Fantasy Magic Brew Cafè (CLOSED)

"Actually Ellie, you didn't try and stop Akira's alcohol consumption to your as guilty as the rest of us." Raya said with a laugh, "Also, would you prefer something like the night sky, or constalations on the roof? Or how about a tree, oh tree of life! That would be pretty." she asked, mentally tracing the outlines of the many design ideas frolicking in her brain.

- - - - -

Emiya watched the weirdo's continue to converse as she counted the money stored in her bag, "71, 72, 77, 79, 80, 90, 92..." Once she counted all of the money it rounded to a good 120, "That should last me a couple days..." she thought out loud then placed it back in her bag.

Ellie glared at Vinny froening," what did you do? I really don't feel like backhanding Alex if he comes after you..." She sighed, watching akira with worry in her eyes.

Vincent chuckled, draping an arm over her shoulders as he watched Akira go at the bottle, "Don't worry yourself too much, that bottle is a dud, so to speak. It doesn't have any alcohol in it, it just really looks and smells like it does. It's used to treat recovering alcoholics. The worst that'll happen is that she'll experience a placebo effect." He explained, shrugging.

"Ehh," Ellie murmured, pouting as Chomp snapped at Vinny's free hand." God he's been so protective todat!" She cried pulling him away before he could do any real damage. " And the constellations sounds like a pretty idea Raya," she smiled .

Akira took the bottle he handed her and went to drink it only for Alistair to walk up and stop her "Your highness please, let me take you back to the castle so you can get some rest."

Akira shook her head "No! I..if.. I sleep. I can't sleep Alisssstair I can't" Alistair frowned his nervousness gone atleast on the outside he sat down next to her turning to face her "Akira, There is many spells and potions that can help. Talking about it might help too. We can't help if you don't let us." Akira shook her head "I don't.. I don't want to sleep ever...ever again." Alistair sighed looking straight into her eyes "Why?" Akira looked down only to look back up when she felt a hand running through her hair.

Alistair repeated "Why?" when their eyes met softer than before. Akira's lip trembled "B..because its my fault.. I see it every night just like....just like before I had let my parents go... and she..she won't leave me alone either." Alistair looked worried and a little frightened for her before masking it with a small reassuring smile "Can you tell me whats your fault?" Akira looked down again shaking her head tears leaking from her eyes. Alistair frowned "is there anyone you'll tell about this? please won't you tell someone?" Akira shook her head and turned back to the bottle grabbing it again, Alistair didn't stop her this time and just sighed standing up considering getting Luke or Alexander. Akira started guzzling the bottle taking breaks once in awhile to breathe as she was crying.

Prince Graeme and Bramblefur "No sake, no thanks." Graeme passed the moonshine back to Vincent and got up, walking back to his books and sat. "If you don't mind, I gotta continue this little project I have." Bramblefur growled at Graeme, "Hey, you're the one who wanted to celebrate and all your focused on is your exile! You should get over here and join us in a relax-" Cowering Bramblefur realized he said too much. That information was only supposed to be between Vincent and Graeme and he just blurted it out like it was no big deal. Graeme stood up packing all this things, leaving it in the booth, and stood in front of the cowering fox. "There's a point when you shut your snout. Akira especially didn't need to hear that little bit of information as you should know. Now that it's leaked though..." Graeme stood up and walked toward the door before locking it and turning around to face everyone. "Now that you all know. Yes, I've been exiled from my own land, and there's a bounty on my head. My only safe haven is this cafe, for once I step out of it, I am free game for any merc who wants the reward for my death." Graeme went to his bag and pulled out a file placing it on the table in front of Vincent. "This is the bounty on me. Anyone who is outside of this room is not allowed to know. Anyone who reveals this information... consider me gone." Graeme walked to the door, unlocked it, and sat back down without another word.

Bramblefur got up and whimpered, "I'm sorry Graeme, you just... need to stop being so secretive..." Graeme ignored the fox and went to work on his notepads again. Bramblefur crawled over to the corner by Gnag's cupboard and curled up in a ball, silent and not moving. The silence between the two was only broken by the sounds of Graeme writing on his notepad and the occasional whimper from Bramblefur.
(WHOA! and the story of Prince Graeme takes the biggest turn! Why? Well... you'll see what I plan on doing with it.)

@Cryobionic @Elfia Nightwing @RegalWindstar @DestinyRed

Akira's head snapped up at Bramblefur's words her mind becoming more alert with this new information sniffling she listened at Graeme spoke and didn't bother even looking at the file. She glared and stood walking over to behind him slapping him upside the head. "What kind of trouble have you gotten yourself into this time you idiot?! When did this happen? Why didn't you tell us sooner? Honestly Graeme!" she threw her hands in the air in frustration "And not telling the others outside the Cafe? If Alexander and Luke knew we could try to help you! Besides Alexander would probably chew you out worse than I am right now! How could you be so foolish?! its bad enough you got involved in mercenary work but you managed to become EXILED? and Get a damn BOUNTY on your head?! You foolish Idiot!" her face was red by the time she was finished worry and anger written all over it and her eyes were tearing up.

@Dnaleri017

Prince Graeme "After your wedding I chased some people into the dark forest... I mapped out the entire forest, hindered some of their plans, and got out without a scratch. I get banished, and a bounty on my head for not revealing said information I got. I don't need your help, or Alexander's help. If I were foolish I would be dead and as for the rest... I'll solve my own problems..." The entire time he spoke in a low, raspy voice. Showing absolutely no emotion whatsoever and continued his notepad work, which as Akira could now see, was sketches of himself, only they weren't his face, yet.

Akira frowned at what he said and she forced him to turn wrapping her arms around him in a hug tears freely streaming down her face her nails dug into his back as she hugged him tight "I won't" she hiccuped her voice not hiding the fact she was bawling "I won't let anyone hurt you..I don't..don't care if you don't want our help. I'm not going to let anything happen to you, I don't want to lose anyone else!" she brought one hand to his chest hitting it with each word she said next though not very hard "You really are an idiot! why would you go to the forest? Why would you do that?! You should know how...how dangerous that is! Idiot!" she sniffled "idiot! Idiooot!" she wailed. @Dnaleri017

(Well I have nothing to respond to that really soooooooo until things are dealt with...)
Prince Graeme Sitting there silently Graeme didn't move a muscle, not twitching, not changing in facial expression, not even trying to escape Akira's hugs. "The age of Prince Graeme ends... and begins the age of Graeme the Exile."

Graeme & Bramblefur Getting up Graeme walked out the door and took his stuff with him. Upon leaving he waved without speaking and exited the building. Walking down the road he turned into an alleyway and stopped there for the night. He no longer had a home, he no longer had a purpose of being 'Prince' Graeme. Taking out supplies he began a very old arcane spell, a controlled memory wipe. He rewrote his own history, leaving in certain details, adding new ones in, and changed his appearance right then. His eyes slowly changed colors from his well known viridian green to a dull brown, His hair slowly becoming more curly and again, turning brown, just as his eyes did. He took out a set of new clothes from his large sack and changed into them. Afterwards he trashed everything else except the spell requirements. "Well... I had a great run as Prince Graeme, the best merc around. That time is over though and it's time to rewrite history... for me at least." Sighing he glanced at Bramblefur and saw the sadness in his eyes. "Graeme... what am I supposed to do now?" Graeme shrugged, "I dunno, whatever magical foxes like you do in this kind of situation. I'm done with this life..." Turning back to the spell he reread the spell and as he did so his voice began changing to a higher tone, not too much, but enough to make him seem like nothing of his previous life. Once he finished the spell he sat against the wall and closed his eyes. This was the last sleep as Prince Graeme... tomorrow he would wake as a whole new Graeme, with a whole new history, and a whole new role. "Goodbye world. Prince Graeme bids you farewell." Shedding a single tear Graeme sat in silence, with his eyes closed and Bramblefur sitting in his lap, whimpering at what may possibly happen.
(Damn... depressing end for Prince Graeme, but hey! He gets to become a new Graeme that I'm sure you'll all love just as much as the old one!)

Graeme walked up to the cafe with a bright smile on his face and Bramblefur on his shoulder. "Hey Bramblefur, what should we try this time, I know pumpkin pie is our favorite but we should try something else!" Bramblefur nodded in agreement, "Yea! Do you think they'll have anything more delicious than pumpkin pie ever?" Graeme shook his head, "Never, pumpkin pie is the best they'll ever have." Walking in Graeme peeked his head through the door and seeing the cafe was still pretty empty he walked in and sat on one of the stools closest to the upstairs. "Hey Vincent, Ellie! You guys got any pumpkin pie left?" Sitting quietly Graeme sat in his stool petting Bramblefur waiting for a response.

Ellie blinked slowly tilting her head, "Greame?.." she asked uncertainly, reaching out to touch his hair. "Wow...This is amazing..." she gasped, "You look like a completely different person!" she squeaked, smiling brightly. "I think we have some left!" she giggled, going into the back coming back with two plates of pumpkin pie. "There ya go!" she smiled brightly.

"Right here," Ellie smiled, holding up a hissing Chomp. "Don't mind him he's just being a grouchy pants today," she smiled, stroking the neo-snaps head.

Akira had went back to drinking from the bottle when Graeme had left not noticing when he came back in nor did she notice a portal outside the cafe open up with Luke and Alexander walking out of it. The two of them walked into the cafe not even realizing that it was Graeme the two walked over to Akira.

As soon as they could see the bottle in her hands they were immediately trying to wrestle it away from her Alexander shot a look at the others that was a 'I'm going to brutally murder you and burn your corpses' look the two of them managed to finally get the bottle from her when Alistair gave them a hand.

"Jeez You have a strong grip" Luke said in disbelief

Alistair backed up slightly as Alexander spoke low "Alistair, we'll talk about this later" Alistair gulped and looked like running for the hills

Alexander turned to Vincent "If I didn't have my hands full with these two you'd be a dead man Vincent" he looked royally P***ed off

Alexander turned to Akira "and you, what do you think this solves?! Nothing it solves NOTHING!"

Akira flinched at his yelling and opened her mouth to speak Alexander held up a hand "No, not until I'm finished"

Alexander handed the bottle to Luke and he took it further away from Akira. "Do you think drinking will get rid of the guilt?! Do you really think it'd stop those damn nightmares?!"

Akira lowered her head only for Alexander to hook a finger under it forcing her to look at him "You think drinking yourself to either passing out or to death helps anything?! You won't talk to anyone about exactly what is going on. I barely got a few details from you. Do you think hiding it and bottling it up will help you either?! How STUPID can you get?!" his face was red from anger "You're not doing anything to help yourself all your doing is leading yourself down a path of self destruction! You have a kingdom to run how can you be so irresponsible?!"

Akira averted her eyes knowing he was right feeling ashamed but part of her was angry, angry at herself and at him. Her eyes turned back to him fury in them her hair going bright red she slapped his hand away "Why the hell do you insist on butting into my business?! Did I ask you to help me? NO! I DIDN'T! I didn't ask to run a kingdom either! Whats so wrong with me wanting to wind down anyway? Whats so wrong with me not wanting to talk to people about my emotions or nightmares?!" she spat each word venomously "Its my life, my choice I can live however I want. YOU. DON'T. CONTROL. ME!" Alexander breathed deep through his nose his eyes narrowed as he tried to calm himself.

"You think I like seeing you like this? I don't want to control you! I want to help and protect you. You won't let me help or protect you since that damn wedding though! It kills me to see you like this, you won't talk to anyone and your wilting away infront of my eyes and there is NOTHING I can do about it and I HATE it. I hate it that I'm not able to protect the woman I love!"

Akira glared "What if I don't want your protection, Its not like I'm weak."

Alexander sighed frustrated "I never said you were weak. I know you are not weak, but its not weak to accept help or ask for it either!"

Akira averted her eyes once more her hair starting to return to its original color

Alexander sighed again "All I want is to help. I care about you Akira, I don't like seeing you like this. I don't want you to suffer alone. Please stop doing this to yourself, please stop shutting me out." Her hair started to slightly go blue, she flung herself into Alexander's arms "I'm sorry Alex! I'm so sorry!"

Alexander sighed in relief a small smile appearing on his face as he hugged her "Its okay, Its okay. Now you aren't going to drink anymore right"

Akira shook her head "I won't drown my sorrows in alcohol" Alexander sighed realizing she wouldn't completely give up on alcohol but it was a start.

Alexander nodded "Will you talk to me from now on when you have problems"

Akira looked away "But...I'll just be a bother"

Alexander frowned forcing her to look back at him he looked her straight in the eyes "Look at me and see through my eyes I am telling the truth, listen to my words carefully."

Akira nodded Alexander continued "You will NEVER be a bother to me or Luke or Alistair or Gretilda. If you have a problem just come to one of us. If not to one of them come to me.

I'll always be there for you, I am your husband after all aren't I? Its a husbands duty to comfort and take care of his wife isn't it?" Akira smiled slightly leaning into his embrace.

"Thank you Alex, I really am sorry.... I love you" she mumbled the sleepless nights finally catching up to her as she slumped against him starting to fall asleep

Alexander smiled softly "Its alright Little bird... I love you too... Akira" his eyes widened when she went limp "Akira? Akira?!" he heard a snore which made him chuckle

Luke and Alistair grabbed three chairs lining them up in a way Akira could lay on them and Alexander laid her down on them with a relieved sigh,

Alexander pulled up another chair and sat beside her his hand clasped in hers, he chuckled as she moved slightly turning towards him. Luke and Alistair took places beside the couple.

Alexander sighed his eyes flicked over to the others he finally realized the brunette was Graeme. "Graeme, what happened to you? Whats with the sudden appearance change? Do I even really want to know?" he raised an eyebrow before his eyes flicked to Akira again "I hope she doesn't have a nightmare while here too." he mumbled

(there... mrr *sleeps* whee muffinbunnys! Maaarshmellow cows~ My brain is melted popcorn boop~)

Raya tapped her nails against the counter top as she lazily sipped her sugar infused water and took a trip through imagination village so her nails changed colour, "Jeez you guys are as boring as an old geezers bingo game." she stated with a frown, desperately wracking her brain for a boredom buster. As she noticed the kitchen door she tilted her head, Perfect place to make pranks.... "I'm abducting your kitchen, the sugar bag will stay in tact... for the most part."

With that she hopped from her seat and made her way into the kitchen, stopping in front of the counter that housed the spice rack and cook books, "Where to begin..." she mumbled, snatching a random cook book then opening it to a random page. When the book thumped on the counter a puff of dust made its way into the air and sent Raya into a coughing fit, "When was the last time this was used?!?!" she squeaked even though no one could hear. After some vicious eye rubbing she looked down at the cook book, plopping her finger down on the third recipe on the page seeing as she had decided on making food, not pranks.

Kanpacorean soup...?
she re-read the title a couple times then decided that if she were going to make actual food she wanted it to have a pronounceable name. After finding a recipe with a normal name she dug around for a mixing bowl. and some measuring spoons then got to work.

She had decided on Frensian chicken dip which -she could only assume- was named after the person who invented the recipe. Flour, Draki egg, water, crushed zorra seed, a strand of Valkyrie hair- wait what? "Since when is hair edible?" she murmured with a quirked brow. After pondering on her choice of cuisine for a few moments the protector grabbed a whisk then started mixing all the ingredients together.

Once the mixture was the consistency of tooth paste she added a teaspoon of soul fire dust to the mix and gave it a quick shake. It smelled good and she thought just once, she could actually eat food she made... but that wasn't the case. When the mixture started bubbling her green eyes widened, and it started smoking, "Shit!" she screeched, quickly grabbing the Cook book before jumping under the table -using the cook book as a shield. With in moments there was a high whistle then, the -now boiling- batter burst out of the bowl and rained down on half of the kitchen, "Shit, shit, Shit!!!" she screeched.

Raya looked down at the recipe, only now noticing the small warning in the corner, Only use a small amount of soul fire dust to avoid the possibility of disaster, "Oh that's just fabulous!" she yelled then came out from under the table, quickly retreatback to the safety of the table when the sauce practically melted the bottom of her shoe, "Maybe they should put the warning on the bottle..." she muttered then grabbed the side of the table and pulled herself on top.

What she didn't know was that the whisk she had grabbed wasn't washed, and it had been sitting beside the oven which lift the bottom of it very warm. When she put that in the batter it warmed it up, so when she added the soul fire dust the heat activated the ingredients more 'deadly' side. Other then it being a deadly weapon the soul fire dust tasted great in salads.

"Ellie! I'm kind of trapped by boiling dipping sauce!" She yelled, hoping that she would grab the witches attention. She also noticed that part of the counter top was partly burned, "Sorry Vincent!" she quickly added.

Ellie turned towards the disaster in the kitchen, her eye twitching in annoyance. As she entered the kitchen the twitching intensified as she looked around. When her silvery blue eyes landed on a Raya, absolute hatred and death in her eyes. Once she had help the protector up she pointed towards the exit." Out," she growled, pinching the bridge of her nose, she felt a really horrible migrane coming on." Now, before I do something I regret," she sighed.

The sun was shining brightly, casting like long, thin spiderweb like rays through the treetops, making then light up only splatters of the green moss. A echoing snap was heard, and the imps head turned quickly towards it, only to see nothing but the silence of the forest.

What had possessed him to venture into the woods, he didn't know, and as he felt his light up shoes sink into the mossy ground, covering his kicks in a green wet substance he couldn't even begin to fathom the name of, he very much thought he was starting to regret it.

His head had been throbbing all throughout the night and the morning, and he had almost been driven mad by the boredom brought on by him being confined to his room. Something about Akira not wanting him to walk for some inexplicable reason. It was his horn that had snapped off, not his legs.

Oliver huffed slightly and leaned against a tree at the thought of his horn, and his fingers reflexively shot up to touch the sharp, broken parts of it that was left. As much as he had tried, the broken piece just hadn't wanted stay on after it had once again fallen off despite Ellie's efforts.

Right now it was residing in his pocket. Away from sight, but not away from him.

The imp sighed, a long, drawn out sound that seemed to amplify in the silence of the woods. Birds were chirping softly overhead, but that was nothing compared to the deafening commotion currently happening at the castle. He didn't know what was going on, but for some reason the soldiers seemed to be doubly loud today.

Which was why he had escaped.

Oliver picked up a stray stick, twirling it around in his hands with a bored grunt before swinging it over his head like a sword.

He was just about to fling the stick against the trunk of a nearby tree, when he heard something move behind him. Oliver stiffened, suddenly very, very alert.

Shadae sighed roaming the dark forest, she had left Vahl after awhile her people having detected a foreign presence in the forest she had to excuse herself and had dissapeared in a swarm of butterflies. As she was walking around she heard a grunt and seen the same imp that was at Akira's wedding, she noticed him stiffen, she walked out into view a smirk on her face "Oliver right?" the way she said his name would send shivers down anyone's spine "Do you realize where you are? What are you doing in my forest Imp?"

@Cryobionic

Oliver turned around, fighting the urge to jump, his eyes glowing a sharp yellow under the hood of his sweater. He gave the lady a disgruntled frown, leaning back against the tree trunk, the stick still firmly grasped within his hand. Not that he was under any illusion that a stick would do anything at all to protect him, he had seen her display of power at the wedding.

"You reek of corruption." He told her, his voice nonchalant, casual even, but his stance, rigid and stiff, gave away his growing uncertainty. He recognized this woman, her scent as well as her face, and he had to fight down a growl.

Shadae raised an eyebrow and took a step closer "You did not answer me imp, why are you in MY forest? Did your precious sister not warn you? Really maybe she doesn't care about you as much as you think." a butterfly formed and flew over circling Oliver "Unless, you disobeyed her. You did didn't you?" her face lit up with cruel glee "She doesn't know you're here does she? How lovely!" she stepped closer "How about since you're here, you come see my home? You cannot say no, you don't want to be rude now do you? Akira would be so dissapointed if you were rude." her grin lit up as more butterflies formed and circled Oliver

@Cryobionic

"Don't you know your face can stick like that?" Oliver drawled, raising an eyebrow at the dark fairy, before reaching out to grab one of the butterflies, crushing it in his hand. His heart was racing beneath his rainbow hoodie, and as he rubbed his now dirty hand against the bark of the tree, he swallowed a slight whimper, disguising it as a sarcastic snort.

"But then again, it's to late for that, isn't it? Or maybe you were born with it. I know of a cream that could probably help you with those wrinkles, but I'm afraid to say only a really skilled plastic surgeon could fix the rest of your ugly mug."

He was babbling, and he knew it. As he was speaking, he slowly reached towards his pocket, his fingers stretching to reach for the golden key he knew lay just beside his broken horn piece. If he could just stall the insane fairy a little longer...

Shadae lifted an eyebrow, inside seething. More butterflies spewed from her hands and surrounded Oliver swirling around him like a tornado cutting him like shards of glass. The pocket containing his key was cut open the key fell and a butterfly grabbed it bringing it back to her. "Really now Oliver, has no one ever taught you to respect your betters?" the butterflies seemed to stop and she was suddenly infront of him cutting off his air supply with a elbow to his throat her one hand pulling on his hair "Allow me to be your first teacher then. Don't worry we'll have a lot of fun" she smiled not warmly but cold and cruel. Her eyes promising pain. She put more pressure on his throat then flung him against a tree with her creations, she walked over to him and the butterflies circled them once more "Pathetic" she hissed teleporting them to her own dungeons in the castle she created deep in the forest. She threw him into a cell with a sneer locking it. "You will regret meeting Akira, and you'll regret ever speaking to me as you did. You will learn your place IMP"

@Cryobionic (That good? >.<)

Oliver giggled despite the situation, the act of doing so sending a sharp pain through his sides. Cracked ribs, then. He scooted backwards, to the back of the cell, not stopping until he felt his tail connect with the cold stone brick walls. "You're quite the... arrogant one, aren't you, lady?" He wheezed out, feeling pearls of sweat appear on his brow in spite of the coldness of the room, "Thinking you can... outdo the most... powerful and evil demons, hm?"

The imp reached back and flung his hood over his head, glaring at the dark fairy with cold, glowing yellow eyes, watching as the torchlight from the lantern on the wall reflected off her dark purple eyes. "I recon you don't even know how to cause proper pain. I recon you've never tortured someone properly in your whole life. Honestly, you seem like an amateur."

He bit the inside of his cheek, willing himself to shut up. But it didn't work, his lips just wouldn't stop moving.
