Ketzia sighed." I am coming back, may be a while though. "She said. She hung up and sat up. Ketzia showered and dressed. She drove in traffic and got there 2 hours later. She walked in with a sigh as she drank her coffee. Her hair was down and wet. She walked for her locker.

Iann had his hands full, constantly on his feet. He didn't have time to do anything but scurry from patient to patient, making sure everyone sad stable. Not to mention, he only had one nurse with him. Everyone else had left just before the rush.

Ketzia put her hair up and went to find Iann. Ketzia found him."what's going on why am I on when I supposed to be on vacation. "She said

"I told you. We're backed up to hell, and I have exactly one nurse. I'm the only on-call doctor at this point. I've got to manage everyone. The paperwork is a mess. I'm exhausted." Iann looked up at Ketzia with tired blue eyes. The only thing keeping him going was adrenaline. His face was long and he had bags under his eyes. His dark hair was a mess from crazy patients and him nearly tearing it out and running his fingers through it too many times.

Ketzia sighed and nods."where do you want my family to start?" She asked. She retied up her hair and sighed. She looked into his eye's. "Seriously I am just as tired as you. I got exactly 30 mins of sleep."She says. She took the files. Go to the damn on call room. I will call you if I need you."She says.

"Start in bay seven. Mother's been freaking out and won't go to the waiting room while the patient had blacked out and coded twice." Iann ignored her order for him to sleep.

She nods. Ketzia went to calm the mother down, she got her to get out of the room. She spent the rest of the day going from room to room. Around the time of the night shift it had slowed down a bit. Ketzia was sitting at the nurse's station her head on her arms. Her eye's were closed. She had fallen asleep writing in a file. It had been a long day with only a hour of sleep she was exhausted and even coffee wasn't keeping her up.

Iann smiled just a bit as he'd noticed Ketzia had fallen asleep on a file, and yawned slightly as he shook her shoulder. "Ketzia."

Ketzia jumped awake. "Hmmm? What a patient need me?" She asks. She ran a hand over pony tail. Ketzia yawned and went to stand. She had fallen asleep at her desk. She picked up the file and looked at Iann" sorry didn't mean to fall asleep "she said

"Ketzia, go home now. I'm fine." He said softly, though exhausted himself and barely able to stand.

Ketiza sighed. "No I am good I just fell asleep for a minute. "She yawned. She knew she wasn't good. She could barely stand to grab the files. "Your just as tired. You been working longer then me."She says gently

"No. Why do you care so much anyway?" Iann asked, irritated from exhaustion.

" because you need sleep juat as much as I do. But If your gonna be a dick about it see you in a week. I won't be answering my phone." Ketzia said. She grabbed her coat and purse and brushed past him a nurse walked in."yeah good luck with that one."She said.She walked to her car and turned off her cell phone.

Iann glared after her. She was really blaming him for being an asshole when he hadn't slept for at least thirty-six hours?

Ketzia glared at her car and sighed. She got in her car and drives off. She was tired and mad. As she drove up to her house, she sighed and parked. Ketzia went in and passed out on her couch.

Iann sighed and looked around. It was relatively quiet now. Maybe he'd be able to get some sleep.

Ketzia woke in the evening and sighed. She sat up and looked aroundround. She sighed and turned on her phone.

Iann had actually texted Ketzia half a dozen times, saying he was sorry and that he wasn't really a dick.

She sighed as her phone Buzzed off the hook.she looked at the messages. She replied. "Get some sleep." Was all she would. Say she was still mad about it.

I can tell.She sent back. She got up and showered. She got out dressing and grabs some tea.
