Missing one thing!

Name: Barry Allen

Aliases: The Flash, The Red Streak

Morality: Lawful Good

Age: 27

Appearance:

Powers:

Speed Force connection/Meta-human physiology: Barry's powers come from his connection to the Speed Force, which was established after being struck by dark matter lightning and exposure to various chemicals. This altered his DNA and supercharged his cells, augmenting his physiology to well-beyond peak human condition, giving him a lean-muscular frame. This lets him properly handle the rigors of his powers, including resistance to high levels of friction, inertia, air pressure, reduced oxygen, and kinetic impact. By directly access the Speed Force, he can use more advanced abilities. When trying to regain his powers, Barry entered the Speed Force itself. The experience made him consciously aware of the Speed Force and strengthened his connection to it, realizing much of his true potential.
Accelerated healing factor: Barry has dramatically heightened healing capacities. His molecules move at accelerated rates, causing his metabolism to mend and even restore any damages much quicker and efficiently than regular humans. He needs only hours if not minutes to recover with no treatment or lingering signs of the injury ever happening. Even normally permanent damage, like becoming a paraplegic, will completely repair itself within days. He recovers from any illness or contaminant instantly if not completely immune to it. Even when injected with 2,000 milligrams of horse tranquilizer, Barry was only momentarily slowed down until his body burned through it. His accelerated healing also enhances his vitality, drastically reducing his aging process while extending his health and longevity.
Bodily vibration/Intangibility: Barry can vibrate different body parts for various effects. His control can vibrate his entire body to mask his form from being clearly perceived and distort his vocal cords to disguise his voice. Similar, he can vibrate his cells to forcibly expel any toxins that do affect him. By vibrating at varying frequencies and with different levels of force, he can create small tremors to induce extreme amounts of jolt on any target he touches, even disrupt the inter-molecular bonds and cause it to shatter. Offensively, he can vibrate his limbs, creating a buzz-saw effect to seamlessly grind through a target as he did to free Joe from his metal confines. If he desires, he can use this technique to harm or kill a person, as he was tempted to do to Zoom. By vibrating his molecules at the same frequency as air, Barry can physically phase through solid objects. He can even phase people through things as he did with Joe West and Eddie Thawne, while they were persecuting criminals in a car chase. His efficiency with this skill has continued to grow as he became able to use it in phase through the highly complex material of carbine while in another universe that's vibrational frequencies differed from his own.
Electrokinesis: When moving at high enough speeds, Barry can produces a yellow electricity from his body and can use it in many ways. He can generate enough friction on a specific part of his body, such as his hands, to produce a strong static shock. After training by Hunter Zolomon, Barry learned to harness this build-up of electricity, to which he can repeatedly hurl lightning bolts and electrify water.
Enhanced mental process: Barry's speed enhances and extends to his mental capacities, making his system and thought processing able to take in information just as fast and efficiently. Even while using his raw speed, he can clearly think, react to events, and perform actions long before normal humans can perceive them. This lets him learn in a small fraction of the normal time, able to familiarize himself with Earth-Two science within minutes.
Enhanced perceptions: Barry's speed extends to and enhances his senses. This allows Barry to perceive the world as if it is nearly frozen, as well as see and hear normally, even while moving at speeds faster than sound, where this would normally be impossible.
Enhanced strength: Barry's physical strength has been heightened to peak human capacities, greatly belying his slim built. He is able to carry multiple people at once while speeding away with them. He can also smash through machinery with his bare hands.
Superhuman agility: Barry has demonstrated flawless coordination, equilibrium and dexterity. He can change direction with immediate sharp turns without sliding or losing balance. He can jump and run along falling debris and launch himself tremendous distances with little build-up.
Superhuman durability: Barry possesses inhuman resilience to injury, taking attacks and exertion much easier than normal humans. While not invulnerable nor immune to pain, he withstood Weather Wizard's lightning and Grodd's powerful strikes, only being momentarily stunned. After regaining his powers, his resilience increased as he could quickly rebound from the zombie Girder's attacks, who could seriously injure him during their last encounter. Barry could also withstand sonic blasts from Black Siren that are powerful enough to kill normal humans.
Superhuman reflexes: Barry's reaction time is augmented to superhuman levels, allowing him to react to danger and events far faster than normal humans. When shot in the neck on his blindside, Barry caught the bullet and minimize the damage before it could fully penetrate his skin.
Superhuman speed: Barry can move at vast speeds, able to run across vertical structures and over large masses of water. Using this for his various daily activities, he can near-instantly complete his different tasks. He is faster than Supergirl, ranking him among the fastest in the multiverse. While reaching Mach 3.3 on his own and later Mach 13.2 from tachyons, since strengthening his connection to the Speed Force, Barry has naturally gotten considerably faster than ever, able to outpace Hunter Zolomon, who became much faster after stealing Barry's original speed energy. Even when weakened in the Flashpoint timeline, he outmatched Edward Clariss/The Rival. Barry's speed is potentially limitless, according to Eobard Thawne, who in one future his speed matches the evil speedster's.
Aerokinesis: Barry can use his speed to generate air flow as vacuums on various levels. He can create vortexes to suffocate people or extinguish fires by forming it around them. He can create large and strong tornados, able to repel massive targets. Alternatively, he can use this skill to propel himself through the air as a pseudo-form of flying. He can completely removing the physical force from massive tidal waves, stabilize a giant singularity, or dispel F3 tornadoes, by running around them.
Speed mirages: Barry can make it appear like he's in many places at once, when in reality, he is simply bouncing back and forth too fast for the human mind to perceive the difference. He can create dozens of after-images, allowing him to disorientate his enemies and then catch them off guard.
Superhuman momentum: Barry can generate great amounts of physical force through kinetic energy, simulating superhuman strength, even in a stationary position. He can propel himself through the air and create substantial frictional force with any object he comes into contact with. His speed lets him channel the force into powerful strikes, propelling targets several feet. Barry can hurl a bullet with enough force to penetrate a powerful barrier and still pierce clean through a person.
Time travel: Barry's can breach the temporal barriers, letting him enter different points in time. While originally only accessed by accident when under extreme stress, Barry learned to use it at will arrive at a destination with pinpoint accuracy. He is able to use this power in one of two ways; either travelling to timelines independent from himself and unaffected by his actions or perform a time do-over, wherein he essentially "merges" with his temporal counterpart to be fully immerse in the timeline. Regardless of the changes, Barry's powers can leave him unchanged and retain all memories of the previous timeline in addition to the new timeline and differentiate between the two.
Time remnant construct: Barry is able to "create" a time remnant by time traveling back to moments before his current self time travels, hailing from a future that no longer exists. This effectively allows Barry to be two places at once, enabling him to interact with world for two separate actions simultaneously. However, Barry admits he cannot use this ability often.
Interdimensional travel: Another more advanced ability, Barry is capable of moving fast enough to break open portals between dimensions, allowing him to travel to different universes. If desired, Barry can also bring others with him as he did with Harry and Cisco to Earth-Two. While originally he could not consciously control this, as his first solo use was done by accident and required assistance to return to his own world, after greatly increasing his Speed Force connection, he can break open portals to other worlds of his own accord.
Superhuman stamina: Barry can handle the stresses of extreme racing without noticeable distress, letting him function much longer than normal humans unhindered. His enhanced stamina is due to his augmented physiology, which builds up little to no lactic acid or fatigue toxins. Even after running from coast to coast of the country to pick up a pizza, Barry remained unfazed from the prolonged running.

Skills:

Expert computer skills: Barry has became adept with computers, as he was the only one who could write an algorithm to find Livewire that monitored the electrical manipulations to the network that her powers cause.
Expert engineer: Barry has very advanced skill in technology. He was skilled enough to recreate from memory a variation of the earpieces used against Hartley Rathaway to help himself and Supergirl confront the sonic-powered Silver Banshee. He was also able to build a prison from which Reverse-Flash couldn't escape. In one possible future he creates Gideon, a very sophisticated artificial intelligence unit that's system was so complicated that even Cisco had no idea of how it works.

Expert scientist/Forensic expert: Barry is a highly skilled forensics examiner. From a single glance of the crime scene, he can quickly determine much of the events that transpired. Barry has repeatedly been able to quickly analyze any given data and quickly form accurate theories on the given situation. With the Arrow, Barry correctly determined the Arrow's training background from his green attire, and that the Arrow has at least one accomplice.
Genius-level intellect/Skilled tactician/Leader: A keen-minded individual, from a young age, Barry quickly showed a natural understanding and quick capacity to learn, making it hard for his foster-father Joe to help him with homework by the time he was twelve. Barry is also very well-read, greatly impressing the award-winning professor Martin Stein. Barry is a capable tactician and leader. After Eobard Thawne was exposed as Reverse-Flash, Barry was able to keep his team together and lead it well. Barry's intelligence made Eobard trust him enough to make Barry the new CEO/Owner of S.T.A.R. Labs. The same can be said for his growing tactics in battle. He is also proven to be a quick study and sharp memory as after reading through the various Earth-Two advances in physics, he instantly began making effective use of it.

Physics/Chemistry expert: Barry's knowledge and skill in chemistry is very advanced, shown when he was terrified at how certain dangerous chemicals were stored at a lab at Queen Consolidated. He was also able to cure Oliver Queen using only a small amount of rat poison and consequently dosed with a blood coagulant. He could also use unknown types of chemicals to make a compressible micro-fabric green domino mask for Oliver so he could conceal his identity more effectively than with grease paint without affecting Oliver's sight and, by extension, his aim. Barry's knowledge on physics possibly ranks among the best on Earth One and Two as he was able to apply to apply a newfound science and figure out how to close the various breaches between worlds.

Origin: The Silver Age Flash. Barry Allen was a police chemist who had a penchant for always being late. While working in his lab one night, a bolt of lightning struck him, propelling him onto a shelf full of chemicals. Though not feeling any different, Barry soon discovered he had gained superspeed.

Knowledge of the Universe

Origin:

If you ask Jordan, he'll tell you he was just born with the gifts and talents that he has... however, that is only a half truth. As a child Jordan discovered his powers at the age of 5, moving things with his mind and projecting his voice in other people's minds was almost second nature. Unfortunately for him, like most house powers grew too powerful too fast getting to the point where thinking about moving his own leg ended with his leg being permanently shattered.

At the age of 9, he fell into a power induced a coma for his own protection. For the next 7 years his body was a vegetable but his mind... his mind has stretched across the universe as a single thought. For what seemed to be an eternity his mind wandered the unknown, until he touched a presence that changed who he would be for good.  This presence was known to most as The Phoenix Force and it struck a deal with the young one, in exchange for being the host for the Phoenix Force, the boy would never again lose himself to his powers. As of now the child who was in a coma died in a mysterious fire.

Jordan Grace is a made up name for someone who keeps who he is hidden... for good reason, on Earth, The Phoenix Force has a...marred reputation and it's better for him to be considered just a powerful telekinetic. As of now, a year after coming out of his coma, his abilities are severely lacking compared to other hosts  as he can only use his molecular manipulation if he truly understands how it will work. At some point he will become an important player in deciding the universe's faster... but for now he's just a small fish.... Well, a small fish tethered to what would be considered a humpback whale...

Jordan gets by on...abusing the powers given to him, it's much easier to get money when you know the winning lottery numbers. That and creating a whole false identity for himself so that authorities leave him alone.
