"Maybe she's just restless, I mean... dealing with interdimensional threats is normal for her and they don't wait around till you're done with school." Alex mumbles and he sighs, he could understand why though, he was also getting a bit restless to be honest.

Victoria picks up her phone when Wong calls her and she sighs as he says "I know you're camping kid, but... they need everyone hand on deck." "Please, anything besides this, we haven't gotten a mission and... can I bring a friend so he can see what teamwork looks like?" she asks, earning a groan "Sure." Wong eventually says.

 

[roxas]

Atreus lays back down on the bench and sighed, he didn't get what was bothering her or if she needed to talk about something.

Thalia pats his shoulder."It can happen, just got to take some time to yourself or those with people who you care about but I'm ready to get done with this camping trip." She tells him.

 

[Flame Demon]

Victoria walks by Atreaus, wearing her costume and she drags him along "Turn into something small and hide." she tells him as she meets up with her father.

"Well I think what we all need is a mission." Alex tells her "Think about it, we've all had experience fighting solo and a bit in teamwork, but if he can't even tolerate me normally then I get why we can't go anywhere dangerous."

 

[roxas]

Ateus's brows furrowed though he does as told from her as he changes into a mouse to slip into her pocket.

Thalia helps clean up around some of the activity areas."Well yeah I know, he's already doing better around you so you gotta give him that and he warm up to you more as we go along." She tells him.

 

[Flame Demon]

Victoria steps through the portal and quickly moves to take place in the circle, joining in the barrier keeping the creature contained and she floats up, her father and Wong would try to send it back where it came from.

"Yes, but he's only doing it for Victoria." Alex says "Don't really know how to feel about that."

 

[wigi]

john runs back joining the two (thalia and alex) "so , what now " he asks .

 

[roxas]

Atreus peeks out of the pocket and he shuffles a little in the pocket, he watches the creature and how they handled it but least Vi had settled down a bit.

Thalia places her hand on his shoulder."It'll be okay, like I said he'll warm up to you before you know and not just because of Victoria either." She tells him.

 

[Flame Demon]

Victoria reinforces the barrier and her hands shakes a little, the damned creature was resisting a lot, but they couldn't let it take down the barrier.

"We wait for dinner obviously." Alex deadpans at John ad he helps clean up some of the activities.

 

[roxas]

Atreus jumps from her pocket to shift back and help her reinforce the barrier with his magic, reaching for her hand to share his magic with her.

Thalia goes to start walking."I'm going to go check on how dinner is going." She tells them.

 

[Flame Demon]

"Atreus move back! If you want to help, handle my leg." Victoria says, she did float up, but she was still using a bit of magic on her leg to handle the worst pain. Stephen's trying to increase the size of the portal with Wong, slowly sucking in the creature, but it's by no means going fast.

"Alright, give me updates." Alex tells her while he helps move the materials, they'd set this up somewhere else tomorrow, so they had to store it somewhere safe.

 

[roxas]

Atreus pulls away when she yells like that, he could help her with reinforcing fhe barrier but she gives him that job."I can do more than that." He mumbled and offered support in that way.

Thalia goes to check up on the dinner and to find out when it'd be ready for them.

 

[Flame Demon]

"I know that, but I don't know how good your magic will mix with the others." Victoria says and she adds "And there's a rebound when it hits the barrier, don't want you getting knocked away.". They had to make the barrier smaller to drive it back into the portal.

Alex helps cleaning up and joins Thalia "Should we get the tables and chairs set out?" he asks.

 

[roxas]

Atreus goes quiet before sighing."You know when you put it that way it makes sense though we should practice together more, maybe we can find out if my magic can mix with your magic." He supports her leg for her.

Thalia nods at that."Sure we might as well do some more work anx help out, I'm sure they'll appreciate it." She smiled.

 

[Flame Demon]

After a while they manage to send the creature back and Victoria groans in annoyance as she sits on the ground, rubbing her leg and she looks at Atreus "Okay, what'd you learn from this? Besides that interdeminsional creatures are annoying as hell."

Alex nods and he helps setting up the tables and chairs for dinner "Wonder where the other two are though..." he mumbles.

 

[roxas]

Atreus folds his arms."Is that the only reason you brought me with you? To work as a team which I've been doing for this whole camping mission." He points at her."I take orders from you anyway." He tells her.

Thalia gets the tables and chairs set up before going to fetch the plates or bowls, whichever they'd be needing for dinner."Not sure."

 

[Flame Demon]

"Exactly, but if I'm not around you refuse to listen to Alex, now I don't actually want to listen to most of these people, but I do because they have more experience." Victoria tells him "We better get back to the others though."

"Still, normally we'd see at least Atreus around somewhere." Alex mumbles and he sighs "Can't even take my eyes of them for a few minutes or they probably get in trouble."

 

[roxas]

Atreus held out his hand."I just don't want him trying to boss me around all the time, missions fine but I'm not to be pushed around." He tells her and he goes to take her by the hand.

Thalia sets out a few things."Dinners about to be done so they need to be getting back here." She nods and takes a seat."We go home tomorrow?" She asks him.

 

[Flame Demon]

"You two barely see each other at school and when you do he doesn't talk to you, so you're exaggerating." Victoria says taking his offered hand she pulls herself up "And scaring the crap out of everyone can be considered a mission too."

"Nope." Alex says "We made it on time, so we get to spend the full week here camping." he adds, it could be fun, especially if they succeeded.

 

[roxas]

Atreus gets her to her feet and waits for her to open the portal to the camp."Just leave it be Vi, it'll be fine." He shrugged, yeah he had to work on cooperating with Alexander."Would you want to do that training I mentioned before?" He asks her.

Thalia sighed."I would like to go home but guess this would be relaxing." She says quietly.

 

[Flame Demon]

"Right now I won't be doing any kind of training for a while." Victoria says and she waits for her father to walk over, once he does he opens the portal for them, arriving back where they left.

"At least we don't have to deal with random surprises anymore." Alex says and he asks "Why do you want to go home though?"

 

[roxas]

Atreus steps through the portal and kicks at some of the grass."I don't mean now, like later or something." He tells her before trudging off to the picnic area where the other two were.

Thalia tips in her chair."It just feels like we've been out here for longer than we have." She says quietly.

 

[Flame Demon]

"Later's good." Victoria says and she follows him after changing her clothes back, she's limping though, she needed her cane.

"Makes sense, I mean we have been out here longer then them." Alex says "Perhaps you can ask if you can return to the school earlier?"

 

[roxas]

Atreus goes to grab her and lift her up, going to set her down on one of the chairs before going to fetch her cane for her, holding it out.

Thalia nods at that."Maybe I can visit home then before going back to school." She smiled at him.

 

[Flame Demon]

"Thanks." Victoria says taking the cane "Dammit my leg hurts like crazy." she mumbles.

"If you're allowed to leave earlier anyway." Alex says, he waves at Atreus and Victoria when he sees them.

Atreus sits down beside her."Is there anything else I can do for you?" He wanted to try and help."You're welcome." He smiled.

Thalia goes over to them."Okay where did the two of you wander off to?" She asks them.
