Fantasy Magic Brew Cafè (CLOSED)

"Uhm, hi, I'm Ellie, and I have no idea whats going on," Ellie waved nervously at the two. "Are you a friend of Akira's?" she asked nicely.

Akira bit her lip as she looked through her own mind for the memories. She found a few of a girl similar to Emiya. "You.. were that maid girl weren't you? Ahh!" she snapped her fingers "I remember that time we tried to sneak the Pie and Gretilda and Donna caught us." she tilted her head brows furrowed in slight confusion "One day you were just gone though, what happened to you?" @DestinyRed

Emiya laughed quietly, "They were so mad... It didn't help that once they caught us I slammed the pie into Gretilda's face once she caught us..." the Nymph whispered with a giggle then her face fell, "I had to leave, or I wouldn't have-" she cut herself off, "I had to leave." she whispered then took in a breath, "So what is this place?" she asked, looking around the area, "Is it a cafe? Or a Diner?" she asked.

Akira looked worried that Emiya didn't say more but fixed her expression when she asked what the place was "It's a Cafe. Emiya..." she bit her lip grabbing Emiya's hand dragging her to a table away from the others with a quick "Excuse us" she kept her voice low so the others wouldn't hear. "You do have a place to stay don't you? If not would you like to come back with me?" @DestinyRed

"Um, if you consider a park bench a place then yes." she murmured quietly, "I guess a castle will do." she said sarcastically then laugh, "So what's new?" she asked leaning back against the table and tilting her head.

Akira smiled "Hey we got something else in common nowadays! I used to sleep on park benches... its a.. long story." she tapped her chin "hm.. To make it short I got Engaged to Alexander he was bat crap crazy and possessive because he got corrupted by dark magic, oh hes fine now. Don't know what made him change again back to himself. Anyways he chased me I found the cafe, became assistant manager." she chuckled slightly then her face fell slightly "On my birthday awhile back my ah... my father died. Was murdered actually. I found out some unpleasant stuff about myself. Oh and the same woman who murdered my father is after me. On the bright side" she held up her wedding ring made of crystals "I'm married." @DestinyRed

"Well... That's a lot of information." she murmured, mentally trying to remember the second half of what she said, "It sucks your dad died, hope your okay." Emiya said, "But congratulations on your marriage!" She said with a smile, pulling Akira's hand up to her eye so she could inspect the ring, "Oh that's pretty!" she cooed to the ring then smiled at Akira.

Akira smiled "Alexander made it for me himself." she sighed "Shall we get going? I bet you are very tired. It is late afterall" she smiled standing up @DestinyRed

(@Cryobionic Can we send everyone to bed and time skip to the next day so we can do the bungee jumping Red wants to do so badly? xD )

Jun rested his fingers against his brow once more, and grimaced inside the sound silence of his room. In an act to sooth the pressure building behind his eyes, he pressed along his skull as if to work out a tight knot, rolling, tight concentric circles to form the desired pressure. Alleviated somewhat, he raised a haggard gaze and viewed the item resting just a few feet away - a bright, destroyed flower amongst the shadows.

It was worse for wear than when he had first retrieved it from the corner and forced it to flare open. Most of its edges were now tattered and beyond repair, slivers of the red fabric hanging from the metal ribs which now lay exposed and glinting in the dull light.

Bent on finding answers from the castle events Jun had wasted little time upon returning to his apartment. He reckoned that after his first experience on the cliffside with Vahl, Jun would have been deterred from tearing apart the umbrella. But when he had grabbed ahold of it, the color - suddenly all too crimson for his liking - had goaded him, and the fabric had parted unresisting beneath his fingers like a fresh piece of parchment.

As before the memories had been like a hammer blow, the barrage of lights and sounds so intense, Jun had not even noticed the umbrella fall from his hands. The images had been painfully clear this time.

Again he found himself in an open field surrounded by a belt of mist so fine he could see the tops of the tree standing in the distance. Unlike before there was no harsh sense of pandemonium, and alongside the peace, he was alive, alive to watch the final moments.

Grieving in silence, he witnessed the scene from the victim’s perspective, slight fingers appearing in view as they continued to twin a small crown of flowers. The rest remained as bright red spots along the soft dew touched grass. Time passed while the figure hummed an unfamiliar tune, fingers weaving the vines cleverly so they would stay in place. Then the peace was broken, and Jun gave a despondent cry as he felt his nerves alight in premonition, feeling the figure’s body tense rigidly, his heart jumping in his chest. The fire of nerves alerted him to look back – and run.

As the visions began to fade, Jun had gritted his teeth and tore once more. Yanked back inside, he felt the boy’s muscles collect and then tighten. Fresh bouts of earth were torn from the surface as the young child darted forward, his breath soon whistling in his lungs as he fled from the patch of meadow, crown forgotten and destroyed.

Jun fled beside him, catching the memories like a continuous line of film, watching in visceral horror as the assailant caught both the young victim and himself. The umbrella was torn again to feel the claws rake down his center, pain exploding in his chest as pale fingers had touched them to the wound in disbelief. Torn again and found his vision wavering in and out of darkness, chocking on the blood that was beginning to fill his lungs.

Jun had suffered and cried, swore and agonized for the life that had been destroyed. Every tear, every rift left a camera flash of memories spurring through his mind’s eye, a continuous reel of images that burst in synchrony with the destruction wasted by his fingers.

By the time he had finally returned to the present, the shade had found himself gurgling and gasping for breath on the floor, the pupils of his eyes nearly swallowed with gold as they remained like pin pricks of ink.

And now here he was, so close to revealing everything. The last thing he had witnessed was a bright flash of light, and then a column of shadows as fingers had tried to grasp through it to reach his own.

Jun could almost feel their touch now, brushing against his skin. He drew in a shaky breath, and knew it was impossible to continue any further for the day. There was sweat along his brow and due to the violence, his body had been set with constant tremors for the past hour or so.

It would be best to have someone there once the umbrella was completely destroyed, simply for the sake of support. Emotionally drawn, Jun was left to wonder weakly who that would be as he stumbled to the bathroom and spun open the shower faucet.

Ellie sighed, waking back upstairs to their apartment, kneeling down to the still sleeping demon. "Vinny," Ellie smiled, poking him lightly, "Vinny~!" she whined, shaking him harder, crawling on top of him. "Vincent Cain Buckley wake up!" she cried, flicking his cheek. Finally, out of ideas Ellie sighed, moving so her mouth was near his ear. " I'm pregnant," she whispered in the demons ear.

Jolted awake by the sudden, horrifying words, the demon shot up straight, looking over at her, his red eyes wide. "What?" He snapped, as he felt his heart begin to race within his chest, threatening to stop all together. Then, he noticed her small smirk, and he let himself fall back against the couch with a groan of amused annoyance. "Don't ever do that again." He muttered, looking up at her through his lashes, "And how do you even know my middle name?"

"I have my sources," Ellie smirked, poking the demon on the forehead,"You can't sleep out on the couch, come on, I don't think anybody is gonna show up at this point," she laughed, walking into the bedroom, flopping down on the bed.

"Sources?" Vincent questioned drowsily, following after her, his movements sluggish and forced, "What sources?"

~END OF DAY TWENTY TWO~

Raya stood at the door of the cafe jiggling her bobby pin in the lock. She had already gone through the usual morning routine and the lock on the door was being a complete ass. Apparently when Ellie had "Fixed it" she left one of the inside pins locked up and Raya was having one hell of a time getting it down. After finally unlocking the door she walked into the cafe and ran straight to the coffee maker, making herself a cup then shoveling some sugar into it, "Suck on that Vincent." she murmured, knowing that he didn't tend to like her and the sugar's relationship.

The teen was very excited for the bungee jumping later but bungee jumping meant no eating anything heavy until it's over so she walked into the kitchen and decided to make breakfast. With in a couple minutes she made french toast and a fruit salad, quickly making blueberry/orange syrup to use as a sauce. After lazily tossing the salad in a bowl and pouring the syrup all over it she brought it out and placed it on a table -the french toast sitting beside it- then grabbed her own coffee and took a sip. She leaned back in her chair, wait what time did I schedule the jumping? she thought, 7:30-8:30. With a smile she looked at the roof, about to think of something but the feeling of falling sent her in a panic. With a thump her chair landed on the floor and the legs kicked up in the air as the back of her head slammed into the ground, "Oww!"

Akira woke up to Gretilda hovering over her and Alexander an eyebrow raised "I do know hes your husband your highness, however wouldn't it be best you lock the door? Anyone can walk in you know!" Akira squeaked and quickly moved away from Alexander "Its not like that!" Gretilda sighed waving her hand a secretive smile on her face her back to the flustered Princess "Yeah yeah, just hurry. I have already awakened the others and they are having breakfast as we speak" Alexander groaned getting up "We'll be there" Gretilda nodded and left.

Akira and Alexander made their way to the Kitchen both of them sitting down to eat with everyone crepes. Once they were done they all went to the cafe.

(There all your characters are in the cafe @DestinyRed Oliver and Estelle are too @Elfia Nightwing @Cryobionic )

Estelle was munching on a strawberry jam crepe, as she looked up at Raya on the floor,"What are you doing?" she deadpanned, looking at the fallen chair. "Vincent is going to kill you if you messed up at the cafe or his coffee machine," she sighed.

Ellie sighed, as she heard her friends began pouring in the cafe downstairs, "Vinny...They came again," she groaned, burying her face in her pillow. "Were doing Raya's bungee jumping today aren't we...?" she asked sleepily.

"What I don't understand," Vincent murmured, sitting up while simultaneously reaching for a shirt, "Is why we absolutely have to go risk our lives when we kinda need them to fight the evil forces of the enemy." His voice sounded hoarse, and he rubbed his eyes with a dismayed expression before pulling the shirt over his head, "Seems so unnecessary, if you ask me."

"Vincent could have killed me the day he met me, if I've survived this long I must be invincible." she murmured to Estelle, kicking her legs to the side so she could sit up. Raya stuck her tongue out, "So, are you excited to jump off the side of a cliff?" she asked with a grin.

"Because it'll make Raya happy, and she's been really nice to us, with me and that thing....and being completely understanding of the war even though she was literally thrown in our mess," she laughed, burying her face in Vinny's chest. "We owe her this at least, but if I die I'm making sure I haunt her," she laughed.

Jun appeared then, and upon seeing those at the table, tried to erase the earlier fatigue from his expression as he shut the door close, softly. He had considered bringing the parasol with him, but at the last moment, decided against it. Best to give it another day before he try again.

Raya picked her chair up and sat back down noticing a particular Bunnies entrance, "Good morning Junny Bunny!" she sing songed, nearly knocking over the chair, "Oh my gosh can you stay on the floor you idiotic sitting device!" she screeched at the chair, planting her feet firmly on the ground so she didn't fall over. With a laugh she stood up and took a sip of her coffee, "So is it me or Oliver who'll have to force you to jump, Jun?" she asked with a smirk

The hand which had started to shoot out in order to steady her was placed quickly against his ear as Raya greeted him with an overzealous cry. "Jumping?" he asked faintly, fixing his hair back into place with a wane smile, "What jumping?"

"Oh... Yeah, hehe." Raya twiddled her thumbs and looked down at her feet, "Sort of forgot to inform you that we're going bungee jumping today at 7:30, when it's dark and you can see the whole city... You know why else I chose when it was dark?" she asked then smiled, "You're coming too!" she squealed, popping up from her chair, grabbing his hand and forcing him to sit before he ran, "So, now you know what we're doing. Will it be me or Ollie forcing you to Jump?"

(I think she's getting mean xD @thistle )

"Don't worry," Oliver piped up from behind the bar, where he had been busy rearranging the different bottles of alcohol, just so that it wouldn't be noticed right away if one happened to disappear, "I don't think it's going to be that scary. I'ts like... falling from a really high up place, only you don't die at the end!" He peeked at the shade from over the bar counter edge, his nose resting on the surface.
