Fantasy Magic Brew Cafè (CLOSED)

Surprise fell over the shade's open mouthed feature as, in the next instant, he pressed the back of his fingers to his lips, trying to quell the growing smile. He had found the outburst unexpectedly amusing, and as his eyes crinkled, Jun nodded, starting towards the door. "Let's go find your relatives then," he said, unable to completely hide his mirth as the sentence wavered beneath a loose chuckle. The door opened, and as if sensing an exit, the butterfly bobbed out of the store, circling patiently outside.

Ellie smiled, letting out another soft yawn, as she limped over to the bed, quickly changing into her night clothes, being careful, not to touch her ankle much. She then crawled into bed, smiling at Vinny, as she crawled under the covers,"Good night, I love you," she smiled softly, laying hear head down as the darkness of sleep soon took her.

Akira smiled as the two left and turned to Oliver, Maria and Estelle "Alex and I should get going too, we need to get some rest." Alexander smirked eyebrow raised "So my castle again Little bird?" Akira nodded "There is no way I'm going back to my castle yet, do you know how much PAPERWORK I have?! I swear I'll die under that mountain of papers! How the hell do people do it?!" Alexander chuckled throwing his key down opening a portal. Akira addressed Oliver "Oliver, You best get back to the castle before it gets much darker. The portals get locked down to there soon. I'll be with Alex, if you need me just ask the servants for a bird it can cross kingdoms easily." she gave Oliver a quick hug with a smile before walking off with Alexander through the portal.

The demon smiled, touching her head lightly, before exiting the room. midnight was fast approaching, and he very much doubted the customers would be very happy, should the bartender be missing. With a last, fond look at the sleeping witch, he closed the door behind him silently, being careful not to let it creak.

Maria smiled, stretching her arms out,"Time to go home Estelle," she smiled, taking the half asleep girls hand leading her out of the cafe after giving a wave goodbye to everyone."See ya later," she yawned.

Ellie opened her eyes looking around what looked like the cafe blinking slowly. "W-wha?I thought I went to sleep," she murmured, looking around confused until her eyes landed on a white haired, slender framed person sitting at one of the tables,"U-uhm...excuse me...Do you know what's going on?" she asked them, tilting her slightly to one side.

It was the dead of night, and the nightmare was pretty sure he could hear the squeaking of bats looking for their next meal just outside his window. They would surely find something to feast on, as he had left them some fresh cuts of flesh just half an hour prior, some of it even had teeth stuck to it still, courtesy of a few rowdy soldiers, so the nightmare had no doubts the bloodthirsty darlings would be satisfied. The moon was shining brightly, illuminating the room in an eerie, blue light which made his white hair nearly shine with a cold, blue glow.

Quincy was situated cross-legged on the bed he had been assigned, a rather soft, bouncy piece of furniture, which he did not plan on using, seeing as it was physically impossible for him to actually sleep, but it served as a nice cushioning for his short-clad behind, for which he was thankful.

The nightmare was positively famished. Traveling from his circus and all the way up to the overworld seemed to have taken it's toll on his petite body, and he knew just what he needed, to perk up once more. His red eyes were staring straight ahead, a far off look prominent in the glowing orbs, and while the peaceful, almost emotionless expression might have looked out of place on his pale features during daytime, it now fit perfectly.

The nightmare began reaching out with his magic, feeling a slight pull in his inner core as it began searching for his next victim, his next meal. The dark lady had made it very clear that he was not to traumatize any of her staff, no matter how sniveling and cowered they were already, and Quincy saw no reason to object to that. He could get his meal somewhere else, lickety spit.

And that was exactly what the nightmare was doing. He could feel his magic travel far off, searching, hunting for a vulnerable mind he could slip into. Five minutes of silence followed, not a muscle moved, not a breath taken as he just searched for the perfect, most delicious dream he could find.

"Oh, that's just too scrumptious..." He purred ecstatically, as he felt his dark coils of magic snare around a particularly sweet dream, belonging to a particularly sweet looking, flower smelling young girl. His lips tilted upwards, a horrible smile which stretched itself just a little too far when he recognized the girls natural defenses as belonging to a witch, as the nightmare faded slowly into her dreams, just about managing to catch her confused question.

"Oh, I'm terribly sorry," Quincy smiled pleasantly, looking up at her, his eyes now a warm blue, "I didn't quite catch that, miss."

"Uhm...I asked what is going on, I thought I went to sleep, but," she turned around to examine the cafe, "I'm back in the cafe..." she murmured softly. She looked down to see her ankle didn't hurt, "What's going on?" she glared at the blue eyed man, "My ankle was sprained today but it's perfectly fine now!" she explained, looking around, growing more and more confused and flustered.

A quick scan of her inner most fears almost had Quincy licking his lips in anticipation, but wanting to keep up the facade, he frowned in concern, getting up from his seat, "I... I don't know what you're talking about," He stammered out, watching her wearily as his magic shot out, bringing an ebbing pain to the foot she had gestured at. It wasn't anything brutal, just enough to hopefully make the witch think she had just missed it, "Are you perhaps lost?"

As he got the cerulean haired girl's attention, people began appearing in the background, eating and drinking, carrying on as if nothing was amiss. He even added that blue haired demon of hers behind the bar, the same one he had spied, glancing into the darker parts of her mind. Quincy could barely contain a pirouette of joy, this was going to be... amazing.

Ellie flinched when the pain hit her ankle, sucking in a sharp breath. "Yeah...I...i think my mind is just playing tricks on me," she murmured softly, turning around to see Vinny, smiling brightly. "Vinny!" she smiled, hobbling over to the bar. "It looks busy today huh?" she smiled brightly, sitting down at the bar, lacing her fingers with his.

Quincy's left eye started twitching ever so slightly as he watched the love stricken girl do just as he had anticipated she would, and he backed away a little, retiring back to his seat, propping his legs up on the table with a small grin. The nightmare tilted his head backwards, his blue eyes watching as the demon jerked his hand away from the girls, watching her with an appealed expression, "Do I know you?" He hissed, his crimson eyes narrowing in suspicion as he glared down at her. Quincy bit his lip in anticipation.

"Your a jerk!" She squealed then crossed her arms and followed the butterfly out, "You won't be mean to me captain Butter will you?" She asked the butterfly then frowned as it fluttered farther in front of her, "Traitor!" Raya squealed as she got a sudden whiff of autumn breeze when she excited the cafe, "Junny Bunnies first." She chirped with a laugh then proceded to follow the butterfly down the alleyway, "Once we make sure Pops and Merle are okay wanna grab pizza for everyone. Or just me... I don't know do you like pizza? Cause I like pizza but I hate it when theres artichokes on them, artichokes are nasty. N-a-s-t-y. At least there not as bad as brocolli, but who puts brocolli on pizza anyways? Who does that?! Like what the hell! Once when I was little I had brocolli, fish pizza and I regret every moment of it, there wasn't even pineapple. Why would I eat that! What the heck is wrong with tiny pigtail me! An-" she suddenly stopped talking and sucked in a giant breath and looked down at her shaky hands, "Why the heck am I nervous?" She wondered out loud, more to herself then anyone when she realized Jun was listening to her endless rambles and put on her best -forced- smile, "So ya... Pizza after?"

"Eh?" Ellie looked up at Vinny, her blue eyes filled with confusion as she looked up at the man who she had loved for as long as she had been in this city, "I-if this is a joke...It's not funny...It's really not funny Vinny," she giggled nervously, dropping her smile when Vinny's expression didn't change, "Vinny?... I-I- you don't remember me? It's me Ellie, We've known each other since I was 14...." she whimpered, "I've been in love with you for just as long" she whimpered softly, looking up at Vinny with wide sad eyes.

Quincy couldn't help it, the crestfallen look on the girls face was just too delicious, and he burst out into giggles, nearly falling off his chair. His entire body was shaking with poorly concealed mirth, and his blue eyes bled back to red, glowing with amusement, "Oh, darling~" He cooed, cartwheeling out of the chair and to his feet, coming to a stand in front of the cerulean haired witch, "Of course he doesn't remember you." He smiled, his purple nails clacking against the wooden surface of the bar counter, his smile stretching from ear to ear, "You never met him to begin with, love~"

The nightmares face then fell dramatically, as a look of realization came over him, and he tapped her head, his fingernail scraping against her skin, "Oh... maybe you don't remember, hmm?"

"Remember?..." Ellie repeated, looking up at the blue eyed man. "Remember what?..." she whispered softly, her eyes full of sadness and hopelessness.

"Don't you recognize me, Ellinor?" He whispered, as his face began contorting itself, "Truly?" His body grew taller, more feminine stretching itself out elegantly as his white locks began to grow, cascading down his back like an avalanche.

His eyes, which had switched color once more, this time matching the girls own silvery blue ones, narrowed in anger and disappointment as the spitting image of her mother grabbed the girl by the shoulders, "Do you truly not remember your deceased mother, Ellinor?" He asked coldly, his voice now a carbon copy of the girls mother, looking down at her in that special way he had observed the woman do in her fears, the way that would make poor, little Ellie feel like nothing but a small worm, squished under the boot of her demanding mother. "I must say, I thought I raised you better than that."

"M-mother?...." Ellie whimpered, as she visibly started shaking, her eyes going wide with fear, "But...I...Your dead...You and papa...You were killed in front of me!" Ellie cried, as tears began running down her face.

"Foolish child!" He snapped, glaring down at her with disapproval and hatred, which, in all honesty was quite hard to do, as the girls terror was beginning to seep into him, making the nightmare quite giddy. Taking a moment to compose himself, he ripped open his collar, exposing a large, deep wound, the blood now running from it like a waterfall, staining his clothing and pooling on the floor underneath them, "We were all murdered that night!" He hissed, tutting his tongue, "You sorry excuse for a father, I, and of course... you. Are you honestly so delusional with the idea of something so meaningless as a notion of a love that never existed," The woman pointed over at the demon, "That you've grown imperious to your own wounds?"

The voice was harsh and menacing, cutting through the young witch at the same rate as the deep, deadly wounds now spreading over the girls chest, the blood from the seeping into her white clothing. And Quincy made sure it hurt, made sure it felt just as real as as the time she had stabbed herself in the stomach under the dark lady's influence. He wanted to hear her scream.

Ellie cried out on pain, falling of the barstool, as she held her chest, feeling something hot and sticky seep over her arms and legs, filling her nose with the scent of iron." It hurts..." she whimpered, "It hurts...Please make it stop!!!!!!" she cried in agony, beginning to cough up blood, as she stared up weakly at Vinny, "Vinny....help...me..." she coughed, letting out a animal like scream as she felt one final cut in her stomach push her over the edge. "Please make it stop!!!!!!!!!" she screeched.

The tall, imposing woman shrank, and high pitched deranged giggle filled the cafe as Quincy, now himself once more, lunged at the girl, his face the epitome of insane ecstasy. He knocked her on her back, binding her, and perched himself atop her chest, his red eyes staring down at her, his left one now smasming wildly, "On a scale from one to seven, how afraid are you right now?" He asked conversationally, tilting his head in inquiry as the sweet sound of her terrified screams reached his ears, "Because that sounds like a solid seven to me, love."

He felt her fear seep in through his bare feet and into his core, the sheer fullness of it making him a little light headed, and another giggle bubbled up from his chest, "Hurts, doesn't it, darling~"

"Why...are you doing this?..." Ellie whimpered, tears running down her face an mixing with her blood. "Please....stop...." she cried, staring up at the man whimpering. "Please...stop..." she cried, her eyes full of fear.

Quincy opened his mouth to reply, but snapped it shut as he heard footsteps approaching fast outside of her mind. With a sigh of disappointment, he glanced down at the witch, "I'm terribly sorry, doll," He told her solemnly, shaking his head sadly, "I would so very much love to stay and play, but time's up, it seems."

With that, the nighmare faded off of her chest, materializing outside of her mind, atop her physical form. He could hear the running of footsteps growing ever closer, and he reached down a hand, pressing his fingernails into the soft skin of her upper arm, leaving behind three straight, bleeding lines. "Just a little mark, darling, so I know where to come, should I ever need entertaining again," He whispered, just as the door burst open, revealing a very real, very concerned looking demon.

Quincy waved his fingers at him with a grin, disappearing back to the manor the second the demon lunged for him.

Ellie gasped, sitting up quickly, looking around as she tried to catch her breath, sweat running down her face. "Vinny?" Ellie looked around trying to find the blue haired demon, "VIncent!!!!" she screeched, beginning to panic.

"I'm here!" The demon shouted, hurrying over to the panicking witch, grabbing her gently by the shoulders, "What was that?" He asked wide-eyed, trying to make sense of the situation, but his panicked mind wouldn't let him, "What the fuck happened?"

"Vinny....Do you know who I am!? Yo didn't forget right!? You know who I am right!?" Ellie cried, gripping Vinny's shirt so tight her knuckles were beginning to turn white. "Please...Say you know who I am..." she cried, burying her face in Vinny's chest as she began sobbing.

"O-of course I know who you are!" Vincent exclaimed confused, his arms automatically wrapping themselves around the shaking girl, "You're bleeding..." He observed, a flash of dread going through him, "Ellie, what happened? Who... what happened?" He asked faintly, the memory of that... deranged creature atop Ellie's chest still fresh within his mind, and he shuddered.
