Just a photo-realistic map I found out on the web. Sadly, my eyes aren't good enough to read it ... Looking for a better one. Whatever I use has to have the Kingdom, but also foreign lands, lands for the Elves, Drow, seas, etc.
The Elves and Drow fight. They fight among themselves as well. Yes, elves in a multi house civil war. Brutal and ugly. The Kingdom may not be in a civil war, but that is because it is too poor with no leadership. That, and the Queen rules an army too strong for even foreign kingdoms to attack. More and more the Queen spreads her dominion.
