Medieval Fantasy (Actual RP)

((WTF? xD not what i expected...)


It was so serene, at least till his ride crashed hard into a boulder and then land. He grimaced at the landing before hitting the water himself . The eerie silence of your own blood pumping through your head was relaxing. Jason resurfaced and saw the poor creature agonizing in pain. He swam over to land and got out from his little drink.


Rotating his hands around him the wind picked up like a hurricane. The water came off of him and the wind carried it over to the dragon. As it circled, the water trickled into the wounds and began to regenerate the damage sustained from the crash. The wind calmed and the water, what was left, trickled down into the ground. Little seedlings and green plush grass began to grow from those spots.


"I didn't mean for that to happen. Hope you feel a little better..." He knelt down next to the creature. Putting his hand softly against the thigh of the dragon.

Tynar moaned, as the pain began to slowly disappear. "No thank you, but thank you.." She huffed, slapping her head back down on the rocks. "I have to admit, that was sort of fun..." She huffed again, and slowly got to her talons, facing the smaller human.
 
(Who all is in Shadagon still? It's easy to lose track when there's so many things going on xD )


Katrina flew weakly back to Shadagon. Her energy levels were severely low, and her pride was hurt just as much. She had every bit of confidence that she would help her father...that she would get him away from enemy lines. But she failed him, and she failed herself.


The trip seemed longer than the flight there. She wasn't sure if it was because of her heavy heart or the fact that each wingbeat felt as though the mighty appendages were made of lead. Thankfully, Shadagon was close by, and she was just about to lose the last of her strength. But at least she was in safer territory...
 
Kyro resorted to one of his smaller resources, looking around he scouted for anyone nearby that could be watching. Now that no-one was around, Kyro pulled a small vial from his pocket, the vial was filled with the blood of a human male, collected mere hours ago.


Pulling of the lid, Kyro lifted it up to his nose to check if it was fresh enough to still use, it was. Kneeling onto the floor, Kyro placed his thumb over the top of the vial, tipping it upside down and wetting his thumb. putting the vial on the ground now right-side up, Kyro leaned over and created a small marking on the ground within a circle.


Kyro hovered his clean hand over the marking and closed his eyes, "oculos de tenebris regnum" Kyro chanted his words in Latin and as soon as he finished his sentence he pushed his hand down onto the marking.


A moment later, Kyro felt the ground around him shake, something was rising toward the surface. The patch of grass ahead of him seems to tear and separate, dark steam flourished from the whole now created from the quake. Kyro waited for something more to happen, with all the chants and rituals he performed, he never used this one.


After the steam had cleared, slowly a grey hand reached out taking hold of the grass. Pulling itself up, a creature appeared from the whole. The creature was small with darkened grey skin, pointed ears, black eyes with white pupils. As the creature attempted to breathe it revealed his jagged teeth. Kyro watched the creature as he examined it closely. It was small and skinny, maybe only reaching 4 feet tall, it had wings not like Kyro's, they were the same colour as its skin, retracted to its back yet ready for use. It's tail swished behind its back, long and slim with a pointed end like the tip of an arrow. Its feet were like a jackal, looking like it was using its tip toes to stand.


The creature stretched out arching its back and spreading his wings, after returning to its position Kyro walked up to the creature and held out a separate vial, this one filled with the demon Katrina's blood which he took before leaving the cave. Kyro lifted of the lid and handed it to the creature, it paused for a moment before lifting the vial up to his nose for the scent, and then drinking it for the taste. The creature spread its wings and shot off into the air. While it hovered for a moment deciding where to go Kyro called up, "What is your name?!" The creature retracted its wings and fell toward the ground landing perfectly on its feet.


"Hyrunel, and I shall be your scouter" turning around again Hyrunel shot up into the sky and flew off into the distance. Kyro grinned as he turned back to his path, Katrina was no longer a problem.
 
Leticia immediately went back up to sitting on the roof when she got home. She liked this place better than the other places, because she could let her guard down here and be... Leticia. She smiled at the sky and felt her eyelids grow tired, as she rolled onto her side and curled up, becoming a prisoner to sleep.


Leticia dreamed about having friends, who liked her father, rather than being afraid or mad at him. She smiled in her sleep as she dreamed about playing with them, running through the town like kids usually did. It would be fun to know that not everyone hates you for who you are.


Leticia knew that this dream would never be reality.
