! A friend decided she wanted to hang out randomly so >>))

I frowned some when I realized Elijah didn't believe me, but wasn't necessarily surprised. It was a weird reason for a guy.... Mentally I sighed and willingly fell into the new conversation. "Uhmm, I do actually. Around three? It's my math class...I'd have to check on the teacher though. What about you?" I grabbed another slice of pizza and took a large bite out of it, looking over at my new roomie. Honestly I would have preferred earlier classes but with how late in the semester I came, it was all that had been left. It meant thought that I could sleep in late which was nice.

((Aah, I understand x3 Then I hope you can get one soon ;w; ))

I perk up when Ash mentions the time and subject of his first class. "Professor Harkin?" I smile a bit, following his lead to pick up another slice and starting to eat it while going to the character customization part. Because of basketball I didn't take any classes past four o'clock, and I have math with Professor Harkin at 3... It'd be really cool if we had that class together, if no others. Even if we are roommates, I feel like it'd be pretty cool to be able to see him more... I know I shouldn't develop a crush on the first roommate who doesn't judge me and actually seems like a good person. And I'm not saying I am, but I am saying it's nice to spend time with him, already.

Plus, he likes my favourite band... Or the hoodie, at least. I turn my attention mostly to the 19" TV and start on my character, not wanting to give myself away. He's uncomfortable enough around me, even if he doesn't want to show it.. I really don't want to push my luck with this guy.

((Thanks :) ))

I blinked and thought over the name for a moment, nodding when I found that it sounded familiar. "Yeah! I'm guessing you have him?" I definitely wouldn't mind having a friend in that class, especially since it was math. It would be nice to have someone to study with or what not with. Hopefully we had other classes together too. Out of the corner of my eyes I saw Elijah staring at me but said nothing. I didn't want to make hI'm feel awkward again...

I took follow when he began to create his character, making my own. I didn't spend a tremendous amount of time on it though considering the fact it was only going to get covered up by protective gear and what not later. Once we were both done with them, I looked over to Elijah and rose a brow, finishing off the second slice. "You ready to play?"

I finish my character just as Ash finishes his, figuring it wouldn't really matter how they looked, seeing as how everything would be covered up later on. I then nod to him, having to go slower on my pizza thanks to the fact my mouth was still on fire. "Here we go." I grin, hitting the start button and almost immediately getting lost in the game. Even though I never really played video games or anything growing up, since Issac left this here, I'm rather obsessed. At least, in my free time. I'm not one who'd abandon commitments or anything else just to play a game...

((Delayed replies until tonight, my Mom's friend is coming over and I get to 'entertain' his 19 year old daughter.. Who I've never met, and know nothing about.. So wish me luck! ;w; ))

((Oh jeez, good luck!))

I grinned as the game started to run, leaning forward excitedly as I started to follow after Elijah. I let him more or less take the lead, considering it had been a whIle since I had played it and he seemed like he would be better at it than I was. Learn from example or something. Absently I reached for amother slice, but slowed my pace now thay my attention was more divided onto the game than consumption. Not too long after we started to play I began to get the hang and was more or less playing equal with Elijah, which proved to be plenty fun.

((Thanks ;w; The original plan was for them to be here 2 hours ago... We don't know where they are right now x'D))

After finishing my second slice I realized I had to give up. I was sweating slightly and my tongue felt raw, which is my cut off. I think they put more peppers than usual on it, this time... I've gotta admit, Ash is definitely good at this game. He said I'd kick his ass, but the way things are going, I think we're pretty evenly matched. Though, just as we were getting to the best part-in my opinion- of the game, a knock came to the door. I pause the action with a scowl and stand, heading toward the door. "Well.. I wasn't actually expecting anyone... But I guess you're probably about to meet some other student?"

I shrug, opening the door and my eyes go wide instantly. The 102 pound girl with surprisingly D-cup boobs and purple/pink hair squeals the moment she sees me, jumping up and wrapping her arms around my neck, and her legs around my waist. The unexpected action causes me to stumble backward, and end up falling on the closest safe thing- Ash's bed. She giggles happily, nuzzling against my neck. "Eli!" She squeals again, causing me to laugh a bit awkwardly and ruffle her half-shaved head of hair. "Yeah... I should've known it was you, Melissa..." She nods, raising herself up so she's on her hands and knees over me, pouting. "Of course you should have. It's Tuesday, Tuesday is always our ice cream day."

I narrow my eyes. "You're making up another tradition... Aren't you?" She giggles and nods, then turns and sees Ash finally. "Oh!" She jumps off the bed, finally allowing me to sit up. I didn't see her next course of action coming, though I should have... She is Melissa, after all. "Are you Eli's new boyfriend!?" She asks excitedly, plopping right down on my new roommate's lap and hugging him as if he was an old friend. "You're super cute! I can see why he likes you." She then pouts again, pulling back from the hug and raising her arms, only to then drop them defeated. "Why are the good guys always gay!?"

((Oh no xD Maybe they won't come >>))

I blinked when I heard someone knocking at the door, looking over at Elijah curiously. He seemed just aa confused as I was though and I took a sip of milk while he answered the door. I nearly jumped out of my skin when a squealing girl attached herself suddenly to Elijah and tackled him to the bed. Before I knew what was happening, I found the girl in my lap, hugging me tightly. Somehow I managed to keep my cup from spilling and my face going into her rather prominent cleveage.

I widened my eyes at the comments and shook my head, feeling a slight blush come to my cheeks. "U-uh...no. I'm his new roommate," I sputtered out and casually tried to squirm out from under her. "I-I'm Ash." I would have been lying if I said that I didn't think this crazy tooth pick was sort of cute, but it was one thing to think someone was cute and another to have them suddenly hugging you and in your lap.

((They did, then spent the night. x3 It wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be... His daughter and I are both painfully shy, but we did get to talk and get to know each other some. She's definitely not a bad person :3))

I quickly stand from the bed and rush over, grabbing Melissa's shoulders and hauling her away from Ash, pouting. "Awwh, but you two would be so cute together!" She whines, making me sigh in exasperation and sit her down on my bed. I turn to Ash, apology clear in my eyes. "I'm sorry about her.. Melissa is rather excitable." I then turn and give her a half-playful glare. "And likes to jump to conclusions where there are really none to jump to."

Melissa just giggles, waving her hand dismissively at me. "C'mon, Eli... You can't really blame me! I walk in and see a cute guy sitting on your floor? Your DM said you wouldn't have anymore roommates! How was I supposed to know?" Though her logic does make sense, I still don't like it.. So I just sigh again and turn to Ash, deciding to ignore the girl before us. "As a general rule, we don't listen to anything Melissa says.. Okay?" I smirk as I hear her huff, then feel her stand behind me and start playfully punching my back. "You meanie!"

((Awe, well that's cool then!))

I relaxed when Elijah pulled the girl, Melissa, off of me, still blushing like mad at her comments. "Oh, alright," I mused around a nervous laugh. I finished off the third slice of pizza and decided that I'd wait to go after another slice in case my new friend wanted to get on the pizza action. A smile came to my lips when Melissa started to punch at Elijah and I wondered how the two knew each other. They didn't look too much like each other so I didn't expect them to be siblings but who knew.

I took a sip of milk and sat it back down now there was no worry of it getting spilt, looking the two over curiously. "If you two had plans... I can just unpack and meet up with you in class?"

((Yeah :3 How was your day, yesterday? o: ))

I smile to Ash and shake my head, still ignoring Melissa until she hits particularly hard right on my shoulder blade. I whip around, my face contorted in a look of pain. "Seriously, Mel? Was that necessary?!" Though I did raise my voice, I know she knows I wouldn't ever hit her. I know it was an accident, and I love her too much to hurt her, anyway. But still, her own face twists up into a puppy-dog look, tears in her eyes. "I sowwy, Ewi..." She says in a baby voice, reaching forward to wrap her arms around my waist and rest her head on my chest. "I didn't mean to..."

I just sigh and nod, patting the top of her head. "It's okay... I know you didn't. Be careful from now on, though." I was about to add more to my sentence, but stopped when I suddenly remembered Ash was in the room. I pull away from Melissa and go to close the door, then walk back to my place beside the pizza box. "Nah, she just likes making up random traditions we'll stick to for like a month, then totally forget about them." I shrug, smiling softly, though the entire left side of my back hurts pretty bad, still. It's my own person Achilles' Heel.

((Uhmm, it was okay. Kinda of slow e.e how has yours been today??))

I had stiffened when Eli rose his voice at Melissa, wondering if something was going to happen. Much to my relief, nothing did and instead an apology was exchanged. That would have been my luck, to get the gay abusive roommate. I managed a smile when Elijah informed me of the habit the two shared and smoothed a hand against my hair. "Oh, that's pretty neat," I mused, stretching some thinking back briefly to how my brothers and I use to try and do a few things together every week. As odd as it would seem, even when you live with someone, it got hard to see them and make time for each other.

"Are you going to school? " I asked Melissa, docking my head to the side some. Obviously she couldn't go here but there were plenty of colleges around here that she could have attended.

((Better than being run ragged though, right? ;w;

And it's been alright. They left at 6 this morning when my Mom went to work, so I've just kinda been lounging around x3))

Melissa huffs and walks over to me, plopping down on my lap, effectively making me put my controller on the ground and give Ash an apologetic look since we wouldn't exactly be able to play for awhile. After a moment Mel finally replies to my roommate, "I'm still in high school, actually." She says with a bright smile, "Sixteen year old Sophomore, at your service!" I roll my eyes at her playfully, my arms wrapping around her waist as a protective gesture, something that's become pretty much an unconscious reaction over the years.

She pats my arm and turns to smile softly at me, then turns to Ash again. "Eli's my cousin. He used to live with me and Arthur, but then he came here to college and left us all alone." She pouts, puffing out her cheeks. After a few seconds she gasps, her eyes lighting up as she remembers something. "Oh! You probably don't know who Arthur is.. He's Eli's big brother, my cousin too, obviously. Though, I think he's more like a Dad to both of us. He's 31 and really fun! He actually loaned me the car to get out here, today!"

((Yeahh. And that's fun :3 ))

That explained the lack if resemblance and why the younger girl was so hyper active. I smiled as she spoke, nodding some. "That's cool. He sounds like a neat guy. How's high school going for you?" It was mean to think but with how out there the girl seemed in her appearance and attitude, I could see how she would have a hard time in school. There had been kids like her in my own and I could remember them receiving similar treatment.

Smoothing a hand through my hair again, I set my controlled off to the side so I didn't accidentally turn the game on. It didn't bother me that we had to stop for a bit, something I could see Elijah had been worried about. "Oh, we have pizza by the way if you want some?" I offered, glancing at Elijah to make sure it was okay. It wasn't exactly my pizza to offer but I didn't want to be rude.

((Yeah :P How about you??))

At the mention of school, I could feel Melissa practically deflate. She hates it... "Eh, most of the girls are bitches and the guys are dicks, but my teachers are usually nice! And I do want some... I love pizza!" Despite her proud grin, my eyes go wide and my jaw drops. "Melissa Clair Reed!" I say sternly, sounding very much like an overprotective big brother. "Where the hell did you learn to use words like that?! In front of someone you've only just met, no less!" I scold, honestly unable to believe she'd done that. She's never cursed in front of me before...

She just smiles, biting into the slice of pizza she'd just picked up then mumbling around it. "I'm sex-teen, Ewi..." She swallows down her bite and shrugs, "I've been cussing for a long time... Beside, it's not like you and Arthur exactly have filters to keep me hidden from the horrible words of the world." She smirks, and I shake my head, sighing and turning to Ash. "I'm sorry... I swear she doesn't usually talk like that, and she's usually much more well behaved..." I playfully smack her thigh, trying to seem intimidating. "Don't talk with your mouth full, either. I never want to hear you refer to yourself as 'sex'-anything ever again..."

((Still pretty slow and low e.e ))

I grinned at the resctions, stifling my laughter as I watched the shock cross Elijah's face. "It's okay, believe me. I've heard plenty worse." Being the only girl ina family of guys had quickly rid me of any sensitivies I might have held towards profanity or more grafic talk. "But maybe for Elijah's sake, take it easy for awhile," I advised Melissa, smiling lightly. "You are his baby cousin after all." Leaning backbsome, I finished off my milk and set the empty cup off to the side.

"That's good about the teachers, though. Do you have any favorite classes?" While I had been expecting the answer, it still saddened me that she was having a rough time. She seemed nice enough as it was.

(( ;w; Did you have any classes today?))

I smile a bit gratefully to Ash as he's being considerate about me and not mocking me for babying Melissa. She, on the other hand, just giggles. That is, until his question about a favourite class. She immediately lights up then, grinning widely. "Yeah! Physics is amazing!" She squeals, wiggling around as if she can't contain her excitement. "Even though I'm the only Sophomore in the class, it's the only one where people actually act like they respect me! And the teacher usually pairs me up with the Seniors who have trouble with the subject during projects, and it's like they all fight over being my partner because I know what's going on!" She giggles a bit, and I can't help the proud smile that stretches across my features.

Four years ago, when she was in 6th grade, her first year of middle school, Arthur was approached by the school board who asked if they could test her to send her straight to high school. He outright refused... She had a hard enough time in school as it was, especially the older kids. She absolutely did not need to be the only twelve year old in the entire building. So, after months of meetings, it was finally agreed that she would go through middle school normally, then go to night and weekend school to take high school classes. And by now, in most subjects, she's starting already at college level.

Most people don't understand why Arthur and I act so proud and loving of our little cousin.. Mostly all they see is a hyperactive, immature girl with a flair for crazy hair styles and colours... Lots, and lots, of colours. But in reality, she is incredibly intelligent, caring, selfless, and downright just one of the best people you'll ever meet.. It's just, not a lot of people will take the time to see that.

((Yeah, I had my welding class today. Friday is my last day >>))

I smiled as Melissa talked, head tipping to the side subconsciously. "That's really cool! I'm awful at physics," I admitted, rubbing st the back of my neck sheepishly. I had never been really good at math or science classes but English and P.E. were ones I had excelled in. I also had a knack for art and singing but it wasn't anything I liked to show off, especially since I was suppose to be a guy and all and my singing voice was even higher than my speaking voice.

"Maybe if I take it you'll have to tutor me!" I laughed lightly and shook my head, smoothing my hand against my jeans. I would definitely need help in math too but that was something I'd ask Elijah for.

((Was it a good class? o:

And oh, for Christmas break? :3 ))

Melissa's features brighten up even more as she nods vigorously, "That'd be awesome!" She turns to look at me, the happiness just radiating off her. "Eli, could I?! Then I could have an excuse for Arthur for me and him to come see you more often! You two can hang out while I tutor Ash!" As it is, we only really get to see each other whenever she's got a day off school and Arthur has the day off work, or if I've got the gas/money to drive the half hour up to them.

However, I'm very aware of the fact that Ash said if he takes the class, meaning he's not, now. And also that most guys wouldn't actually accept tutoring from a girl around three years younger than himself. So instead of agreeing to what she asks, I just smile and ruffle her hair. "Hold your horses, Mel... He's not even taking the class, and besides.. You and Arthur already have enough on your plates without taking on another job to tutor my roommate." I didn't want to mention he was probably being sarcastic. One: Because he seemed almost genuine, if not only good-heartedly teasing. Two: Because I know it'd hurt her... No one really respects her above-average intelligence, and she'd think he was making fun of her. And that's the last thing I want...

((Yeahh, it went by really fast >> ))

I saw the hesitation in Elijah's eyes and frowned a little, but pushed it away before either could notice. I could respect his worry, considering what Melissa had probably gone through when she was younger and still was. And on top of his hesitations about me and his gayness? Maybe I shouldnt have said anything... it was nice to see how happy Melissa had been though "Well I will make sure to have Elijah tell you if I do end up taking the class," I promised, smiling some.

I eyes the pizza box, wanting to grav another slice but knowing that I should wait. Nown we had three people to feed. I shifted some and glanced at my phone to check the time, ruffling my hair some and bit back a yawn. It had been a long day of traveling and honestly I wouldn't mind a nap. But I suppose that would have to wait.

((This whole day went crazy fast, for me O.o I'm not sure why..."

Melissa doesn't seem to let that dampen her mood too much as she still smiles brightly and nods, "Okay!" She giggles a bit then glances back at my alarm clock, gasping. "I need to get ready for work!" She turns to me and pouts, "Ewi..." I sigh as I notice she's using her baby voice again, meaning she wants something she knows I won't like. "Cood you pwease let your faaaaavourite wittle cousin take a shower and use some tampons?" I was confused at first... She knows she can use my shower whenever she needs, so long as I'm not- and now so long as Ash isn't using it either. But then her ending question... My face goes totally expressionless and I just stare at her, causing her to start giggling nervously just before jumping up and running to the bathroom, "I love you, Eli!" She shouts just as I'd jumped up, then she slams the bathroom door in my face.

I slam my fist against it as if I were trying so desperately to get in, but say nothing, seeing as how I'm already biting my bottom lip hard to keep in my own laughs. Once I hear the water turn on I let a few chuckles escape, then turn to go sit down, again giving Ash an apologetic smile. "Sorry... When we were younger, Arthur convinced me tampons were used to stop nose bleeds, so I always carried them with me..." I shake my head at my childhood foolishness, and my brother's good-natured cruelty. "I found out the truth when I was ten, she found out too. And ever since then she likes making fun of me by asking for tampons."

I was just going to let it go, but then I remembered something and looked at Ash a bit wearily. "By the way... There are pads and tampons and shit in the bathroom, but that's only because she comes over so much and doesn't like to be prepared wherever she is..."

((That's good?? I like when days go by fast >> Dude... I turn 19 in less than two months e.e*))

My expression paled at the mention of tampons and I swallowed, glad that both Elijah and his cousin were too busy to notice. By the time he wandered over back to sit down I had managed to calm myself and joined in on his laughter, though it was a bit forced. His story did make me laugh though and I shook my head in amusement. It sounded like something from a movie I had seen.

The fact though that he already kept tampons and pads in the bathroom saved me a great deal. It meant I could use them as long as his cousin was coming around and not have to worry about him finding any of the used products and freaking out. Maybe if Mel really did come around that often our periods would sync and that would be a huge stress reliever. I felt a lot better about this than I had a few moments before. "Oh, don't worry," I replied, waving a hand and laughing. "Thanks for the warning. Does she get real moody?" I tried to think of all the things my brothers teased me about, knowing they'd come in handy.

((I don't know how you'd feel about this but what if Mel found out before Eli?? I'm mot sure how though >> Like she could walk in on Ash showering or maybe she notices the pads/tampons going missing or maybe her period starts and she bleeds through and Mel comes over and like goes to snuggle attack her whatever and sees all the blood and something?? It's kinda gross but >> ))

((It depends on the day if I do or not.. Normally I like my time alone, because my Mom's been incredibly moody the past several months, and tends to get mad at me for things that aren't my fault :/ It really doesn't do well for the whole stress/depression deal x3

And awesome! o: I can't remember if you've said already.. When's your birthday? I shall get you a virtual gift! x3

And that sounds good, I was actually thinking about that, earlier ;w; I like the shower one, only because it's the way a girl was found out as a girl in this show I watched forever ago,and it was hilarious x'D))

I think about it for a moment, trying to figure out if Mel's attitude really changed. "No, I don't think so.. Pretty much she just gets a bit more emotional than usual." I smile sadly, "So.. During that time of the month, I usually go out and stock up on those little pint-sized ice creams... She ends up coming over almost every day if she can, and we just sit on the floor, watch sappy romance movies, and she cries while we eat ice cream." I can't help the slight smile on my face. Even though she really does feel the deeper emotions for the movies at that time, it's the most bonding we get since I moved out, and I cherish it. It's normally just cuddles 24/7 unless one of us has classes or work.

"She really is a sweet girl.. As I'm sure you imagine, people at school aren't very understanding of her... Bubbliness. They can be really mean.. She's come up a few times with Arthur driving her, just bawling by the time she gets in the room." I shake my head, the smile definitely gone. "I just.." I let out a small sigh. "I figured I should warn you about that.. And if she ever comes up and I'm not here," I stand and walk to my desk, scribbling down on a post-it-note and hand it to Ash, "That's my cell number. Just text me or call or whatever and let me know, and I'll come back as soon as I can."
