everyone thinks I'm spanish, so they speak spanish to me

People are confused by me. ^^" I think it's because my eyes don't really look Korean, but my cheekbones and hair does... plus, I'm kinda tall. Once, an elderly lady came up to my mother and said "Wow! Your Norwegian is really good! You must be so studious!" To which my mother replied: "I should damn well think so! I've been living here for 35 years!!!"

By the way! Have you ever pretended you can't speak English when you just can't be bothered to talk to someone? I asked my family (Almost all of them are either Korean or half Korean except for my grandparents who are responsible for this racial mess) and most of them said that they did. Like... if a Jehovah's witness comes to your door, "S-Sori, no Norwegian. No Norwegian, sorri!"

I don't have monolid either. But my mother, uncle, cousin and goddaughter all do. And my other cousin and my brother and... a lot of people. I have another halfie friend, and we used to joke that we were actually cousins. U.U
