Mirrors and Clocks

((Sooooo sorry for taking so long! Many tests irl. V.V))

Lula thought deeply of all the jobs she saw listed. There were a bunch of scarier ones, and she didn't want to mention them. "Hmm... There's one where we have to find someone's cat, risk of three because it's out in the woods, but this lady reeeaally likes her cat so if we find it we each get $200. Mirror 23. And then theres one where we need to build a duck pond, $10 an hour, risk of 2, mirror 711. ....there was one about a garden too, but I can't remember exactly. So what do you think?" Lula finished.

She hummed as they walked along, until they reached the cafiteria. The smell of food made her mouth water, and she lifted off the ground, unconciously flying in that direction. "Yummy..."

"What mirror number is it?" Alyss asked as Largo shuffled out of the elevator into the vast maze. She walked towards her and answered, "It's number seventy-nine." She glanced to the second hall of mirrors on the right and indicated it, "So it should be just over there." The brick tile and columns of this level were a rather vexing combination with the silvery, pooled mirrors. Ticking resounded off the walls in a low cacophony of pitches. Low ticks, beeps, chimes, bongs, knocking sounds, they were all audible in a waves of sound.

Since Alyss was already at her side she decided to go ahead and ask, "Alyss. How confident are you in your abilities? You said you could create a mist and see through it, how long can you keep that up for?" There were a few unresolved factors that were spinning around in Largo's head, depending on a few answers--the order of the groups might switch up. She was sure to keep a low voice when asking so as not to draw Alyss uninvited attention. Alyss' abilities were vast and monumental but her lack of control made her vulnerable. Largo was hoping to give Alyss a more active role, not only because her talents, but to give her the experience she needed to improve.

(Yes! It is totally Willy Wonka's elevator :D )

"Nikolai, I'll help Buster unpack. And of course I'll leave a few instructions for you to follow as you dorm with him." Rune squeaked. Buster trudged forward to the room and walked inside, his mouth just oozing with slobber. He was hungry.

Rune hopped off of Buster once they were inside. With her hands to her hips, she hummed the tune to a song gone aged. It was probably extinct, and how Rune even knew of the tune was a mystery. She waved a single finger in the air and, via a black 2-d plane of sorts, Summoned Buster's luggage. Careful not to damage any nail, she unpacked for Buster. Once that was done, she turned to Nikolai and gave him a little smile. In the same way as how the luggage had appeared, a lengthy paper dropped into Rune's hands.

"First things first, Buster will always act upon the following commands: Stay, Follow Me, Heed, Go, and Attack. He will also understand any custom commands, but please avoid some common misinterpreted phrases and figures of speech. Second, Buster needs to be fed atleast once every three hours. He has a diet of mostly meats, but sometimes we give him a bit of bread and vegetables. Atleast 80% of his food intake has to be meat. Third, he gets pretty dirty easily... So you might have to clean him more frequently than you do yourself. I can help you with this, but I'm not sure if I'm able to given the school circumstances... All of the details are listed on this paper, and if you need any questions... You know what to do. " Rune gave Nikolai a cute wink. "See-you!" And with that, she was gone, popping through yet another one of her portals.

((calculated it... there's seven people, right? they each get $128.57 ^^; let's round to 130))

As they neared the labyrinth of portals, Alyss could hear a noise that sounded like a large audience clapping with their forefingers only. The ticking could have sent someone insane. Alyss folded her headphones and zipped them and her iPod in her jacket pocket. Her long black hair blew around her as drafts flew down the rows of misty-faced mirrors. "Seventy-nine? Oh, that one?" Alyss pointed toward a mirror with "79" written on it. "With the mist, it's easier to bring it from somewhere, not create it out of nothing. If I don't have to control where it goes, but just the general area, like a house or a clearing, it'll stay for hours. But if I have to make it go specifically in front of one person it won't stay for long and takes some concentration. I can also fight pretty well without my powers, with swords—actually, I can probably use swords better than I can control water. Swords and mist in a general area work pretty well 'cause the people I'm fighting against can't see through the mist. Of course, if I'm with you guys the mist would also obscure your views, unless I just put mist around my opponent. But like I said, in a concentrated place, that takes more energy and I can't keep it up for long..." Alyss smiled, innocently apologetic, as she realized she was rambling.

Dominick was about to Though he had thought nothing of the twins passing them, Dominick tilted his head backwards and tracked the girl riding on an animalistic guy. When they turned the corner and he heard a door shut, Dominick nudged Julia and lowered his voice, "Did you see that? A girl just went past riding on the shoulders of her... servant? Is that normal here?"

Nezumi watched in awe as the little one flew toward the cafeteria. she started giggling.

"you were hungry weren't you?." they entered the cafeteria and stood in line. "we should eat first before we make up our minds." Nezumi looked over the menu. The smell made her stomach growl violently. She saw it. Her hearts desire on the blessed menu. "2 loaded bacon cheesburgers, a side of fries and gravy. side salad with ranch and a slice of that cherry pie with extra whipped cream please!.. and ill that litre of chocolate milk." She smiled largely as the small pudgy man loaded her tray.

"you sure your going to eat all that?" He asked grumpily. She nodded as she grabbed her tray and waited for Lula.

Dmytri followed behind the girls. He remained quiet for te time being. he was just curious to see how these portals worked. he'd have to study them.

Nikolai rolled his eyes and glared at Buster.

"She forgets who's in charge sometimes... You!" He turned away. "As for your feeding... You will find Rune for this. As for your cleaning.. Runes as well." He sighed deeply. Mutt does understand, he assumed. He smiled a him and rubbed his head.

"Go.. Rune."

(sorry mobular right now... haha)

Lula stared wide eyed as Nezumi ordered. "That's a lot of food..." She said in awe.

"And you?" The gruff serving man asked Lula.

"Oh, um, oohh is that corn chowder? I'd like a bowl of that please, a water, and the biggest bowl of strawberries you can give me." Lula said with a smile. "Thank you!" She chirped and followed after Nezumi with her tray, cheerfully popping a big strawberry in her mouth. "Yummyy!" She giggled happily. "I like this cafeteria."

Julia had scooted lightly to her side when Dmytri had yelled at the elevator if only to at least give him a little bit more of space. When the doors had opened she had slid quickly from the group of people with a relieved sigh. If it had not been because all of them had squished on a single elevator she would have not felt so uncomfortable. She looked at the million portals as they walked down the Mirror's halls and smiled cheerfully at it, it had been a while since her last job. She had tilted her head to the side when Dominick had nudged her and then tapped her chin softly as she thought of it for a few seconds "Guess I haven't seen it before but I'm a person that does not notice many things. Well there are strange and eccentric people over here, maybe is not that unusual" She granted as she gave a light shrug.

Largo nodded, taking in Alyss' description. She figured this was the case although the talent with swords was an added bonus. "Alright, thanks Alyss. That was just something I was wondering about." At this she started heading for the mirror. She stopped in front of the portal, the mirror hardly reflected as it swirled about in glossy silver spirals. She glanced up to the clock, it was strangely plain and dark. The grey hands of the clock were at 7pm and the outer rim indicated it was a Monday. This meant they had until 7pm on Friday to finish the job and be out.

Taking the crunched request slip out of her pocket, she turned to face everyone else. "I just want everyone to know that this is a 4-day mission and risk level of 7. The current pay says 900$ but I believe we can get more than this if we find that there are really werewolves involved and not just a pack of enchanted wolves. I'm going to split us up into three groups once I get a hold of our setting, and I've thought about this a lot but I'm also open to future suggestions. So this is your last chance to step out, if not--I'm going to assume you're on board for the whole ride and that you're going to do your best to stick with the plans I lay out." She glanced over everyone's faces to asses their reactions.
Liam rolled his eyes at Largo's speech. So this was why she needed him, to get bitten by wolves and poison them so that they slowly died on their way back to their den. Not to mention that he wouldn't be affected by a werewolf bite because his blood was so much more toxic that it would boil the infection away. Only 4 days for such a broad mission? Considering he could extend his time by one third, this was plenty. But did she expect him to keep pace with the others? He'd just have to wait and see..

Dmytri looked around at the others. Groups... He forgot to tell them about his black belt. He figured it would sound braggy but if he were paired with someone else who was excellent with combat and 2 others got paired together who werent so much than it would mean bad news. He should speak up, he thought.

"Just to mention further, considering this mission will consist of combat, I have a black belt as well." He looked at Largo. "So it would probably be best if you paired according to combat effectiveness with magic effectiveness. Just a suggestion. What kind of combat experience does everyone have?"

"Experience? Well, I don't have much with my water and ice magic, but with swords and hand-to-hand I'm pretty good... I can steal things, though I'm not sure that'll be useful in this situation with werewolves." Alyss was glad Largo was taking charge so she didn't have to divide everyone up. She looked at the strange mirror. The bottom half was green and completely foresty, but the top part and the clock were a dull grayish shade. The lush leaves just cut off halfway up, no transition or anything. Do I remember something about the mirrors reflecting the area we're in? I think something like that was in the brochure...

((will post longer in about 3 hours))

Julia intertwined her fingers behind her back as Largo talked, she had decided to go with the flow anyway, so she did not regard it as a problem to stick with the plans she would lay out for that job nor she was thinking of stepping out of such a thing, if not for the money but also because she thought of it as an entertaining challenge. She then turned her gaze to Dmytri when he spoke and then to Alyss when she answered his question. She dropped her hands to her sides as she thought about his question.

"I'm pretty confident about my pyrokinetic abilities during combat and though I'm not bad myself at close combat, I'm actually a lot better at attacks that do not require me to get close to my opponent like using guns, bow and arrows and such. Basically, anything that requires me to aim for a target being it still or moving" She granted as she slid one of her hands to one of the two leg gun holsters she had tied to each of her legs, where she carried her two pistols and some small knives.

She could at least proudly think that her months at that place had not gone to waste as she had greatly improved on her combat skills. She was far from perfect that was for sure, if she would have been perfect then half of her previous group would have not died on her last job, but at least she was much better than when she started back then.

"So overall, you'd prefer a setting where you can use long range attacks...Julia?" Largo had figured that Julia would be top rank as far as fire power, so she was hoping she would be the one to accompany herself on the search for the disguised werewolves. But if she felt more attuned in a long-range setting, perhaps she should be on the hunt or town defense. She was already aware or Liam's abilities, so she wasn't surprised when he didn't speak up. "And you Dominick? What is your tactic when the enemy is at hand?" She asked the newest member.

Dominick looked up with a start when Largo said his name. "W-well, I prefer using dual swords," he touched the outline of a sword under his jacket, "And I'm good... I mean, since I can create illusions most of the time it's hard for my opponent to defend when they don't know which one of me is real, or where I am. I'm more of a short-range person."

Dmytri sat silent as he listened to the girls plot. He listened to the strengths of everyone and wondered who he would be paired with.

"I think I should be paired with Liam... If he uses his poisons and if it accidently comes in contact with someone it should be me.."

Nezumi looked at Lula and smiled.

"It is! It's great!" She balanced the tray of food that kept wobbling. "The window table!" She said as she walked fastly towards it, hoping to make it there before her tray would fall. She sat down and started devouring the food. She stopped for a breather between her burgers and fries and her salad and pie. She looked around at the cafeteria. Impressive. She continued to look around when she noticed 2 girls come in. They were very beautiful but something was off. They made eye contact. There was one with black hair and one with white. Nezumi saw them turn their gaze at Lula. She looked over at Lula, unaware of the visual intrusion. She looked back and the girls were still standing there. She didn't like it. I'm going to do it, she thought of herself. She turned her attention at the white haired one. She focused her body energy on her and did a mood detect.

"What the..." She mumbled to herself quietly. "Got a problem?!" She yelled across the cafeteria. The black hair one giggled while the white haired one was serious and gaze was fixed on Nezumi. They stared each other down for what seemed like ages. Finally the white hair one winked at Nezumi, turned around and left. The black haired one followed behind. Nezumi turned around with an uneasy feeling in her stomach. She pushed her tray away.

"Not hungry anymore.." She stated.

"Than I think I'll switch Julia out for you Dominick." Largo told him. She listened to Dmytri's thoughts and it was a fair idea. "I guess I'll go ahead and explain what I have in mind so that I don't waste time on the other side." She took a deep breath and began the explanation, wishing she had a white board to draw out the specifics. "So I'm thinking of dividing us into three groups." She started where she had left off earlier, "Group one's objective is to investigate the possibility of a werewolf within the town in disguise. There may even be multiple werewolves. That group would consist of me and Dominick. Me because I can search witnesses memories and if we come in contact with the werewolf, I can possess him or her and get them locked up somewhere. Also my combat skills are weak against multiple opponents. I may not be able to control a werewolf for very long so I would need someone with good close-range combat skills in case we are taken by surprise. Also it would help a lot if Dominick could enhance the amount of time I could control a werewolf--you can do this by enhancing my will." She explained, mostly looking at him to make sure he was taking it all in. "Plus your persuasion skills and illusions could also be most useful while we are questioning the townspeople--we could get much done between the two of us."

Wrapping up her explanation on group one, she moved on. "Group two's objective is to protect the people and particularly young women as the request indicates." She tapped the yellow slip in her hand, "Most likely the wolves will attack at night...Group two I was thinking should be Dmytri, Jack, and Julia. Jack's ability to draw metal to himself makes him a sort of tank, he could hold the fort down. Also I'm sure the most metal will be available close to the town. Jack I assume wouldn't be able to move very fast under the circumstances and this is an area where we'll need combat savvy people. We don't want anyone hurt under our watch. That's why Dmytri I thought would be a good protector with his black belt, healing ability and water manipulation and Julia with her fire and long range attacks." She paced a little while making hand gestures to indicate each person who's name she uttered.

"When the wolves eventually retreat, this is where Group three will come in. Group three will initially be stationed with group two and split off when the number of wolves are minimized and they retreat. Group three is Alyss and Liam. I know you're concerned about Liam's poison Dmytri," she glanced to the gentle giant, "but since he hasn't explained his ability I will. Liam's blood is poisonous and his saliva is numbing. He's highly skilled in hand to hand combat and has a huge speed advantage by being able to freeze time for 5 seconds at a time, every 10 seconds. He'd be able to fully protect one person at a time, that's why I've only paired him with Alyss. Alyss, I'm sure you're more than capable with your short swords, but should you be in danger--Liam should only need a moments notice." She looked Liam directly in the eye after saying this. Giving him a look that practically said 'if you let anything happen to her, I'll have your head'.

With this she continued, "Alyss, I'm sure the wolves will be retreating into some kind of forestation and I think you'll be able to use your fog here, and lead Liam through the fog. Try not to kill all of the wolves, in fact you don't have to kill any if you don't want to." Largo got the feeling that Alyss wasn't the type to kill, even wolves. "Liam is going to poison each one individually as they retreat. Since his poison is fast acting, thought not immediate, there should be a trail of dead wolves leading back to their den or master where we can wipe out the rest." She looked to Dmytri again before adding, "I'm sure he'll make it clean. Plus his blood is only toxic when consumed or mixed with your own blood."

She stopped pacing and looked about the group to see how everyone was following her plan. She decided to do another quick sum up, "Group one, mystery team, Me and Dominick. Group two, protection duty, Jack, Julia and Dmytri. Group three, Hunting, Liam and Alyss. Once we enter, I'll find a good base for us to meet back at after the first night and share information or concerns. Also..I'm sure we'll be able to get more than the stated amount for this job if there are really werewolves involved--which is highly probable." Largo finally finished her strategy explanation and awaited questions or concerns.
Liam looked at Alyss, her small thin body and big blue eyes. She looked so innocent and dopey. So he would be hunting wolves with her? At least it was only one person he'd have to look out for.. After that glare from Largo, she seemed to have really taken a liking to the little runt. Not that he respected Largo's wishes all that much, it was still unusual to see her taking command and he was still bitter about her starting the conflict that ruptured the bonds in their last group. Her plans weren't all that bad though; he hadn't really seen her in this light before. Nevertheless he'd see how long she'd hold out.

Liam furrowed his brows after this thought process and walked up behind his new dark-haired partner. He extended his arms in a mock-yawn and let one hand come down to rest on Alyss' head. "Think you can keep up little doll?" He grinned like the Cheshire cat and patted her on the head. He was certainly more fond of this idea than being paired with the claustrophobic brute who's name he'd recently learned to be Dmytri. When he thought back to the guy's suggestion he glanced to him and added rather sourly, "yes don't you worry Dmytri, I'd rather not make a mess of myself." He already had plenty of tiny white scars placed sporadically up his arms and after staring at the guys face for a moment he thought that he certainly didn't want to look like that.

Alyss looked up as Liam patted her head and her face turned red. "U-um... That sounds like a good idea Largo!" Despite rushing her speech together, Alyss was grateful for Largo's leadership. Though Liam's tone when talking to Dmytri had an undertone of hostility, Alyss was glad he was in her group. She could tell that he was powerful by the way Largo was treating him and what group he was in, and Alyss also knew that he would probably have to protect her at one point or another. And though she really wanted to prove that she could fight and defend herself, she was still unsure of how her skills would work against werewolves. Alyss gave Largo a small smile that said, Thanks for looking out for me and I know you're worried about me but I'll be fine at the same time. She just hoped it would be true.

Dominick nodded silently, acknowledging Largo's groupings and thinking to himself, Wow, I didn't even think of that... He ignored Liam's snide comments and said, "That's a good idea, I think it would work well. I haven't persuaded someone for a while... My last job was boring. This oughtta be fun." Dominick slid closer to the mirror, not wanting to be the first to step into the unknown world of enchanted wolves, but wanting to get on with the job. Then he thought of something. Painfully knowing this would hold up the group more, Dominick asked, "You said after Liam and Alyss kill a few wolves, a part of the pack or whatever, there would be a trail of dead wolves leading back to where we can finish them all off... But where should we meet them? Alyss and Liam, I mean. Because we won't know where they're going, and how are they supposed to find us?" Dominick realized how stupid this sounded since they probably couldn't do anything about it.

Largo smiled at Alyss' optimistic expression and nodded at Dominick's question, "Yeah I thought of that too. The idea is that after Liam poisons as many wolves as he can, they meet back with us at the town or village, whichever it is. We get a good nights sleep, and follow the trail in the morning. The wolves won't die immediately, it will take some time, but they'll be trying to retreat at some point or another and when they do--they'll die along the way. And if they die before making it back, we'll at least be that much closer and can head them off the next day at the point of the last dead wolf. This keeps them farther from the town, and gets us closer to the den. We have plenty of firepower so I'm sure when we re-divide the groups depending on tonight's results, that we'll be able to hold them off. If they die too slowly, we'll be able to follow the stench of dead wolf back to their hiding place. Sound good?" She was more that open to hear any flaws that might persist in her plan. All she wanted was to make sure that everyone was well protected and that some of the beginners got the experience they needed from this mission...and also, that they made it back on time.

Dominick thought this over. "Okay, I think that'll work. Yeah. We shouldn't all sleep at the same time, though, to make sure the wolves don't come back to the village again in the night while we're asleep." He was excited to be going on a job with such risks, and on an impulse stuck his hand through the mirror to feel what the weather was like on the other side and to possibly get an idea of what the place was like. Dominick's palm was greeted by a cool wind, blowing softly up against his hand. The weather wasn't extreme on either side, but it was still midday. Then he heard ticking. Dammit. I'm an idiot, Dominick thought, I've just started the clock. He hoped no one would notice and that they would hurry up. It didn't seem like anyone else had any more questions, but Dominick hated to admit that questions were very important. If one thing went wrong, the whole thing could go down in flames . . .

Dmytri looked at Liam and smirked. Amusing... He thought to himself. He looked over at Julia and studied her for a second. She would've been my second choice. He walked up behind Dominick towards the clock. He looked over at Jack and made a study of him as well. He nodded at the two.

"Let's go, buddy." He chuckled as he put a hand on his shoulder and pushed him into the mirror. He followed behind.

(sorry about the short post. just got off work and tired haha)

((wait wait Dmytri pushed Dominick into the mirror right?))

Startled, Dominick fell forwards into an unknown place, pushed from behind. He heard "Let's go, buddy" from behind him, in Dmytri's voice. When Dominick turned around to see who pushed him, there was only a mirror suspended in midair amongst an expansive surrounding of leafy green trees. However, when Dominick whirled again, he saw a booming metropolis with skyscrapers and the whole shebang. He let out a low whistle as Dmytri stepped out of the mirror. "This place isn't all that bad..." Dominick said.

Stepping into the mirror behind the others, Largo was sucked into the cool glossy surface. As space warped around her she almost stumbled out the other side. Luckily she had practice catching her balance, although for others it was much more seamless. A breeze of cool air rushed around her and blew her hair up with the wind. She was surprised to see they were on the outskirts of both a misty, looming forest, and a low lit city where the the sun was just setting over the eclipsed sky scrapers. She breathed a sigh of awe at the picture before her, but she was careful not to loose her head from the dizzying height of the buildings. "Be on your guard everyone, the sun is setting and this position is dangerous." She looked again to dense forestation on her left, hopefully the wolves would not be out quite yet. She joined Dominick and Dmytri and looked over her should for the others.

-------------------------------------------

"Shall we?" Liam gestured for Alyss to take his arm to step through the mirror. "It's your first time right?" He added knowing the twisting of dimensions could easily surprise the feet of a new student. He had just spotted the last of Largo's pinkish waves whip through the portal and he was eager to follow suit. "Oh and Jack," He turned back to his roommate with a sly smile, "I'm sure you'll understand me lending my arm to the girl this time." He winked back to his friend and prepared to step forward.

Alyss took Liam's arm and stepped carefully through the mirror behind him after nervously saying, "Um... thanks." A flowing sensation swirled around Alyss and she felt as though she was falling very, very far in a short amount of time. The wind that whistled through her hair brought Alyss back to her senses and she untensed her shoulders and opened her eyes to see looming buildings matched with looming trees, now on the other side of the portal.

Dominick nodded curtly at Largo's warning. He stuck his head around a building's corner and saw that the city looked like any other swarming metropolis on the inside; neon signs and flashing billboards seemed to blind the untrained eye. People walked though the streets everywhere, but they all stayed about a block away from the border between the forest and the city, where Dominick, Dmytri, and Largo were standing.

((sorry for not replying as of late. xD I've been keeping up, just been very busy. also sorry if this post jumps around a lot, i have a lot to respond to! Err, well, Jack has a lot to respond to. Eheh..))

Jack hardly reacted to Dmytri's outburst in the elevator, his head half in the clouds. As they dropped within the elevator, he kept his train of thought and said nothing. His mind was flooded with guilt and worry about his complex gift. It was difficult, using his powers, because he never knew when something unexpectedly metal would get pulled towards him. He shuddered at the thoughts of his past, the path that lead him to this school. And with his last thoughts he snapped back to reality.

Realizing Liam's arm had been linked with his the whole the time, Jack attempted to swat Liam away. Damn it Liam! Everyone had been chatting, and he had hardly paid any attention to them. Bet I'm the only person with one power here, too. He shrugged mentally, for there was a leech surrounding his arm that prevented him from doing it physically.

The elevator doors opened and the group started down the long line of mirror. As they neared Mirror 79, Jack listened silently and attentively to Largo's plan, although he didn't plan on making a comment. "Oh and Jack," he heard Liam say as he let loose of Jack's arm, only to grab Alyss's. "I'm sure you'll understand me lending my arm to the girl this time." He unamusedly raised a brow at Liam's devious expression. Here goes nothing..

He took one final step through the mirror. A rich green forest was standing tall. The trees were lean but clustered thickly together, seeming merciless to anyone daring to step foot on their soil. Jack, bemused, looked around at this sight. Wow. I've never been so close to the wilderness. I suppose living in a city suburb kinda shelters your brain that way, bringing you to a point where you can hardly imagine being in a place with nature prospering so magnificently. I wonder, where are we?

Jack cut his thoughts short, as usual, and kept a calm and cool demeanor. He kneeled down and picked up some rocks that he had crunched beneath his thick metal boots upon arrival. No metal ores, just my luck.. His gaze turned around and saw a thriving city behind him, filled with people and sky-high towers and dimly lit advertisement. Oh...duh.

"Oh... um... okay..." Lula stood up quickly when Nezumi announced that she was no longer hungry. "Do you want to do a job then?" She asked. Lula hadn't seen the two girls so she wasn't sure what had come over her friend.

Lula stared longingly at the bowl of strawberries on her tray. She had wanted so badly to eat them, but if Nezumi wasn't hungry anymore, Lula didn't want to be rude and eat. But... those strawberries were so beautiful... and her favorite food.

She continued to stare at the strawberries, torn on her decision.

Julia had just nodded at Largo's plan. She was fine with whichever group she would be at and thought it was not a bad idea at all to be part of the protection duty team. When the time came to step into the portal she just tugged on her hat and jumped through it, before she had lost countless of them because she had lost track of them along the way. She landed neatly below the mirror where everyone had already gone through.

It was a sight worth of seeing. She smiled cheerfully as she looked at the forest part and then at the city one, how of an interesting thing could that be? She let go softly of her hat and walked towards the others, joining them as she heard Largo's warning.
