Abram's heart was racing in his chest, he nervously pressed down the jacket to his tuxedo as he closed the gap between them.


"It's a special night... my mother wanted to make sure I made an impression.." Abram adjusted his glasses and gave her a dashing grin, taking her hand into his, he led her further into the grand room.


"This library takes up 25% of this estates East Wing... and recently..."


Abram paused, taking her shoulders to face the large wall in front of them lined with empty dark mahogany shelves.


"I've added a new addition for you..." The curtains were drawn to illuminate the entire room, Abram had the entire room reconstructed, the red carpeting trimmed in gold, the polished marble fixtures gleamed and smelled of pine, in the the center of the room she had a desk, holding a bouquet of flowers and a leather bound journal.


"Go take a look.."

Josephine smiled at him, looking into his eyes as he fidgeted with his coat. "You have definitely made a good impression on me."She told him, blushing slightly at his grin that made her heart skip. When he took her hand, she started to get curious but she laced her fingers through his and squeezed his hand. As they walked, she looked around looking at all the books and the neatly dusted shelves. "Wow, it goes on forever."She laughed lightly but then her laughter stopped when he took her by the shoulders."Whatt…"She whispered but then closed her mouth when the curtains were drawn,"Abram.."She whispered, amazed at what he had done for her."This is for me?"She asked, looking back at him. She walked in more, seeing the empty shelves just waiting to be filled. Her fingers ran across one of the shelves lightly."This is beautiful."She whispered, tears coming of course. She finally walked to the desk where the flowers and the leather bound journal was. She leaned down and smelt the flowers and then took the leather bound journal, turning it over in her hands.
