The reason I only have four tails is I think we found conflicting information on Kitsune. In stories it says every 50, or 100 years they get a tail, and when they are 100 or 50, depending on the story they gain one.

Whatever you found told you they had all nine when they turned 100, and they need all nine to be human.

I think for story sake we could blame it on the fact you could be a different kind or breed of Kitsune, and the reason you haven't turned gold yet could be because you're a different breed, and every other one you've heard about are the same as mine.

Unless you've got your own ideas for why xD​

Ohhhhhhhh okay. I just re-read my source, and it said that:
"When a kitsune gains its ninth tail, its fur becomes white or gold.
A kitsune is a shapeshifter, and usually when it reaches the age of 100 years, it learn the ability to take on a human form."
So I read it as one whole piece of information, rather than the two separate bits that they really are. My mistake. Let me just re-write my entire character sheet based on my own inability to read. I didn't see anything about when they gain their tails on that site, so I'll just assume you're correct and I'll stick with two tails. Give me a minute and I'll change what I wrote in the RP.

Just now read this second part. Oops.
The idea about her not turning white wasn't fully thought out-- it was just a reason for her to show up to the school, really. But I'll go back and give her only two or three tails so that she has a reason to come to the school (If she had nine tails then she would've reached her full power, so there'd be no reason to show up).
Long story short I'll just change her story, but thank you for the suggestion.

Technically the junior class got out 5 minutes early but, now everyone is on break.
