Oh you're tagged because your character is on the roof. She happenes to be standing directly ahead of him, however standing in midair. And because she was somewhat of eye level with him, she decided to ask him for food.
The other person is tagged because their character was looking skyward. And because Elvira "Ember" is standing in midair, she is most likely to be seen by that character as well. ^^

So your character is a Junior correct? In your character sheet there are two slots. One where you put Freshmen/Junior/Senior and another where it asks what year is it for you at Moonlight Academy. That second one is for others to know whether you're a new student, or if their character should already know you. Be sure to make that clear.
