Not sure why, but I kind of like the idea of him having having one of the High-school esc students he looks up to like a mentor/big sibling kind of thing.

Maybe they sit besides eachother in their boring Mortal Arts classes or something similar?
So like not super close friends, but they'd know each other "chat" (pass notes) sometimes in class and around campus?

Plus who wouldn't think magic rollerblades that can conjure soul fire are cool?
Honestly anyone who complimented them would be Cian's immediate friend.

Likely her best luck has been right after class most of the time.

Yes, she would absolutely invite him over to draw with chalk or something lol. And she'd probably love to see what he drew too!

She'd definitely try to be better friends with him; she's not used to people giving her a chance, so she wouldn't just let the chance go by haha!
