Atreus sighs at the conversation and he just hides his face in Vi."Have any other Christmas traditions you have to teach me?" He questioned her quietly though slightly mumbled.

 

[Flame Demon]

"Nothing I haven't already told you." Victoria says with a smile and she ruffles his hair "And I'd appreciate the help getting back later, or tomorrow, if we're staying here tonight."

"See the thing is Bailey, a good hero just does their job without collateral damage, bringing hope isn't something you can force and bringing safety is only if you can control all your abilities, so now, I don't believe I can bring safety and hope." Alex points out "But we're getting sidetracked, do you only have one present yes or no?"

 

[roxas]

Atreus just smiled slightly when she messes up his hair and goes to smoothed it with a chuckle."You sure?" He asks her with a slight teasing tone."Then I'll come with you, who am I to turn you down." He tells her.

"y-yes afraid so but it's sort of like a gift for the group. I thought it would be a nice help on missions" Bailey said as she handed the gift to Alex. "bought it myself" She tried to make a light joke. Inside the small box was high tech comm bracelets.

Victoria facepalms at Bailey "Is the gift Tony Stark approved? Cause he handles all our gadgets." she says and looks at Alex with a look that says 'Did Bruce seriously not explain anything to her?'

"And if I remember, you didn't post a list of stuff you want." Alex says "Thalia, did you bring all your presents with you?" he asks.

Atreus uses his hand like move like its talking to mock the others speaking before he just lays back on the couch draging Vi down with him."I wanted to bring Fenrir..." He sighed.

Thalia puts her cup down and pulled her knees up, wrapping her arms around them."Yeah I brought all of them here though this person I'm not familiar with didn't get her a thing." She tells him.

bailey thought for a moment "i knew i was forgetting something! no it's not tony stark approved, yet. As for my list, yeah i didn't post one on purpose. As nice as it is, i don't want gifts thank you" She spoke politely and smiled a little. "gifts are nice and all but i'm fine without them thanks."

 

[Flame Demon]

"Too bad, cause my mom made sure everyone has a gift." Victoria says and she nearly spills her hot chocolate "Atreus, do you mind warning me next time?" she asks.

"Don't take the entire couch Atreus, I get you probably don't like me much, but please behave a little in my house." Alex says plopping down "So who's opening the present first?"

Atreus nuzzles her."Yeah sorry." He mumbled, he glanced at Alexander and shrugged."No one else was sitting here, you're all over there." He points out."Who ever wants to go first." He tells him.

Thalia sets out a sort of messed up cake she made with candy canes sticking out of it and christmas cookies on it, least she tried, she did have a ginger bread house but it broke from Fenris."Why don't you since it's your home Alexander." She tells him.

"I agree with the others, you brought us all here so it only feels right you start us off." Bailey said as she popped another piece of gum in her mouth and bounced her leg feeling a little bit stimulated but she seemed to be enjoying being here with everybody.

 

[Flame Demon]

"But you only have one present Bailey, so you should go first." Victoria points out, using her magic to lift up one of the presents and dumping it near her "I apologize if it's not that good though."

Alex sighs "There is food here, maybe you can stop chewing gum?" he asks and he chuckles "Good try Thalia."

Thalia puts the cake down."I tried but maybe it's still edible, I picked too high of a level of cake recipe and well it turned out like this." She seemed a little embarrassed though."Do you want to try some?" She asks him.

Atreus chuckled a little at his cousin, he's had thst happen when he made someone for Vi before.

"sorry it's a nervous tick with the gum. it keeps me from biting my nails that's all" Bailey told alex when she heard victoria speak up "m-me? well um sure i guess" she said a little bit shy.

 

[Flame Demon]

"It still smells great, but what happened to the gingerbread house?" Alex asks inspecting it.

Victoria sighs at Bailey and she mumbles something under her breath that sounds an aweful lot like "How the hell is that Banner's daughter."

Thalia bites her lip and brings it out where it was in pieces, she had tried fixing it but it was a mess."It broke from Atreus's wolf trying to get at it." She explains.

Atreus lifts his hand and uses it to fix the gingerbread house in a snap before patting Victoria."Settle down." He tells her.

Bailey gets an idea to try and make some friends "hey um anyone want to hear a good dad joke?"She thought she would try and lighten the mood a bit. "What do you call a dinosaur wearing a cowboy hat and boots?"

 

[Flame Demon]

Victoria facepalms and she buries her head in Arteus' shoulder "Kill me, please." she whispers "Can you please just open your damn present?" she asks.

Alex pinches the bridge of his nose "Really Bailey, dad jokes?" he asks, how the hell was this their teammate, she looks like won't even harm a fly.

 

[roxas]

Atreus laughs a little at her and kisses her forehead."We could always just leave and go somewhere else." He teases her a little.

Thalia gets a piece of the cake and hands it over to Alexander to have him give it a try before she puts more on other plates.

"oh come on alright alright just thought I would lighten the mood" bailey said as she opened the gift she had. "who's this from?" she asked trying to be as respectful and polite as she could.

 

[Flame Demon]

"Me, I spend an entire night finishing that scarf, so I hope you're happy with it." Victoria deadpans "And before you start on how it's not perfect, I know."

Alex chuckles and he tries some of the cake "Too much sugar, but good try Thalia." he says.

bailey smiled "i love it. you did a really good job. I apprecaite it so much thank you!" she smiled and put the scarf around her wearing it proudly and smiling softly. "i really love it"

 

[roxas]

Thalia let's out a small giggles."That's fair, maybe you could give me some tips later but I find baking kinda fun too." She smiles a little before handing out the cake to the others.

Atreus snickers just a tiny bit."Would be better than what I'd make." He tried to get her some encouragement.

Bailey glanced over at Thalia "um i'm sorry i don't remember your name. It started with a "t" right?" she asked Thalia a little bit soft. "i'm absolutely terrible with names. Sorry i just wanted to say your very pretty"

 

[Flame Demon]

Victoria gives Atreus a smile "I'm sure it wouldn't be that bad if you made something." she says and adds "But you're not going to hog my attention the entire time.", she kindly disclines the cake though.

Alex facepalms at Bailey and he is this close to just going back to sign language, again "Bailey... you've had plenty of time to get to know your teammates, what is hells name have you been doing?"

Atreus pokes his tongue."I'll steal your attention as much as I want." He teases, he just enjoyed her company more."But okay okay." He waved his hand anx goes to sit up with her.

Thalia raises a brow."Thought someone would've debriefed you on who your teammates were." She goes to take seat when she was done, she pushes Alexander's present to him, it was a viking bow from Asgard in there.
