Estelle looked over at Alexander pouting about how he wasn't noticing how sad he was making Akira. "Your a horrible husband Alexander!" she screeched, throwing the plate of food at the fairy.

Alexander lifted his arms blocking the food from hitting him "Hey! What is that for?!" @Elfia Nightwing

"Because your a asshole!" Estelle screeched, kicking Alexander in his shin, hiding behind Akira.

"A condo actually, short a thousand though so unless I some how manage to snatch a job I'm stuck with my aunt and uncle for another couple months." she said, twisting her fingers around then hanging Estelle by her toes off the roof, "No activating my powers in the morning!" she yelled then took a sip of her coffee, "You didn't put any sugar in." she mumbled and grabbed the creamer, dumping some more in.


She looked over at Alexander and Akira, "And leave Estelle alone, she'll be up there for awhile." she stated then laughed and took another sip of her drink.

Alexander chuckled at the now dangling Estelle. Akira looked up at her in worry before turning to Raya "Let her down Raya! That is not very nice" She turned to Estelle "It also isn't very nice to throw food Estelle." there was some amusement in her eyes at what Estelle did however. @DestinyRed @Elfia Nightwing

Ellie sighed, walking over to Estelle who was wiggling with anger, "Let.Me.Go!!!!!" she hissed, glaring daggers at the protector. Ellie smiled at Akira, "I wouldn't mind teaching you if you want, but it won't be easy," she smiled kindly.

Akira's eyes lit up and Alexander groaned. "Don't say I didn't warn you Ellie!" Alexander said, Akira nodded "I'd love for you to teach me" she stuck her tongue out at Alexander "I'll show you, Maybe I just need a better teacher" Alexander glared a little angry at the jab but didn't say a word.

"Alright, first lesson, brew me a cup of green tea," Ellie smiled, sitting down at the bar. Estelle wriggled, screaming to be put down.

Raya laughed then lowered Estelle to the floor, "Quit your violence or hanging you by the roof won't be the worst thing I do." she stated then kicked her leg over the other and span around on the bar stool.

Akira smiled and easily and quickly made a cup of green tea "Drinks I can do..Its just ah...food...well" Alexander smirked "I ended up stuck in bed for a week throwing everything up after eating a cupcake she made for me!" Akira sighed at that and handed Ellie her cup of green tea. a small frown on her face.

Ellie smiled sipping the tea, "Hmm," she murmured, before setting the cup down, "4 out of 10," Ellie smiled kindly, " You added way to much green tea powder for the pot so it turned out much more bitter then it should be," Ellie smiled, "Until you can brew a pot of green that's at least a 7 I'm not letting you anywhere near the kitchen," Ellie smiled kindly. "For green tea you wanna add one scoop of powder for how many cups your making and one for the pot,"Ellie offered, handed the half drunken tea back.

Akira looked slightly shocked "Green tea is different from other teas?" she cocked her head slightly only ever have made teas from her kingdom she immedietly got to work making cup after cup of green tea trying to do better. Her tongue was stuck out in concentration as she worked. @Elfia Nightwing

Ellie sipped each cup, setting the last one down, scrunching her face up in thought, " 7 and a half" she smiled.

Akira smiled brightly and looked hopefully at Ellie "Does that mean you'll teach me how to cook now?!" she clasped her hands around Ellie's


Alexander raised an eyebrow "Are you sure you're not feeling funny Ellie? Not sick? or...like dying?" Akira shot him a glare before turning back to Ellie

"It was still a lot bitter then it needed to be but it was good," she smiled kindly, "Why don't we start with my grandmothers old fashion, beef stew," Ellie smiled.

Akira smiled "Okay! That sounds fun, Oh but meats I usually over or under cook..." she mumbled the last bit finger to her lip in thought.

"Well, I'll be there to help you," Ellie smiled, walking to the kitchen, pulling out all the ingredients they would need."Ok, first you want to season your meat I like to add salt and pepper and just a dash of olive oil for flavor," Ellie smiled.

Akira followed and as Ellie spoke she looked around for the Olive oil when she picked it up it slipped out of her hands and the bottle broke on the floor "Ah! I'm sorry, I'm sorry" she bent down reaching to pick of the shards of the glass bottle cutting her one finger on a piece she hissed.

"Akira!" Ellie squeaked, looking up from where she had been chopping the veggies." Are you ok? It doesn't look that bad," Ellie mumured, producing a pack of bandaids wrapping Akira's finger." Becareful ok?" Ellie smiled.

Akira blushed "I'm sorry" she looked at the broken bottle a frown on her face "I'm really sorry Ellie it just.. it slipped."


Alexander rushed into the Kitchen at the sound of the bottle breaking to see Akira on the floor a band aid on her finger and a broken bottle of Olive Oil around her.


He sighed and walked over kneeling next to her a cloth in hand as he gently picked up the shards of bottle putting it in the cloth. Akira looked at him teary eyes.


Alexander sighed standing up and throwing out the bottle shards before walking back to Akira kneeling down and lifting her head by her chin kissing her "Weren't you going to show me you can cook?" He wiped her eyes "Are you going to sit here crying over one silly little mistake or are you going to back your words up? Are you all bark and no bite?"


Akira glared "I will show you!" Alexander smirked letting go of her chin standing up walking out the kitchen.


Akira stood back up and looked through all the cupboards finding another bottle of Olive Oil she carefully picked it up and carried it over setting it on the counter.


"Lets do this Ellie!" she was pumped again a bright smile back on her face.

"I would offer you a job here," Vince told her, a little distractedly as he observed the spectacle around him, raising an eyebrow as Ellie led Akira into the kitchen, "Though we don't get a lot of customers as it is, what with the coming war, people aren't exactly inclined to dilly dally at a cafe." He chuckled a little wryly, taking a sip of his coffee, before making a face and adding more soul residue, frowning into his cup as he twirled it around, "Or I could lend it to you."

Ellie smiled, pulling out a pot, adding the veggies, "Alright just add the seasoned meat in the oven, while I take care of the veggies," Ellie smiled, adding rosemary and thme to the veggies. "Just keep a eye on the meat it shouldn't take more then 30 minutes,"

(Why didn't it Alert me? T_T) Akira nodded and did what Ellie told her to. She watched the meat a smile on her face.


Alexander sat back on the stool at the bar counter a smirk on his lips. "Silly little bird" he sighed his smirk turning into a smile.

"Why does everyone keep talking about a war?!" she asked in a frustrated tone, "Am I missing something? Even Ellie was talking about it when she was all sleepy yesterday..." she scrunched up her nose in thought then grabbed her own cup and took a sip and nearly choked when he said her could lend it to her, she swallowed then coughed a bit, "What? I met you less then a week ago and your offering to lend me money?" she asked, of course it was literally impossible for her to steal being a protector but that was still a little crazy, "You must be insane." she murmured.

As Ellie cooked, she thought about how Alex could eat and enjoy Akira's cooking, a pang of jealousy hitting her chest. When suddenly she thought of a idea, pouring some of the veggies in a smaller pot, setting it aside. "Akira I'll be back!" Ellie smiled, running out the bar, grabbing the soul residue bringing it to the back, pouring a hefty amount into the smaller pot, stirring it around so the residue would dissolve faster. "Akira! Hows the meat?" Ellie asked, looking at the fairy girl.
