Jason offered either of his.. Peers a snort in exchange for them both agreeing that he was trouble. He didn't look up from the nesting space that he'd made for himself until AJ had commented that the fight was breaking out. With an elbow against the table he rested his forearm against his ear vertically, now leaning into that arm but keeping the other over the table. Jason blinked away the sleep in favor of focusing over the fight that was taking place. A lazy smirk filled with mirth tugging at his lips from the very dramatic display going on.

"Dios mío, ¿estamos viendo una telenovela?" Jason remarked with a roll of his tongue.

With his eyes turned to commotion taking over the cafeteria space Jason nearly missed the small figure that was in the process of slinking out of the cafeteria. He'd recognize that frame any where. The smirk that he wore widened darkly from the sentiment that his replacement was avoiding confrontation, in any form. Some things never change.

Sitting up enough to allow himself to pat over the different pockets he stopped when he felt a familiar box under the fabric of his hoodie. He raised a brow at the dumpster fire taking place, placing a cigarette in between his lips and risking it falling when he laughed at the absurdity of it all. If they were allowed to mutilate another, surely Jason would be allowed one smoke within the building. Who was going to stop him? The almighty god in the room? It occurred to him when he was lighting the end that he was yet again trading a meal for his nicotine fix. It was promptly ignored.

Of course, he had some manners to angle his lips to blow the smoke away from the direction of both AJ and Scott. He was already doing something barbaric as smoking inside, he wasn't about to blow it in their faces like an asshole. Human enough to offer an apologetic gaze to the pair.

His eyes flicked away from the scene to look over Scott for a fraction of a second, taking in his words for face value. He wasn't stupid enough to think that Scott was being entirely serious. He was sure that the trio wasn't thrilled with the school dance, but none of them desperate enough to take such drastic measures into their own hands to avoid it. Or, maybe the Japanese boy would. Jason didn't know - and if he did, he would applaud the dedication. "If you really want to get out of the dance," A pause to take another well deserved (was it) drag, then to tap the end over the untouched heap of.. whatever the hell that was in his bowl. A fucking private academy and yet they still looked like they were eating prison slop. "You could always get one of those expired pudding cups form the kitchen and go to town. I don't think anyone would be miffed if you stayed in your room rather than puking like the exorcist over everyone."

One more drag of the cigarette and he was putting out the cherry into the bowl. He stood with his tray after, finishing the entirety of his drink in one gulp. Not wanting to bother the pair with his disgusting habits or find himself dragged into an unnecessary fight he nodded his head at his tablemates.

"Boys." He stated as parting with a two finger salute, not waiting for a response back as he was already half way across the cafeteria to dump his tray.

If he was going to be forced into going to this dance later, Jason may as well make the best of his freedom till then and get back to sleep. Jason pulled the hood higher over his head, either hand shoved into his hoodie pocket, making up his way up the stairs in no real sense of urgency. He barely bothered to see if he was alone when he pushed through the dorm room, his sight tunneled as he fell back onto his bed with a groan.

"I'm on it." He quickly walks into cafeteria and sees his son hurting Flash Thompson. He grabs Albert. "What's wrong with you Albert Benjamin Parker?"
Albert: "They were going to bully me. I acted in self defense."
Peter: "You brutally hurt Eugene though."
Albert: "He was asking for it!"

Rein overheard a panicked conversation about a fight in the cafeteria. Interested, she followed the girl (Ayna) to the cafeteria to see what was going on.

Flash thompson was injured, he was still on his knees:"we only wanted to teach him not to call us dumb and dummer"

Anya walked back into cafeteria seeing mr parker stoping the fight, she sigh in relief
Harry finishes his lunch, he notice mr parker thinking to himself
'I wonder if mr parker is peter parker...if so that would mean one of the three is my best friend peter..'

Anya nod and helps flash to the nurses office
Lily was still asleep on the nurse bed
Nurse places flash on second nurse bed once anya brought him in

Albert follows Peter to the classroom as Peter 1048 steps out.
Peter 1048: "I'm gonna grab some lunch."
Peter: "Now son I know you're from the future and I'm from this timeline, but you seriously can't hurt people that much. You're way strong than me by 40 times. I know you can use your power responsibly, but you can't let bullies threaten you like that."
Albert: "They were either gonna give me a wedgie, or tie me to the flagpole, you think I wasn't going to leave him to do that."
Peter: "I'm not saying don't defend yourself, but I'm saying you said pull your punches even more. So it only hurts them, not give them a brutal hurting. Remember the lesson Uncle Ben taught me after I failed to stop the mugging."
Albert: "With great power comes great responsiblity."
Peter: "Exactly. Now get out there, and don't do anything rash like that again."
Albert walks out.
 
Nurse puts bandages on flash thompson
Anya looked at lily:"who is this and what happened to her?"
Nurse:"thats lily murdock....she was cut up and injured badly

"Well I wanted him to know that I'm not to be taken lightly." (The fight was an intro to his strength so, sorry I gmodded at that time.)
