I'm torn on adding a villain I've made. Will you be guiding certain things for the villains to do at all or is it just a free-for-all?

I'm genuinely afraid...

I'm adding another thread. This one will be strictly for villains and pro heroes (V/H) to fight in.

Student IC's: Make sure to read the V/H thread as well to add body to the main thread i.e. newscasts the students watch or the rumor mill, etc.

You can add both if you like. Based on your style I think you can handle it.

I came up with the concept after rejecting two other villains, one a thief with a Quirk that basically people to not notice him consciously, they will move out of the way to avoid bumping into him keep doors open if he would get hit by them otherwise but don't realize it. I quickly realized though that was a bit too much like controlling other players' characters.

The other was a Minotaur Quirk that the owner pretended was a mutation while he just transformed, allowing him to easily disappear into any crowds by switching to his human form and changing his clothes, but that Quirk felt a bit too one note for a recurring villain IMO

I have read Vigilante, Queen Bee was partly the inspiration for Hivemind

If you create NPC students, it's your duty to keep track of them. Kapowne is playing 1A's teacher, so I'm sure he'll have a list of all students, both IC and NPC.

So just an FYI, Hikari's quirk doesn't really give her a healing factor as the nurses are describing.

Although since we're rolling with this scenario, I guess Hikari's fire immunity could counteract the effects of the napalm, or that and her ability to generate heat could help Lily burn it off from around her eyes, if you want to go with that?

Honestly before reading the main page I thought it was the nurses misunderstanding Lilly's Quirk and just figured Hikari's higher metabolism would provide her with more energy to heal herself with not realizing she was limited to plants only
