Just a little info about Black Flare, his feathers are all black except for the tips of his wings and the end of his long tail, his tail and wing tips are orange and shimmer like fire

Yes that's right. He's a rare colored Phenoix, captured by the same Pirates that made Galagus a slave. Galagus save him as he escaped and now Black Flare helps him
