Ein Luckwil

The enchanting scenery and vibrant colors played with Eins vision as her hazel eyes watched stray leaves drifted from their branches in a drizzle of life during their descent; the green heart shaped flora sweeping along the drifting atmospheres tender currents and encircling her as it would in reality. Her ankles locked into the crevice's of one another as she struggled with remaining awake beneath the tree she sat upon the tangled roots of.

The leaves' sorrowful siblings stretched their timid stems in their own pitiful attempts to retrieve their slipping brethren, lime fingertips slender like that of a brilliant pianist as they rippled in the newly birthed winds. The young women's bones popped as her fingers played with the opportunity of grasping a leaf which flew near her. Her weak joints desperatly worked to draw nearer to the elderly trees withering arms.

Ein's dainty fingertips interrupted the delicate airs joyous patterns with its abrupt appearance though not disrupting the leaves' graceful pirouettesas which they performed during their descending dances. The young women's lips pressed into one another as her eyebrows met thoughtfully with a final attempt at grasping the greenery though as such failed.

Suddenly an abrupt riot of feet dug into the ground near her, the noise littering the air and causing Ein's fingers to instinctively lift to acquire the brimming of her seemingly docile hat wear. The leather surface was warm to her calloused touch as her gaze averted itself to the owner of the ravaging steps. The moment her widened gaze touched his angled facial features a distant wrenching scream of undeniable horror appeared to warn her of the visitor.

With no intention to interrogate the other or risk her crumbling life her hands became painted with dirt; the particles lodging themselves within the wrinkles of her fingers and beneath her crippling nails as her hands pressed themselves upon the ground to bring herself up onto her feet. The other approached her at a petrifying speed and she watched the air behind him be decorated with clumps of dirt and strands of grass as his heels dug into the tender earth with each frivolous step.

Eins feet danced around the roots which tunneled through the grass beneath her and as her hands clasped the gritty bark of the tree she ventured to hide behind. But, her extraordinarily thick mane of pumpkin locks was something which she knew wouldn't entirely be hidden.

@The Endergod

Necalli Rue

Thin rolls of skin creased into one another between Necalli's brow as he detected the others physical tautness after he had complemented her seemingly vast knowledge on the game they were currently in. He licked his lips wryly and as he wondered if it were something she was oddly conscious of despite the impressiveness of it.

The young mans conciousness meddled with the idea for a small

moment before he was torn from the idea to glance over his shoulder to watch as Elliad's form descended back to the ground harmlessly with much more grace then what she had when she was tasked with crawling into his back earlier. As he straightened himself his spine creaked with the effort but provided no genuine dicomfort while his gloved hand fluttered to his belt loop and in a practiced motion snagged his cane from his position within the belt loop of his shorts and clicked upon the ground in front of his form.

When he did such small indents decorated Necalli's plush cheeks as he pridefully beamed at his accomplishment of causing the other to laugh, even if minimally. As they continued to occupy the sidewalk he was once more pleasantly surprised by the green haired women's remarks, finding them to be earthly but alien in their styling which he couldn't resist feeling intrigued by.

Though, as Elliad diverged the topic of their conversation to one regarding his fighting techniques the wrinkles which lined his quiet smile appeared strained for a breath, Necalli's lower lip fluttering with a repressed tremor as his gloved fingers found salvation within the elegant carvings of his cane as his nails pushed themselves roughly into the smooth surface. A memory which stained his mind influenced his words.

"I'm not very useful in combat so I don't have much of a role in fighting." Necalli took a silent intake of air theough his nose, the weight of the necklace which cradled his neck and vibrated with his hearts rhythmic hum increasingly becoming heavier and more morbid to wear. "I'm more of a stay at home mom nowadays, but my cane isn't exactly what it seems. I can say."

The young man felt a new sole wish to retire to his home and drown his evening in solitude, his insipid eyes falling to a weary disposition. But, just as he thought of such a shadow appeared to fall from the heavens. With heightened brows Necalli's attention was torn to the figure and cautiously he threatened a few steps foreword,

"Are you okay?"

Geno Naito

She seemed dazed for a moment before shaking her head as the 2 damage she had taken slowly regenerated back to full health like it did with every player when they take damage outside of combat.

"I hate this stupid games Random Failures Mechanic."

"Yes I'm fine."

She looked to the new person that stood before her.

"Uh...Hello. My name's Geno Naito! Nice to meet you!"

@Entarriance @Hauvlex

Inori Nakamura

Inori slumped to the ground on his knees as he snacked on the cinnamon bun in his hand with loud appreciative noises following. Orbs taking in the sky as the wind seemed to spiral like a sleepy cat upwards and smiling as he finished off the last of his treat. Taking out his journal to find another line written within it in simple cursive. 'Desserts are very essential for survival' in red writing and he couldn't help but agree with the random statement as he took in how fresh the ink actually was. He swore the journal just wrote itself as he had yet to write a single word kind of scared that it would stop communicating with him as strange as it was.

"Hey silly. You got that constipated look on your face again."

He jumped as gave a shudder and panicked while looking around before realizing he had dropped his journal with a soft plunk sound. The plunk soon becoming a melody of thunks and screams.Fingers brushed against his elbow as his form clenched into itself while his feet skipped back and forth. Gasps filling the empty space as he slid downward on the empty street as sweat tricked down his face lightly. Eyes dilating as he fought to get a hold of himself with forced, controlled breaths.

No no no no. Stop.No...I beg you. His mind echoed as if playing a record on repeat as he tried to force these horrible mirages away. His eyes taking a scene in from third person that seemed fragmented in it's very essence.

He watched as a copy stood over the other as Inori watched who they called Ri come forward.

"Stop.Kill... I, no hurt you." An angry laugh and mirror images of himself as they began to shatter one by one. Turning into kaleidoscopes as it seemed to turn from pretty warm colors to the color gray. Spiraling out to a sword stuck in, pulled out only to be placed somewhere else. Puke. It was everywhere. Run faster. Inori can't distinguish what else is there. Glass pieces so black he can't even dream of seeing through them.

"Ri! I won't... I don't want to d-d...it's okay.I know." A distorted voice echoes as he takes a glance around not actually registering what is next. The smell of burning flesh. He's so good at cleaning up. An everyday hero. It hurts he cries out simply before he blinks with the journal in hand.

He picks up the journal that seems to be a little wet and places a hand on his face, it's dry. It's a wonder how his journal got wet on the dry cobblestone. He lets out a yawn as he stretches his arms and he can't help but feel done with this day. Eyes stinging and red as he puts his things away in his inventory before deciding to rest once more as he puts his head in his knees. He knew that this probably wasn't the best place but it didn't really matter to him right now.Falling into a dreamless sleep in the middle of the street. His breath as light as hiding prey. Ba-dum. Ba-dum.

"Even if this world is just a game, you guys aren't part of it. You're not."

"Oh, well that's okay! It doesn't matter if you're good or bad at fighting, because you're still a good person. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, and there's absolutely something that you have that no one else can do. Everyone has something! Even if this world is just a game, you're not part of it. You aren't a game piece, you're you. So don't look so enervated!"

Elliad did suspect that she may have took a wrong slip with words, though the discontent in typically dullened eyes confirmed it. She sounded a little frantic to seemingly recover herself, making rapid gesticulations and movements with her arms, emphasizing her words or just spontaneously, through some odd attempt to cheer him up. It only took seconds later for a blur to appear in the corner of her vision, quickly causing her to turn towards the source. But it appeared she was a little delayed, as Rue's concern had already reached out to the young woman on the ground.

"Are you okay?"

"I hate this stupid games Random Failures Mechanic... yes I'm fine."

She quickly began to introduce herself, but Elliad seemed to find something more interesting. Was that what it was called, Random Failures Mechanic? Before Elliad could introdruce herself and say her name, she raised her index finger, dramatically pushing up her glasses along the bridge of her nose as she spoke to the girl.

"Actually, the top of the building you just fell from has a special property called a misalignment. In the game's code, there's a discrepeancy between the way the game handles collision checking between floors, walls, or if there's an open area. It results in a small 1x1 area where someone could go through that section of the building without being pushed back, in this case, upwards by the flooring. And if you were to be less than 79 units under that floor, you'd snap up onto it..."

Elliad seemed oddly confident in her own statement, speaking in a well assured and informed manner over it. She seemed to hold assurity in the weirdest things, but at least she seemed well satisfied with herself afterwards. Pushing her glasses back up to balance on her head, it caused more bits of disheveled hair to stick up, seemingly not to her realization. But it was already messy to begin with, at least.

"Nice to meet you, Miss Geno. I'm Elliad!"

"Nice to meet you too Elliad. Though I'm certain the 'misalignment' wasn't what caused me to fall as the usual

"Miss!"

was there to show that I missed the jump. Anyways, Where are you 2 headed off too?"

Necalli Rue

The young mans vision was hazed with an insipid kuebiko gleam though the crystallized gaze thawed as he listened benevolently to the words Elliad sputtered out, modesty painting his cheeks. She appeared so inhuman in certain moments and remarks, her occasional naivity on specific matters and dubious nature which was similar to that of a child's something which piqued his own spirit of inquiry.

Though the one who had fallen from the sky was now under his scrutiny, Necalli wondered why no one appeared to pay mind to their health as he awaited the new strangers answer which would tell him whether or not he'd possibly need to give another individual a piggy back ride that day.

"I hate this stupid games Random Failure Mechanic. Yes I'm fine."

But fortunately, to his and his backs pleasant surprise she appeared not as damaged as he had feared from the fall.

"Um...Hello. My name's Geno Naito. Nice to meet you!"

Necalli issued a relieved sigh and with his left hand lifted his ghostly bangs from his vision, the waterfall of hair slipping along the curvature of his upper cheek and hovering above his skin annoyingly as Elliad striked a rather generic glasses character pose and opened her mouth to begin another lecture riddled with knowledge he would have otherwise been completely oblivious of predictably. Necalli wondered how long she could hold her breath as he observed her lack of air intake as she boasted her educated remarks in a confident tone.

Then, as though her imposing words weren't ones of impressiveness Elliad continued with her introduction nonchalantly to who they now knew to be Geno.

"I am Necalli Rue, it's my pleasure." His lips tickled with a small smile as he gave his name then went on to answer the falling girls question with spared glances to the quiet streets atmospheric scenery. "We were going to my house but I don't know if that's the plan anymore. Are you off somewhere?"

"Even if this world is just a game, you guys aren't part of it. You're not."

Comfortable placing both of her hands back into the pockets of her jacket. For a period of time, she was pouting, as if dissapointed that her little lecture was apparently proven false by a simple collection of red text. Falling back into her own little word, her gaze was distant as she tried to figure out what to say. Hmm, from her tone, it doesn't sound as genuine as when Rue speaks. But maybe it'll be fun having someone else along? Yeah, it probably will be, though what's there to mispresent? Is she masking something? Geno herself is an interesting individual, was she pursuing us from the roofs? She did fall from higher above, so she was either launched from another location here or the numerous buildings... aha! There was another foreign voice that had asked if I was okay earlier, so that was most likely her! Geno most likely followed us out of interest, perhaps? From her appearance, she couldn't possibly have malicious intentions. She presented herself a little timidly but cordial.

"We were going to my house but I don't know if that's the plan anymore. Are you off somewhere?"

"I'd like to come with you two if you would let me...I don't really have enough GP to rent an apartment from the NPC Clerk."

While she was thinking this, the time it took for her to respond was as if she was saying it. Elliad wore a blank stare, and nearly seemed to be on the verge of drooling, before managing to snap herself out of it. The fuzzy dream-like look she had promptly refocused, and while she held a very lost looking expression for a few seconds, she came to smile as she looked between them,

"... oh, oh yeah, we're going to your house! Do you have cool stuff in there? I wonder if you have lots of rad armour and stuff! Hm, they'd probable be too big on me, so that's a little bit of a stretch. Or maybe it could be elucidated as such... well if that happened all the flags in the story would've been lowered and the affection meter would'nt decreased.,, oh, sorry! Well, it's his home, but I don't mind if you come along! Oh, wouldn't EXP dispersion reduce with gaining party members... hmm..."

Elliad's center of audience shifted constantly, as well as her tone from curiosity to near-incomprehensible mumbling. Bringing herself back once more, she rocked back and forth by the heels of her shoes.

"Miss Geno, do you have any adventure stories?"

Necalli Rue

The thick fabric which draped itself around Necalli's shoulders rippled heavily with his motions as he lifted a clothed hand to his face to once more rid his vision of the unpigmented locks of hair which disrupted his view of the two he had somehow come to converse with. The dainty strands fell askew within his light grasp though by the end of the action they became an organized bundle which he had nuzzled away behind his ear.

"I'd like to come with you two if you'd let me....I don't really have enough GOto rent an apartment from the NPC clerk."

Necalli raised a precarious brow as he swayed a glance upon the younger girl. He could barely recall her last name and she was wondering if he would let her into his home. He viewed the question apprehensively and his lips parted to prepare for a question o his own though just as he should have suspected a different voice broke the silenced atmosphere rather then his own. One littered with jovial and elementary excitement.

Rue's form straightened itself with his best intent to feign his usual sense of dignity though he still strayed from placing weight upon his right leg while he placed his hands over one another upon his cane. In what he considered to be reality he had worked to create a dare devil persona for himself as a child to catch the eyes of the other boys who lived on his road but when he had been climbing a tree he had fallen and had gifted himself a limp which would follow him for a lifetime. Though the pain and unsteady steps didnt follow him into their virtual world the phantom rememberancs of the habit made the action of not allowing any pressure onto the leg subconscious and something alike to the thoughtless action of breathing.

"I have some...rad," that was a new word, "items but they aren't that amazing so they don't usually leave my house." Necalli thought of when he had discovered The Bone Masher within a treasure chest he found in the woods, it was a powerful hammer but he used it to tenderize meats in his kitchen rather then crack skulls with like the name bluntly implied. As he contemplated sharing such a thing with someone it drifted to his attention that he hadn't truly spoken to many for a fair amount of time and surely hadn't invited any visitors to his home as of late. With a prophecy of sharing his culinary techniques with the others inspiring his mind he attempted to dull his blue gazes gleam of slight anticipation while he spoke,

"The company wouldn't hurt, let's go."

@Entarriance @Yuuki Kagami

Inori Nakamura

Blinking as black spots appeared in his sights, Inori's eyes shuttered shut as he turned his back to the sun. His mouth felt dry and tongue seemed to stick to the roof of his mouth as he got up on tingly feet. The distinct feeling of being bonked on the head lightly with a staff several hundred times in a desert coming to mind. A groan bouncing off the alley as he folded his cloak and put's it away as the rest of the alley is covered in shadows except for where he had been asleep. Streams of sunlight hitting the lone piece of stone wall from just above the rooftops. The colors of oranges and reds signifying the approaching minutes to hours before night would hit.

"I could surely use an oasis." Maybe then would the mirage dissipate and he wouldn't be plagued by these fake sounds and thoughts. He was tempted to try just biting his nails to maybe relieve a bit of his anxious thoughts but one glance at his nails made him deny that idea. Not only was it unhygienic in practice but he could bleed and that put him off more than he would like to admit. A drink of water would surely make things seem or rather feel better in perspective. Surely then, someone would come along singing I can show you the world before taking him under their wing. With that thought, he begins to jog towards the market area.

It was a crowded place bustling with activity unlike where he previously was. The difference was almost appalling and quite frankly he wanted to run for the hills but the only problem was there was none. His shoulders slumped as his eyes spun in panic as he gave rapid looks everywhere before casually slipping into a seat at a cafe table.

"What can I get you?" He glanced around before realizing the gruff voice of the young waitress was speaking to him. Internally, he screamed as he kept scanning the menu as if it begin to eventually click in his mind. "I'll come back in a few moments. Call me when you're ready." Oh, he had taken too long... at least it gave him a moment to look rationally at the menu as he cleared his throat.

The menu contained a number of things ranging from savory bentos, sweet delights and Indian cuisine. In fact, it looked like it had a bit of everything he realized there was an index to the thirty page slightly overpriced meals. His hands rapidly flipping the pages until he hit the Japanese cuisine page as his hands shook at what he saw. "Are you ready to take your order?"

"Yes! I'll have a Miso Ramen with an extra egg and... some green tea." The second part coming out much quieter than the first as he realized that his initial loudness had made a few heads turn. He wanted to place his head in his hands but he didn't no matter how much he kind of wanted to hide away from their eyes. It was just... he never really had authentic Japanese food and the prospect just made him fidget in anticipation. "Oh... ah... Thank you for the food." Very carefully he snapped open his chopsticks and began to eat as his cheeks probed out as he chewed with an overly joyful look on his face. Hand zoning over to his coin amount to make sure he had enough only for him to tilt his head in confusion as he sipped the hot liquid. Since when did he have two thousand coins... that took a long while for a party to make. He shook his head and winced as he managed to spill some tea on himself. Wanting to slam his head on the table as he took the offered handkerchief with a nod of thanks.

"Be more careful, kid." The man grinned as the image of his grandson seemed to overlap with Inori's own. "Wouldn't want to get your clothes dirty. Who knows? You might spill the whole cup over you and you'll need it then."

"Thanks... um, here. I appreciate it." Inori offered it back only to be rejected with a firm nod as he felt his cheeks become hot and clasped his fingers together. "I owe you one. You have my word and I never forget my word."

"No worries. I have a feeling I'll see you again anyway. This world has a funny way of working." He laughed a gruff but scratchy laugh as he rubbed at his graying goatee with purpose in his gaze. Finding it kind of strange how he had felt the need to approach the youth who seemed to have wariness engraved into the very way he stepped. But not only that but also how they accepted his kindness and even seemed to insist that they had a debt made him feel quite old. It was just something he just felt the older generation should do for the young ducklings still finding their own path. Sitting in seiza on the chair as he really didn't care what people thought as he was strange enough with his slicked back and braided hair and white yukata. "Names Hans. What's Yours?"

"It's...R...Inori, sir." His hands going from clasped to twisted in his clothes. Ba-dum. Ba-dum. "I should probably get going. I don't wish to impose as I feel fate would say it's Coincidence and Ms Coincidence would say no it was fated... ah, that was a bad joke." He laughs awkwardly as he hands the waitress the bill while handing over a few for the other as well. Telling people that his name was Inori felt wrong on his tongue as if that name was a forbidden word that was supposed to be locked away forever. Ri being the right one to every question to do with his name.

"Gahahaha." The man laughed heavily as he wiped the beginning of tears off his face and patted his shoulders with a new acknowledging light in his eyes. "There you go, Inori. Go do what you must."

"Yeah...I'll do what I must! I've always wanted to say that line but never found the place to. Thank you." Inori stated as he got up from the table and gave the older male a wave and a backwards glance. Somehow Hans, a random acquaintance, made him feel a little less constricted if only for a heartbeats time.

The boy began to run. He ran and ran as he let the wind be his guide for just this moment in time hoping for suspension in the march. Maybe if I run fast enough, the dark feelings won't catch me again he thought as he kept going even knowing how farfetched the idea was. Time could afford a seconds rest, right?

But in the end, even if it was false, it was a thread of light hanging for him to grab hold of while wishing that it would support his weight. How... he prayed it would.

"Even if this world is just a game, you guys aren't part of it. You're not."

"What are you talking about, everything's amazing! Usually. I'm sure you have lots of neat stuff. There aren't a lot of players that have housing, either. They usually find themselves residing at inns and stuff."

With a new feeling of invigoration, Elliad shaped her hand into a fist, pumping it closer towards her body with motivated trepidation. With the appearance of two players who haven't seemed to take a particular disliking to her yet, Elliad was eager to learn more about the both of them, whether it be their skills or just them as people. She always found something nice in the way that people acted, it always seemed so human to her. She had a hop and skip in her steps, making it rather expressive that she was excited. She typically held a tired and lethargic demeanor, but now with the anticipation of learning something new, it gave her a reason to finally feel awake. It didn't last all too long when Geno brought up the question.

"What's your story on how you got into this trap?"

Elliad's lively behavior came to an abrupt halt, and in fact, the question seemed to make her nervous. Her hands finding themselves back where they were previously, in her pockets, she kept her back towards the two of them (assuming her lively anticipation and skipping around the both of them forced her ahead of the group). Raising her hands which were still in her pockets to a shrug, bringing up the erds of her jacket where her hands were binded to through her pockets, there was a slightly strained laugh.
What forced me into this trap, huh? Well, the answer is relatively simple, it isn't very complicated compared to the adversity that others may have had. Rue has a cane, though if it were an injury he sustained in the real world, it would have granted him usage of his leg in this realm. But alas, he still carries a cane with him, so perhaps it was merely a sense of comfort, or just a force of habit? People live arduous lives... it's fascinating but kind of sad too.

"It's kinda brash to phrase it like that, but hmmhmmhmm.... I wonder! My memories are kinda fuzzy on how I got here."

It was a lie, but with her back turned to the both of them, it shouldn't have been expressed through her countenance. Dropping her arms back down to her sides, she finally spun around to face the both of them after she regained her equanimity.

"Besides, why would it matter? You guys are gonna make it outta this game for sure, just like all of the other users!"

Well, the way that she had phrased that statement regarding to the players was
odd to say, mainly on who she was directing it at.. Spinning back around to march forward, she saw something blur farther up the pathway, appearing to be in a rush. Up ahead, there was once again the bustle of life. But it wasn't as jam packed as the center of the city had been. Packed, but not as bad. Something seemed different about the way that he had briefly presented himself (well, he didn't present himself. More like the way Elliad thought he presented himself) in comparison to the other users. He appeared frantic from the way he breathed as he ran, not just tiredness straining him, but something else. Elliad couldn't figure out what, but it was only seconds before the buildings had shadows his form once again as he ran.

"Hold on!"

@Hauvlex @Yuuki Kagami

Curious, Elliad bolted away from the two she had recently met after him towards the boy. Grabbing onto the pipe on the side of a building that connected into the household, she used it to pull herself quickly up onto the roof of a building, before running after the boy by the roofs. While she wasn't the best in terms of combat, she sure as hell could run. Why fight when you can flee? With the range of vision being on the household roofs gave her, she managed to get to a point where she felt it was reasonable to
dive down from the building and slam into the young man running.

Necalli Rue

The spastic women who was saturated in exhilarating energies spoke flattering words and dressed Necalli's form in a more prideful air as he found further enjoyment in being in Elliad's fluctuating and tenacious prescience. Her kind words stained his face with which colors its ivory tone lacked.

"I was much more into adventuring in the past." Was his cursory explanation for his ability to own a home as his supple fingertips pinched the fluffy lining of his cloak and readjusted its position upon his lanky shoulders to where he found most comfort. From there he eyed Elliad's feet as they performed a frivolous jig and tapped beside one another through an excitable dance like skip down the road though she was uneducated in the direction which would truly take them to his home.

"What's you're story on how you got into this trap?"

Necalli's lips melded into one another to create a thin line, the damp flesh lining his inner cheek molding between his gnawing canines as he apprehensively wondered as to why questions were such a common occurrence that day, then the answer met his mind.
Oh yeah, that's because he had made the decision to socialize.

The young mans feet rolled along the cobbled road in a sophisticated stroll; steps, though unsteady, quiet and performed smoothly. Until, the silence which had devoured the persistent clattering of Elliod's skipping snatched his ears and caused him to halt himself as his pearly gaze inspected her newly birthed rigidness.

The green haired individuals response and reason bubbled suspicion within Necalli as instinct instructed him of an underlying message of dishonesty in Elliad's statement.

"Besides, why does it matter? You guys are gonna make it outta this game for sure, just like all the other users."

Why had she spoken the statement in a way where herself was excluded? Necalli's forehead shaped multiple creases of exerted confusion as he felt slight concern for what the other spoke. When, without risking a breath to warn them of her uncontrollable actions perhaps fueled by her first thought solely. Elliad was down the road by the time he had reopened his eyes after blinking.

"Elliad you crazy-!" Necalli's sentence wouldn't find completion as the young man recovered his surprised words and trapped their remnants within himself as he speculated the women's daredevil deeds before clasping around the head of his cane with further strength and picking his feet up.

There wasn't a chance of Necalli persuading himself into clambering upon the roofs of several establishments and homes in what he could presume to be a gauche manner and so with his hair fiddling along the wind he continued his exasperated pursuit.

Stinging bees , lungs buzzing as he struggled to put a foot once more in front of the other. Bumping and tripping like a new born fawn trying to find their mother as the calls of the other lost fawns reverberate off in the distance. Hands becoming scrapped as his foot catches on a piece of stone and cheeks turned red as a light sheen of sweat rests comfortably upon his brow. Each time, it gets a little harder to get up and sometimes, he listens for the right moment to stand once more from the pit. The clinking of pots followed by the whooshing of the wind a signal. Run. His thoughts a mimic of what they were before. Faster, faster, faster. Just a little more.

A dog barks as he falls with the sting of bruises and the reminder of paper like cuts. Almost then, Inori cheeks are wet as he gets up only to lose his balance with a loud plop. An abyss awaits his stop and he jerks up as if given CPR and jumps up. Legs jelly , tears overflowing though silent still as his lip trembles timed with each new arrival crowding his mind.

Alive Inori reassured himself as he has never had to before with the titter patter that only wants to explode and leave a gaping hole in the place they call the 'heart' or more specifically, the soul. Thoughts startling his daydream as he carries on never knowing when he had began standing still. Once more, the corpses creep around him and he kicks and screams silently before it seems to subside. The beginning of a name coming forth with a wave of H's and A's stalked by the NS of it what could only be called non-sense. Creating a doll of what could only be describes as a paper flat version of the vibrant glowing, living being. Hans becoming hands.

How long has his time slowed down? Would it please forever seize to exist? Engulfed within a mere second of time of contentment shedding the skin of the monster named negativity. The wind drying up his tears and time taking away the evidence of his loss. Cruelly without his permission. Hans. Hans. Ba-dum. Run like it will save someone, like it is your eternity. Ba-dum. No, no, no. Make it go away. Inori didn't think his thoughts could stand the reality any longer. Forget...forget...no, do what you must. A hurricane of thoughts where he stood in the eye of the storm not acknowledging the location. Invisible and calm.

"Hold on!"

NO! Please don't stop him... it was what he lived for. It was so right and no one would tell him otherwise... he wouldn't give them the chance. Inori sped up as he was only just able to make the bend of the dark embraces. A sweet taste of familiarity and a fragment of the fragile foundation that couldn't have made up the wreck of what was called human emotions.

"Elliad you crazy-!"

Midnight form overlaps the alleys icy shadow.

Blink. Arms stretch out. Inori has no time to react before he is suddenly doing a flip with the body of some stranger within his arms as shivers wrack his boiling, furnace body. Chocking on air as he tried to process everything at once only to wince as he manages to crumple to the ground right after with an audible yet somewhat recognizable sign of pain. The black sea orbs cracking open as he took in the person in front of him as he very quickly and without hesitation, puts her on the ground away from him.

Scanning her over for injuries before very purposely giving the sky his full attention. Ignoring the need to check arms for signs of things not apparent at first or even third glance. He blinks before repeating the action and even after a minute of contemplation his next course of action doesn't become any clearer.

"Ahh...um, are you alright miss? Do you have a fever, are you hungry or..." Inori pauses as he gasps with the grace of a fish realizing that his lungs more than just simply stung. The light taste of copper on his tongue making his feel light-headed as he seemed to transform into a deer with bright headlights at point blank before managing to stutter out a single sentence. "I-If some strange person threw you off the roof... I-I -I...will help you stand... uh, up to t-them... n-not on the roof tho--though."

Hair covering over his gaze as he seemed to curl further into himself the more he spoke as his confidence became a wilted flower once more. Maybe he was being a little overbearing and he should go... he already made one whole acquaintance today. Already one hundred percent more than before and... he wondered when that became an achievement...

"I-I should really be on my way. I-I'm so sorry for the trouble." He continues to say sorry several times as he waves his hands back and forth as he tries to draw attention away from unhealed cuts. Cuts and bruises that should of only took seconds to heal. The boy pauses briefly to take in the girl with inquisitive eyes before he states that it is nice to meet her with a shaking hands and a scratch of his cheek. "But, really, i-it won't happen again... " Not that he knew how it happened in the first place but still, he would try to stay away so he couldn't dare break the weird oaths that confined him.

@Entarriance Hope I did you justice. >-< Can't tell... running on three hours of sleep. Didn't have a specific destination so no worries...

@Hauvlex We're almost at meeting point.

Ulysses' feet pounded on the soft earth bellow him, just as his heart pounded in his chest. He wasn't even sure if anyone was actually pursuing him at this point, but what he did know was that he needed to go faster. Not to run away from those who may or may not be chasing after him, but from that horrid scene on top of the hill. Faster, faster, faster, those words resonated within his thoroughly confused mind as his body did just that. The gates to the city were just ahead now, it wouldn't be to much longer until he was within the sanctity of the city.

The sight of the gates just made him go even faster, at this point, his joins were starting to ache and his muscles were getting sore. But none of that mattered now all that mattered was getting to the city and pretend that nothing even happened. It strange that that's become a usual thing for him now, just walking away and hoping that this was all just a really bad dream. It wasn't like him to just turn his back on problems, but this was different. Not even he could talk his way out of this one. But that was besides the point, he was almost there, so tantalizingly close, but as he passed by a particularly old tree, a bright orange blur caught his attention. It was almost as if everything was thrust into slow motion for a small moment of time.

He turned to look at the source and his eyes came into contact with those of a beautiful young woman, who was probably scared out of her mind at this point. As quickly as he turned to look at her, he turned his head back in front of him and shook it slowly. What if she had saw his face? No, he had to be moving to fast for her to get a good look at him right? Right? It was to late to think about that now, he was right at the city limits.

Without giving it another thought, he ran into Midnight's Last and ducked into a nearby alley. He kept taking random turns and knocking over unimportant objects down behind him hoping to halt or confuse any would be pursuers. After a couple minutes of doing this he slowed down his sprint to a casual walk as he desperately tried to catch his breath. He hadn't run like that since the last time he woke up next to a gross corpse. The adrenaline that was continuously being pumped through his blood stream seemed to disappear in an instant. As it did, the pain and irritation of his allergic reaction to stupid weeds came back as well. There he was five minutes later wandering through the back alleys furiously scratching himself as people all around him started giving him strange looks. What? Has no one ever seen an itchy panting man walk around before? Every person he turned to for help just ran from him like the plague.

Just as he started to lose hope, he saw a spectacle he thought he'd never see, like ever. A young woman leapt a good twenty feet onto some unsuspecting guy. It was quite funny to be honest, but neither of them could have come out of that unharmed. His strong need to help others strongly beat out his need to seek help for himself. Sighing, he jogged over to the two who had already picked themselves up by now.

"Hey, that was quite a, I don't even know what to call it, right there. Are you guys alright? Do you need any help or anything?" He asked with a sense of urgency in his voice.

Necalli Rue

The winds hands were sightless and without physicality as their intrepid grasps raggedly pillaged Necalli's weighted cloak. His steps pittered along the webbed cracks which stretched like skeletal claws beneath the soles of his shoes whose color gradually stole a creamer hue. The atmospheres increasing winds skimmed his scalp and ran its invisible fingertips along his flimsy hairline as his limbering legs traveled forward in advantaging strides. Though the jaunty Elliad had escaped his sight his mind occupied itself with several analogies which would lead him to where he could predict to be the women's location.

The organ rampaging within Necalli's chest plundered his breaths to issue him a rigorous hammering which he feared would force his chest to concave into itself. Though it could have simply been the hysterics conjured by his mind the sensation of his heart forcing its boned cage to vibrate vigorously caused a tremor to envelope his upper body before within his peripheral he witnessed a hazy blotch of seaweed green occupying an ally way which his feet had torn him past without thought.

Necalli's heels fell into the cracks of the road to temper himself to a halt, small blunders of exhilarating flames bubbled upon his muscles and clung to the energies which they produced, absorbing his adrenaline while his consciousness concocted a dull throb which caressed his inner knee causing the disfiguration in his stroll to evolve prominently as he retrieved the tool which acted as his third leg and clicked it upon the sediment flooring which was sprinkled with the occasional path of fluorescent life.

The young mans spindles of nimble fingertips graduated from dragging at his side and treated his unkempt hair which, with his recent erupted exercise, had taken on a more rambunctious and flippant styling as his ponytail hugged the naked nape of his neck and trickled upon his collarbone.

"Hey, that was quite a, I don't know what to call it, right there. Are you guys alright? Do you need any help or anything?"

The hearty tone rised above the worlds excess noise and faltered Necalli's step further as his knees trembled for a shared breath beneath his weight. Though Necalli's breath held contempt at a regular tem his heart appeared to hold no intention of slowing its pace as a sense of jovial and chipper familiarity cloaked his figure. Though the ache which littered and devoured his joints the young mans feet without consent quickened tenaciously with a young, organic determination. When his toes cleared the corner of the gaunt and damp cornered ally way there wasn't another soul of clarity in his vision while his crystallized eyes twitched with darting intention and his porcelain skin scrunched up with a trembling grin for before him no longer laid a scene which he would have to apologize to a stranger for a newly aquainted individual but one laced and trimmed with a valored reunion. He's not dead...

Though Necalli would have prided himself in having a more poetic and well versed first thought on the shirtless man before him such a thing couldn't be conjured. His front teeth grinded the plump flesh of his lower lip raw as he mentally scrutinized himself for only basking the ally in silence. Until he spoke dumbly.

"Were you out rolling in grass again? Did you eat some dandelions while you were at it? You seem to wear rashes more often then shirts."

Senki sat alone atop a random roof in Midnight's Last eating a box of take-out chinese food she had bought. The day had been a long day for her thus far. She'd nearly got murdered, multiple times. She'd won each of the fights but were horribly injured each time, though the good thing was she didn't die at-least. Aside from some days everyone being out to get you it wasn't so bad in the game. The food was good, the people were nice, and things were typically peaceful. Of course, she did want to escape it and all. But, still. If she were forced to stay at-least things weren't all bad.

Virgo yelped as he was pushed away from another NPC. This had happened three times, and all three times, Virgo's spirits were lowered! There just had to be at least ONE quest he could go on! Virgo sat on a nearby bench. He took off his cape and looked down at it, giving it a small smile. The first thing he bought in the game. Everytime Virgo was sad or missed his grandpa back in the real world, this cape always fixed that. It was something he'd use as a blanket for those nights he couldn't afford a place to sleep, and if he could be 100% honest, all his clothes looked better with it on. He slid his hands over the soft fabric. Sure, it had no cool enchantments or anything like that, but it gave him the strongest stats this game could ever give him; Courage, Hope, And most importantly...JUSTICE!

With a big grin, he tied the cape back around his neck and began to make his way down the busy street! He could do it! He didn't care if it took him a whole year! He was going to find an NPC. All he had to do was think outside the box! Where was the least likely place an NPC could-

Stopping, Virgo looked up. Right there, up on the roof, was a girl that looked older than him. Virgo looked around wildly before looking back up. Was she an NPC? He had seen many players, but none of them were ever on top of a roof. She just HAD to be an NPC. Even Virgo knew not to be randomly on a roof in general unless absolutely necessary! ...These were one of those necessary moments!

He ran up to the building and into the alleyway beside it. Smirking as he saw a ladder, he jumped on and climbed up quickly. He popped his head up, grinning widely as he was now behind her. Perfect! And the other players haven't seen her either! This was Virgo's chance! Climbing up on the roof, he casually walked up behind her. With a big grin, he poked her in the back, eager to finally start a quest! "Hello there!"

Senki was halfway through her meal when Virgo snuck up behind her and poked her in the back, causing her to nearly choke on her noodles and emit a high pitched shriek of shick, flailing her arms and causing the small take out box of noodles to fly up into the air and landing a few feet from her..upside down. She quickly drew her gun and aimed it at Virgo's face, eyes wide and clearly scared as she tried to catch her breath. "Don't sneak up on people like that, dear god I almost shot you!" She shouted once she'd calmed down. She holstered her gun and glared annoyedly at Virgo. "Who are you? What do you want? You made me ruin my food you know." She asked, crossing her arms under her chest and donning an annoyed pout. This better be good, or she might actually kick his ass.

That...Wasn't the usual response an NPC made. Virgo blinked, yet continued to smile as she pointed a gun at him. That looked like quite the item! But why did an NPC have it? Was it part of a quest. He watched as she put it away and made that usual face people make when they talk to Virgo (He still had to figure that out) before asking him questions. Yet there was one question that tickled that little part of his brain that he couldn't ignore.

Who was he? Well, that was certainly obvious, wasn't it.

"My name is Virgo Capri!" He yelled proudly, fists on his hips, legs spread out, and cape flowing as a sudden breeze passed. "Defender Of JUSTICE!" He exclaimed, pointing to the sky. After a few minutes of silence for dramatic effect, he stood up straight and gave her a big grin. "As for what I want, I would like one of your quests!" He said. "I don't need anything too fancy! Just a quest that'll give me exactly 300 gold please!" He said before gasping. "Wait! Did you mention ruined food?! That's horrible! Who would do such a thing?!" Virgo asked, oblivious to her last sentence. "Is THIS a quest? Do you require more food?! What kind? How much? Are you allergic to peanuts? I'll do ANYTHING!" Virgo said, eyes wide and looking up at her, now determined to finish this quest no matter what.

Senki stared in disbelief as Virgo introduced himself. Okay, this guy was nuts. One hundred percent, no doubting it at all. Her stare turned more blank as he continued to speak. Holy crap was this guy for real? This was funny as heck! She tried to keep a straight face but really couldn't. In the end she burst out laughing. "Duude! I'm not a NPC at all!" She replied, still laughing. "You..You thought..pfff!" She tried to speak, but honestly the situation was too amusing for her. He seriously thought she was some kind of NPC. This was glorious. "Names' Senki, not an NPC at all buddy. Far from it. And..replacement food would be nice either way." She told him with a shrug. "Also..that whole cape thing. Might not wanna do that." This guy was a total nerd, it was so funny. She wasn't going to be mean and say that outloud..but still.

Virgo slowly began to giggle and snort as the girl laughed, yet didn't really know what they were laughing about...until she told him. Immediately, he stopped laughing and looked at the girl in disbelief. She wasn't an NPC?! He stayed silent, listening in disbelief at the girl's words. After she finished, he let out a big groan and fell on his back. No NPC's, No quests, No money, and now no Capes?! Capes were his life! Sure, he only wore one, but he still liked to see OTHER people wear them, and it made friendly spars look cooler! Virgo sighed, before a small smile graced his lips. Oh, well! At least he met a new friend! Senki, was it? He liked it!

Hopping back up, he gave her a grin and nodded. "Well, it is not a quest, but I still must help you either way!" Virgo grinned and opened his inventory, choosing not to respond to her offensive blaspheme of Capes. He must've had a few gold somewhere. "Don't worry! I shall repay you with the exact price that...your food...had...cost." Virgo blinked as he realized he didn't have any gold. Just unsellable materials from slimes and his wand, which was also unsellable. He bit the inside of his cheek, wondering what to do. "It appears...I have no gold." He said slowly, but then grinned and closed his inventory. "Well, might I repay you for my mistake with helpful services?" Virgo asked.

Geno Naito

"I really miss my brother....."

She whispered.

"I hope he's doing well outside and is able to get us out of this hell hole.."

As she sighed and went to sit down on the smoothe grass near them, a group of what seemed Enemy NPC goblins approached them. It spoke it a wierd language but it's body gestures suggested it wanted to rob them.

"Oh jeez... I don't even know how to fight...."

"But I do..."

A menacing voice seemed to come out of Geno's mouth as her eyes closed.

"....."

"Kyehahahahahah!!!!"

'Geno' suddenly jumped up and landed after doing a back flip.

"Woo! What have I missed? Hmm?"

She looked to Necalli, her eyes were now red

"Who the fuck are you?"
