I have a horrible migrane

@Elfia Nightwing I got a headache, watering eyes, stuffed up nose and slightly scratchy throat and no energy.


I don't have a temperature, but I feel like craaap. My throat was worse yesterday and the day before though.


For headaches I try meditation music, sitting in a dark room eyes closed usually a cool cloth over them to relax them, put your feet in warm water (its strange but effective)


or sit face over a sink filled with hot water towel over head breathing in the steam. Usually most headaches I have those things cure them.


When sick...well nothing has ever worked T_T except sleep..lots and lots of sleep.

I just usually take midol and sleep, but i have to work!! -.- stupid teenagers. I hate christmas.
