That's a movie thing. I'm pretty sure Voldemort is perfectly able to smell. Speaking of horrible things, did you KNOW that Sirius almost killed Professor Snape when they were kids? 'Cause he told him on purpose that there was a werewolf in the Shrieking Shack, knowing fully well that Professor Snape would go check it out in hopes of finding something to get the Marauders in trouble, and then Professor Lupin nearly killed him, but James saved him before that could happen. Which would mean that Professor Snape owed James a life debt too, which must have sucked for him, don't you think?

... perhaps. I'm just very passionate about Harry Potter. I grew up reading the books, and my eleventh birthday was the most disappointing birthday of my life. That is, until I realized that I couldn't have gotten my Hogwarts letter anyway, because the Ministry of Magic was under Voldemorts control during 1995-1998, which means that I couldn't have gotten my letter because they controlled and probably erased all records of muggleborns born within that time period!

I like you explenation of why you didn't get your acceptance letter! ^^ my best friend is giant Harry Potter nerd to, and when she went Harry Potter world for the first time she dropped to her knees and started crying.


When we went together this past time they had put in the hogwarts express and diagon alley and she started crying when we got off the hogwarts express. It was so awesome, before they closed the door the works would say," And remember, the ministry is watching".

I have a whole heap of places I wanna visit! And Florida's on the list, definitely. Florida, California, London, New Zealand, Seoul... A whole lot of places. Also, I've met a gator before, in South Africa. They're sorta cute!

We also have iguanas! Wild ones! Their like a giant pest problem where I live! xD

Well, the ones I met were in a zoo, so they weren't very threatening. ^^" And iguanas? They're adorable! Over here we only have boring old mooses and the occasional fox rummaging through our yard.
