Few questions about your character.

The letter would have had his name on it, twice. Once in red on the front of the envelope, and a second time at the head of the letter itself.
If he has the potential to become a summoner, he generally would have been found very soon after leaving high school. Did you have anything in mind for why he was not?
Paper, cardboard, and wood are all very different mediums. Please change to just one or a different medium.

Hikari Lillian Ai by SoftSmile is accepted. I will be using her disability as the excuse for the school to have contacted her despite her being outside of their usual scouting grounds of America and Canada. Let's say she was found by the Russian or Chinese schools, but they didn't want her due to her disability (I hope I can find an excuse to bring other magic schools into things IC). Trading an unwanted student for a favor from those in charge at Salomonis Regis University is more than worth it for those schools.

Given she filled out the form I assume she can read/write English. Is she able to speak it as well? It isn't a problem if she can't, the school can translate as necessary. And as for the pick-up, you'd have a harder time picking a language Matathius isn't familiar with.

Will her cat be good if she leaves for a while?

Atalis Everin Loi by NyxDarling is currently not accepted. There are simply too many glaring grammar issues in the writing. The biggest issues are not capitalizing the beginnings of sentences and I and the constant misspelled words. It distracts heavily from what you are attempting to be describe.

Pocket watch is unfortunately taken as a medium. By basilisk did you mean the real lizard, the mythological chicken-snake creature, or the Harry Potter giant snake? Also, the medium and summon's shape do not need to have any connection to the character. And finally, the post does nothing to describe what he looks like.

It's fine if you draw him, but your writing should also give enough description that the reader has an idea of what the person they're reading about looks like. Will your future IC posts also be made via mobile?
