I think our characters will be really interesting together since Desmond is a strategist as well. Though to a lesser extent than your character, not to mention they both have quirks that can be good support wise, while also holding up in offense.

Astralworks In the beginning not much, as Seiryo is still developing. But Seiryo should be able to allow Isaac to fuse clothes already made together while keeping the same elements. Also, reduce regen time.

If Isaac made Glass Overwear, and made something too big he couldn't wear, he could fuse them both keeping only what he wanted. I.e. the best from both, or the worst from both, or anything in between.

Keep in mind however that the amount of regen time reduced is based on Isaac's capability to handle the Amplification and also Seiryo's Capability over his own Quirk.

Though at complete Mastery Seiryo could pretty much Temporarily reduce regen time to zero, and tap in to Isaac's hidden potential and Amplify that too. HOWEVER! Only the Creator knows his or her OCs hidden potential.

There's a bunch of stuff Seiryo could amplify with any quirk later on, when Seiryo unlocks Selective Amplification.

Just to let everyone know. At this point in the story Seiryo can only amplify the entire Quirk, and that only lasts for as long as both your OC and him are touching the same surface, like the ground, or a table, etc.

But later, he can amplify specific aspects of a quirk.

Also, Seiryo can only amplify the Quirk of one person at a time.

But later he can Amplify as many people as he wants to, provided they are touching the same surface he is touching.

Alright, here's an easy one: What would Seiryo's quirk do for Hikari?

Actually, that's rather complicated. Because the heat of her flames are based on her body heat, and she isn't immune to her own flames entirely, I can't just say, her flames will become hotter. Seiryo's Quirk works by amplifying the Mind and Body's connection to the stuff that allows quirks to work in the first place. If they became to hot she would die, and Seiryo, once he knew her quirk, would know this.

Hmm...Have you ever heard of the Placebo Effect?

If not, it's basically, a when a doctor your trust gives you medicine, and you get better. But it turns out that medicine was a sugar pill. So the mind ended up believing the medicine would work, so it did, but scientifically speaking, it should not have worked.

If seiryo at the level he is now, tried to Amplify Hikaris Quirk, she would overheat, and then pass out.

But once Seiryo has Selective Amplification, He could make it where her mind and body, Temporarily, block out the heat from the pores in her skin like a filter.

And at Mastery, well like I said, only you know Hikari's full potential. So whatever that is, Amplified.

OKAY! Trivia time while I wait for everyone else to reply in Main.

DA DA DAAAAN!

Out of all of your OCs, for everyone here, who thinks their OC can outwit or outgun Seiryo's ability to amplify to the point of your OC passing out.

There is a weakness to it, and i plan on revealing it during the first training round. HOWEVER! If you are afraid your OC cannot avoid his touch, or stay out of the 6 feet range of his ability, don't worry!

Also don't forget to explain why. And don't use the same thing you thought of here, in the training round.

Let's just say without his sword, and only with his intellect to rely on, he is not at his best. He is very good, but he basically is Batman versus Mister Freeze in Arkham City, if anyone gets that reference.

How would Seiryo affect Jacks Quirk (retracting and extending his arms)?

Venchi1986 That's a rather unique and fun one! Since his body, especially his arm's bones, are allowing, when he uses his quirk, to basically and I use that very lightly, dislocate and reattach this actually gets kinda cool.

At Seiryo's current level, not much could be done, but making all of Jack's bones and body capable of the same thing.

HOWEVER, and this is where it starts to get cool, since Scientifically speaking your bones are made of Calcium and Jack uses Milk to restore/increase the amount of calcium, I can see three ways this could go if Seiryo has Selective Amplification unlocked.

1. Seiryo could make it to where Jack could create a retractable Bone Exoskeleton, which becomes stronger the more calcium he drinks.

2. Seiryo could make it to where Jack can extend his bones and detach and reattach them constantly making the momentum build up and also allowing Jack to use said momentum during or out of combat. I.e. Creating a Bone Flux Trap that traps calcium inside his body, increasing his time before needing to drink more milk, OR use that momentum to propel himself long distances, etc. Or if Jack likes circles, because who doesn't? He could build up circular momentum and use it as a Mega Bone Fan to generate air.

3. OR!!!!! The third option, my favorite one, Since technically, the nervous system and the flesh around the bones work together, Seiryo could make it to where the Bones become one with his flesh as an outer and inner layer. Let me explain!!!

If Jack wanted to, and Seiryo knew Jack's body could handle it, he could extend his arm length just by extending his bones, so that when Jack retracts his bones, and then slings them out, he could, theoretically climb any height or sling himself any distance!!! Just using his arms as a sort of...um...what's the word, oh yeah! A slingshot!

That is just at Seiryo's Selective Amplification.

At Mastery, Seiryo could amplify Jack to do something even more amazing! Simple, but amazing. It's called Bone-Tracing. It works like this:

Jack drinks milk, Jack and Seiryo team up, Jack uses a simple move, Since Seiryo's range at Mastery is infinite, wherever Jack's move hits the ground Seiryo can amplify that move.

It sounds simple, but when each an every strong and weak attack are Amplified and Multiplied, it gets really powerful.

And that is just 1-third of what Seiryo could do. Really with Jack's quirk, and the way Seiryo's Quirk works, the science and your imagination are the only limits.

Though you should just focus on the Selective Amplification for now.

To be honest though, at Mastery Seiryo is a bit overpowered, but when find out how crippling his limits are, it will make sense for them to be there.

And I know I wrote a lot, just got a little excited. Don't forget it is up to you!

And for everyone else, your OC could be just as OP, depending on what your vision for him or her is. That includes Jack too. My recommendations aren't the only things that are possible.

Oh, i forgot to mention, Seiryo at the very last battle, can use what I call Infinity Booster. Which is pretty much Amplifying and Multiplying everyone's quirks and bodies beyond their full potential, whatever that means for your OC. Since the Quirk uses the Body and Mind's connection to the stuff that makes quirks possible, and since this is temporary, and also The Placebo Effect is a thing, your OCs will have Perfect Regen while it lasts and a few minutes afterwards. So the damage you would have taken from the force of the Amplification beyond your limits that one time, would not hurt your OCs at all.

So as they say, Go Beyond!!!! Plus ULTRA!!!!

While Jack did condense the bones in his arm during the entrance he isn't aware of it since it was the first time he kept his arm retracted for longer than it takes to throw a punch. As far as he and his father know all their Quirk does is allow them to put them more power behind their punches and briefly extend their arms to be a foot longer than normal. Because of this he thinks he lucked out and either hit a weak spot in Slate's sapphire armor or just hit him when his Quirk was weakened for some reason.

I also haven't though about how milk affects him but your third idea is easily my favorite.

In case no one noticed I did try to do my best and put a pun into Jack's name, when you hear his superhero name, also the name of his Quirk if it ever comes up, it should be quite obvious: Jackhammer
