Okay guys, we all know what's going on, so let's cut to the chase! Ryan and S7ven (Se7en?) were on the roof and Will went into a bar cause he's a lonely drunk with no friends. (Just kidding bro. XD) and S7ven stabbed an alien in the neck which is now escaping off the roof cause it threw Ryan off its back, Karma, you start it up now please, the alien is kinda limping towards the end of the building. Go!

I quickly threw Max at the creatures left knee and then quickly jumped to my feet and starting running after the beast. Throwing Stacy at the other knee as I stood up. Reaching into my pocket and grabbed the noise makers throwing them at the aliens head. "Ryan?! Is aiming at joints a good idea?!" I asked the stranger who I had just met not actually caring about the answer so much as hoping I was doing something that would help the confusing situation.

Quickly getting up from the ground, Ryan was about to sprint towards and tackle the blue creature again before the hooded man threw another knife, this time at the blue guy's left leg. Then the right. The guy yelled a question to Ryan soon after throwing multipl strange devices at the creatures head. "I don't know, I've never seen these things before either!" Ryan yelled back, not really meaning to yell. "Wait, why are you trying to kill it anyway? Maybe he's just on a field trip with his class and he's actually a college kid from another world, learning about other intelegent life forms. This is how wars start you know..." Ryan added, looking over at Se7en with a shameful stare as he crossed his arms around his chest.

"Yeah your a really fu-" I was cut off by my noise makers shrieking. I immediately covered my ears for the few seconds they were on they shattered a few adjacent windows and managed to set off quite a few car alarms. As they went off I stood and ran to my knives ripping them out of the creature "Cops'll be here soon Ryan, Gotta fly good luck!!!!" I dipped from the situation quickly vaulting over the fire escape and running down an alley not caring what was going on behind me "Those things are to fucking loud for close range!!!!" I kept moving not stopping to think about the situation and ended up in some dark alley where I slowed to a stop before leaning against a building and slowly sinking to the ground resting with my knees against my chest burrowing my face into my knees and wrapping my legs with my arms.

The hooded man in front of Ryan began to reply to his half-serious scenario of the blue alien that was now most likely dead before a loud shrieking sound interrupted him. Ryan tossed his own hood up and covered his ears with the sides of it. "Shit, that's loud...!" Ryan said quietly under gritted teeth. Windows began to shatter and cars went off. The high pitched noise soon ceased and se7en took his leave just as the sound of people, most likely policemen, began yelling something from the street down below. "Las Vegas sucks..." Ryan said, letting his shoulders drop as he slowly walked over to the blue creature who laid on the roof like a ragdoll. Before he could even touch the thing, It disappeared right in front of Ryan. It was almost as if it had dissolved into bright light and turned into nothingness. "Oh come on!" Ryan exclaimed, hoping to find some answers to his endless amounts of questions. "This is the worst version of Terra ever!" He added, ducking down suddenly after he heard someone yell about him up on the roof. "Shit!" Ryan whispered to himself as he quickly fled the scene, jumping up into the air and flying low until he was a good distance away from the cops. "I still don't understand how you were part of a guild of assassins..." Ice said, breaking the long silence of nothing but the wind. "I honestly don't know either..." Ryan sighed.

Annie bit angrily into the snack bar she’d pulled out of her bag, stomping her way through the darkened alley. She’d just left a meet-up with a potential client that wanted to commission something from her, and they were not too happy to be turned down. But what they wanted to do with her devices left her none too pleased, and she was left with little choice, in her mind. What part of "the right to refuse service" do some people not understand! Geez!! She huffed silently to herself, swallowing her food.

Thinking about them was making her lose her appetite, and she wrapped up the snack bar and pulled her backpack around in front of her, shoving the food into a pocket and taking a sip of her water before tossing it back over her shoulders. She made it another few steps before she noticed someone curled up against the wall of the alley, sitting quite still. She looked around, saw no one else, and turned to look at the figure once more. Taking a deep breath, she walked cautiously toward the figure, calling out in a voice that was as soft and non-threatening as she could make it, with the barest hint of a southern drawl. “Hey, you alright darlin’? Do ya need any help, or anything? I’ve got some snacks if you’re hungry at all...”

Clem pressed her lips together in a thin line, trying her hardest not to smile at Colette’s antics at the moment. The two of them had come to Vegas for a “much needed girl’s weekend,” as Colette put it, and it took all of a drink and a half before Colette was tipsy, giggling, and clinging to her friend’s arm. Clem, on the other hand, was all but unaffected by alcohol; never had been. Both were dressed for a night out on the Vegas strip, though Clem was secretly very happy she’d packed flats in her purse.

Untangling herself from the giggling woman, Clem ruffled her pink hair and said, “You stay here lady, I’ll be right back. I’m gonna get you some water, cause we both know your ass needs it.”

With once last glance over her shoulder at Colette, she walked into a nearby bar and immediately made her way to the bartender, catching his eye. He nodded, indicating that he’d seen her and would be over in a moment. Sighing, she sat down at a stool and crossed her legs, adjusting her short, emerald green dress so that she wouldn’t accidentally flash anyone, and waited. Out of the corner of her eye she spotted a black-haired man dressed in all black and warm clothing, and she raised her eyebrow at him. Unable to help herself, she ask, “Aren’t you boiling under all of that? I’ve got a dress on and I’m sweating bullets. Vegas is hot as balls.”

“Hi! You look lovely in that dress!” Colette complimented yet another walking down the street, who smiled back and voiced their thanks. Her own grin widened and she hugged Clem’s arm tightly, giggling. With a little alcohol, Colette usually went one of two ways; incredibly friendly, or incredibly anxious. And right now, she wanted to talk to everyone. She was so caught up in complimenting people that she barely noticed Clem untangling herself from until she was talking.

Colette waved happily at Clem as her friend entered the bar, turning around and facing the street. She had been alone for less than a minute when she felt an oddly familiar tingle down her spine. Wind magic…? She looked around, not seeing anything, but the feeling grew more insistent, and she had to follow it. A nagging feeling in the back of her mind said she should wait for Clem, but she’d never felt magic like hers before, and her curiosity, and the alcohol, was winning over.

Colette had no trouble running around in her heels; she did love wearing them regularly, after all. Following the feeling in her gut, it didn’t take her very long to find the source of the magic she was feeling. She’d ended up in a place that was a lot less busy than where she’d been before, and a lot more dimly lit. Jumping up and down excitedly, she waved at the man using the wind magic and said a little too loudly, “Wow, that’s amazing! I’ve never met anyone that can do that!”

I noticed the girl coming but didn't particularly care until she said... well words. I looked up after instinctively wrapping my fingers around my knives. "Unless you have any little screws or gears or a 16 mm socket wrench I'm okay. Thanks though" I studied the girl. "You seem like you just got really flustered for some reason" I slowly stood up and took a step back away from the girl nervously and pulled some parts out of the toolkit and slowly pieced together a small noise maker thinking to myself "Well lets cover my ears after I throw this one"

Annie blinked and tilted her head at his response, a small smiling forming on her face as the young man before her listed the items he needed. She did, in fact, have all of those things back in her van that was parked a few blocks from where they were. She was about to ask him what it was he needed the items for when he jumped up and mentioned her being flustered. "Me? Nah, I'm fine darlin'. Just finished a not-so-pleasant day at work, but that's life for ya." She held her hands up in front of her, showing him that they were empty, and took a small step forward. "How about you? You seem mighty jumpy right now, all over a harmless gal asking if you're okay. You sure you don't want a snack? I've got plenty."

"I'll go find some food at somepoint" I took another step back "I had a rough day to, I did some illegal stuff, threw my friends at a big ass blue monster, and almost exploded my own fucking ear drums. AND! to top it all off, I was shorted $45 so yeah I'm a bit jumpy" I slowly held up the small metal ball "Whats your name?"

Annie blinked again, her smile faltering slightly at the young man's description of his day. Oh boy, he's on something... Poor kid, he looks young too. "A big, blue monster? Honey, are ya sure ya didn't eat somethin' funny today? Are ya trippin'? It's fine if ya are, I'd just rather not leave ya here alone to deal with it." She sighed and reached behind her for her water bottle and held it out to him, "If not a snack, some water maybe? And the name's Annie, by the way. What's yours?"

My expression grew grim as she assumed I was high "You shouldn't say shit like that" I turned to walk away and threw the small metal object over my shoulder then began to run as it began to tick and then explode into sound rather close to her feet. With tears forming in my eyes I kept running down the street not paying attention to wear I was going and frankly not caring. "I've never..." I didn't finish the sentence I've repeated so many times over the years.

Annie knew on sight what it was that he threw at her the second it rolled to her feet. She clamped her hands over her ears and back pedaled, but only made it several steps before the device went off and shattered the windows around her. Her scream was drowned out by the noise maker as the glass rained down on her, and she tripped and fell backward, rolling onto her side and holding still as she waited out the noise.

Disoriented and with her hearing gone, she didn't hear the sounds of footsteps behind her until it was too late. A large hand grabbed the front of her shirt and she felt her bag hit the wall as she was slammed against it. Squinting, she was met with the faces of the two men she'd rejected early. Oh no... Not right now, please... With a combination of lip reading and what few words she could make out through the ringing in her ears, she pieced together what he was saying. "What the fuck, bitch?! First you fucking turn down good money cause you think you're better than us, and then you go and cause a fucking racket and break all of the fucking windows with one of your little toys?!"

Annie grimaced in pain as the hand pressed harder against her shoulder and smiled tightly at the two men as her toes barely touched the ground, "Now boys, as hard as it is to believe, I promise that wasn't me. This is clearly a misunder-" She was cut off as the man growled at her and slammed her against the wall once more, and she stifled a cry of pain, "Cut the bullshit, bitch. Who the fuck else around here would be able to make something like that?"

After I heard the initial ringing stop I heard someone assume that the lady who had called me a druggie made my device. So I climbed a building next to the alley we had been in and jumped down landing on top of one of the men grabbing the girl snapping his neck instantly with a sickening crunch. "I can make cool shit too" I then proceeded to pull out my knives and hold them longways against my forearms.

Upon hearing the snap of the man's neck and watching his body crumple to the ground, Annie was dropped to the ground as well and leaned heavily against the wall of the alley, her hand having flown over her mouth in horror. She'd witnessed things even more horrible than this before, but it never failed to make her sick to her stomach. Swallowing, she turned her eyes to the other man left, only to see him reaching for the gun at his side. In a flash she had her own firearm out and trained on the man, her lips turned upward into the friendliest of smiles, but her eyes as cold as steel. He froze, gauging her size and stare and opted to not go for his gun for the time being. "Hold still for me, will ya darlin'? I really don't wanna have to shoot you, I hate when things get messy." Please stay still, last thing I need right now is more heat....

I looked at the girl in disbelief. "What the Fuck is going on?" I slowly lowered myself to the ground now in a crouch with both feet on the ground one right beneath my chest the other a little farther behind me and my hands resting with my pinkies curled around my knives

She glanced towards the young man addressing her and smiled apologetically. "Remember when I said I had a not-so-pleasant day at work? Well, you're lookin' at the not-so-pleasant part..." she trailed off, her eyes narrowing slightly as the man's hand inched towards his own gun. "Final warnin'. This gun ain't just for show, I will shoot you."

She took a few steps towards the hooded guy who'd saved her, placing herself between him and the other man with the gun. With her free hand she gestured towards the entrance of the alley, "You should leave hun. This has nothin' to do with you, and I'd rather you not get hurt."

"But it just got interesting" I dashed at the wall and ran up it about three steps jumping off and landing beside the man sweeping his leg and slipping his gun out of his holster and pointing it at him. "Why are you terrorizing girls now?" I asked the man while looking at the girl.

Annie's eyes widened as the young man jumped over her and managed to get a hold of the gun within just a few moments. She still kept her own gun trained on the man, though she tilted her head and eyed this new stranger for a moment, seeing him in a new light. Her eyes slid back to the grown man as he snarled in response.

"That bitch is the one who rejected us! We met her all the way out here, had the money up front, cash, unmarked bills like she asked, and then she bailed on us! That shit ain't easy to get, you know. And then she went and blew out the fucking windows on top of it. What did she think was gonna happen, huh? That'd we'd just let her walk after disrespecting us like that?"

"I was the one that blew put the windows you ass hole. Now walk away before I blow your head apart with your own gun" I spoke as I kept my eyes trained on the girl tilting my head slightly noticing a change in body language.

"Well at least Vegas isn't as hot as the Sahara dessert. Walking threw the Sahara is hell." I down the rest of my drink as I look at the young girl right next to me. I ask her as I light one of my cigars, "So what brings you to Vegas?"

The man's lip pulled back in growl, clearly pissed, but he got up anyway and began backing away from the two of them. Once far enough he turned and ran, disappearing into the dark of the alley. Annie stayed tensed until his footsteps faded away into nothing, and then she sighed, lowering her gun and clicking on the safety before tucking it away again. Turning to the young man, she grinned, "Well darlin', I don't know whether to kiss you good for saving me or be upset with you for that stunt you pulled with the noise maker."

I slowly inspected the gun "I hate being called a druggie" I put the gun in my pocket and began bouncing on the balls of my feet "what was that guy talking about?"

Clem raised an eyebrow at his question and shrugged. "The same thing that brings most everyone else to Vegas; booze, partying, gambling, and sex." She took a moment to glance back at the bartender; he was still helping someone else. Looking back at the man she turned the question around. "How about you? Why would someone who's trekked through the Sahara be sitting in a dingy bar off the Vegas strip?"

I reply, "Well little missy, I'm trying to find someone who has some very important information of a person I'm looking for." I puff on my cigar. "Vegas fucking sucks, I still can't find him and I have nearly searched all of Vegas."
