Lyreya has the power to steal the abilities of any Marked she touches. Doing so completely removes that person’s access to their gift, making them mortal. No one knows what her actual Mark is, because each time Lyreya steals the power of another, their Mark becomes hers. The only way to regain the ability once stolen is for it to be willingly returned, or for her to steal the power of someone new. Should the original owner of a power Lyreya has taken die before the gift is returned, then that ability will be transferred to the next Marked she steals from in exchange for their own power.
Personality: Hate not the Sinner...
Lyreya is far from saintly, and honestly doesn’t care. The way she sees it, she could be far worse. She doesn’t kill for no reason, only takes from those who can probably afford it or because she needs too, and has never hurt a child. There are lines she won’t cross, even if those lines are blurry. Life is far from black and white, it just so happens that on most days she’s a darker shade than some might want. Regardless, she is a fierce friend and loyal to those who’ve earned it. Those who manage to gain her trust know that, at her core, Lyreya loves more deeply than anyone could guess. The downside? She won’t hesitate to anyone who threatens that love.
