"Dark magic from the imp," Vincent replied, his voice nothing more than a hushed whisper.

Graeme caught the dagger by the blade just barely, throwing it back and casting his own spell, rendering him invisible. "Now it's my turn for the offense, since our enemies will be using magic, that's what I'll use, as for you choose any weapon on my wall and press the button below it, it will dispense a training version of it."Cryobionic said:Oliver frowned, watching as his kitten landed on the floor, swiping at Graeme's legs. He smiled at her, at least she knew that she would always be there to stick up for him. It was a nice feeling, and it got him more excited to take part in the actual training session. He looked back up at the shapeshifter as he spoke, nodding softly. "Okay, Graeme." He responded with a small smile, before running towards the wall again, sprinting up the smooth, red tapestry before bouncing off, doing almost the same thing as he had done the first time. Only, this time he flew towards the shapeshifter, not over him, and kicked him in the chest sending him flying backwards. Oliver flipped over, landing on his feet before throwing the training dagger at the fallen mans head with a small giggle.

Vincent hurried over to Ellie, crouching down beside her, rubbing her back. "Are you okay? What's happening?"

Graeme reappeard, "Well actually the invisible thing was just my way of saying hand to hand combat was over." pointing to a sword and a shield, "Those reflect magic if you know where it's coming at you, and absorb the magic to use in the blade." Graeme shrugged, "I'd say it would be smart for you to learn how to use them since we're going somewhere pretty much made of magic."Cryobionic said:"That won't help you much," Oliver pointed out, absentmindedly dodging out of the daggers way, before he walked over to the weapons, inspecting them curiously. There were none of these he really knew how to use properly, "I'm half hellhound, remember?" He called out, breathing in. He had been around the man long enough now to know what he smelled like, and the fact that he was bleeding a little made it a lot more easy for him. Had the imp been able to use a gun, he could have shot him with his eyes closed.
Turning around, Oliver prepared himself, "Since you're gong to be attacking me, I'll just focus on dodging. I don't know what half the weapons in there even are supposed to do."
.............
Vincent turned his head from Melony, to Ellie and then finally to the imp, blinking confusedly. Deciding that he needed something to occupy his hands with, and seeing that Ellie really wasn't corrupted by dark magic, he got to his feet, the witch still in his arms, and walked over to the bar, shaking his head to try and clear it. "I think we should all settle down," He finally said, using his unnoccupied hand to press the 'on' button on the coffee machine, then the electric tea kettle. "And I think you need some tea, no?" He asked Ellie with a small smile.
Gnag glanced at the girl and stared at her before speaking. "Ye, you missed a bunch kid, but ye don't need to worry bout it." "Ye, just ignore the whole corruption and portals thing, no need to delve yer mind on it." Gnag cackled "Ye know insanity makes it pretty easy to read what yer thinkin."WinterBugsy said:Melony ran over to Estelle in a hurry. "Are you okay?!" She asked with immense ammounts of worry. "Even though I just met you, it'd be nice for you to warn me when you're about to leave once in a while." She said sternly. Then she grew confused. Portal? Corrupted? Am I late to the party, or something? I might've missed something huge.
Graeme chuckled, "You really think I wouldn't have thought about that? Just try it, they're magic if you didn't hear me. You'll be able to carry them. Trust me." Graeme held a small fire in his hand and hummed to himself.Cryobionic said:"I can't use a sword, or a shield!" Oliver exclaimed, full out giggling now, his depressive mood almost completely gone, "I'm too scrawny," He smiled up at the shapeshifter, his eyes shining with mirth. It was true though, and he was pretty embarrassed of the fact, if he was being honest with himself. He had tried using both while serving a master, and had ended up stumbling after him, trying to drag the weapon and shield after him. It eventually ended with him collapsing on the side of the road in a heap of sweat and tears. He couldn't even lift a sword.
...............
"I'm Vincent, by the way," The demon called out to the newcomer, giving her a small grin, "Vincent Buckley. Can I get you anything?"
Graeme chuckled, "Oh, would you rather it hurt? Cause you forget I have a demon killing blade, wouldn't you at least wonder if I got a hold of any other demon related things?" Graeme showed off one of his many necklaces to reveal a small orb. "Concentrated hellfire. Recharges itself once every day, allowing me to use hellfire spells when I wish for up to 10 spells per day." Graeme chuckled, "I'm a mercenary Oliver, I have things from hell and heaven alike that most would fear me if they knew everything I had."Cryobionic said:Oliver reached out and picket up a small, dark colored shortsword from the collection, holding it up in front of his face, his eyes filled with wonder. It wasn't heavy at all, and it seemed to be just the right size for him too. Remembering what Graeme had said, he pushed the button the shapeshifter had indicated, and out popped an identical blade, only, obviously intended for training. Oliver picked it up and grinned at the man. "Just a fair warning though," He said with a giggle, "Unless you know how to summon hellfire, which I doubt, 'cause you're not a demon, you can't really do anything to harm me with flames. I'm immune."

The demon glanced over at the imp with an amused smirk, before nodding with a chuckle. He walked into the kitchen, emerging a short time later with a bowl of cereal, which had been the first thing he had found that didn't require actual heat to cook, so cereal it was. It was of the colorful variety, and if Gnag was anything like Oliver, he'd probably find it interesting. He the bowl down on the counter, and filled up a glass of juice for the imp too, before reaching under to retrieve Melony's requested ice tea.
((I'ts Gnag and his colorful food! Damn you Vince! xD ))RegalWindstar said:Luke had fallen asleep by Akira's side still holding her hand. A servant walked in someone trailing behind them. She froze and turned to the person behind her "Prince, it seems they are sleeping. Shall I wake them?" the person behind her sighed coming into view, Alexander smiled "No, thank you for leading me here however. You can go now." the servant bowed and hurried out. Alexander walked up smiling tapping Luke's shoulder.
Luke woke up "Alexander, what are you doing here?" Alexander sighed crossing his arms "Shouldn't I be asking you that? You do realize Shadae could attack at any time. You should be making sure the defenses would hold and training your men." Luke cringed, Alexander's face softened as Luke passed him to the door "Oh and Luke...thank you" Luke smiled walking out leaving Alexander only with Akira.
Alexander took Luke's place at Akira's side and smoothed back her hair. "what have you done this time little bird?" Akira's eyes fluttered open looking at Alexander "Alex?" Alexander smiled
"Hey little bird. How you feeling?" Akira smiled softly "Better, that medicine may taste horrible but it does work really well and pretty fast." Alexander smiled leaning forward pressing his forehead against hers making her blush "Hmm... You don't feel hot" he leaned back again a small smirk on his face. "Though your cheeks are flushed. I don't think you should leave bed, you must still be very very sick" Akira glared making a huff noise as she slapped his arm "Idiot jerk, your the reason its red!" Alexander laughed running his fingers through her hair
"Do you wanna go out then? If your feeling up to it." he spoke softly Akira blushed more "W..what do you mean? Like... go out of the room... go outside to the garden?" Alexander rolled his eyes "I'm talking about a date~" Akira blushed brighter "W..well I wouldn't be opposed to it..." Alexander laughed and stood up Akira stood aswell. Alexander raised an eyebrow at her apperance, Twigs in her hair, dress a mess of dirt and tears, hair a tangled mess, shoes missing. "Akira...did you fail to climb a tree again?" he teased amusement in his tone
Akira slapped his arm again "NO! Idiot! I was looking for Oliver" Alexander's eyebrow raised higher "In the trees?" Akira huffed in annoyance "No...I just kind of had a run in with the Squirrel from the banquet a few years back. He still holds a grudge! He stole my shoes after hitting me in the face with a tree branch which made me fall into a bunch of thorny bushes mind you, while I was searching for Oliver in the forests near the cafe!" Alexander couldn't help it and burst out laughing "You should get cleaned up" he spoke when he could breathe again from how hard he laughed.
Akira blushed "yeah, Okay." They both walked back to her room. She grabbed a beautiful Silver gown with silver slippers and walked to the baths. Alexander waited in her room. She came back awhile later her hair washed but still in tangles. He had her sit infront of him and he brushed her hair. When he was done they stood up and left through the Portals.
(I'll do the rest of this in a bit, I'm oddly getting hungry...wtf?)
Gnag looked up at Vincent. "Mint. Lots and lots of mint. If ye can't smell it, there ain't enough." Gnag finished his juice and placed the cup on the table and looked up at Vincent expectantly. "I've always been fond o' mint."Cryobionic said:Vincent chuckled at the imp's antics, handing the two bottles of iced tea to Melony, dropping her money into the cash register before waving her off with a small smile. She seemed like a pleasant enough girl, if a little curious. Plus, it was good that Estelle had acquired another friend, as he was kind of worried as to how she would handle Ollie's leaving. He looked over at the sleeping fourteen year old, and chuckled as he saw her, still asleep, curled around his hoodie.
He grinned as he heard the coffee machine and tea kettle ding simultaneously, and went over to tend to them. He grabbed the ingredients off the shelf and began mixing them into the beverages, handing Ellie her cup of milk tea with a smile. He turned to the imp, inclining his head, "Do you take anything special in your tea, Gnag?" He asked, because there was no way in hell he was giving the crazy imp caffeine.
.....................
"Well, okay then." Oliver shrugged, tightening his grip on his sword, "You're a super cool mercenary with a lot of awesome gadgets. I'm a possibly homosexual imp with a taboo parentage, so I guess you have the upper hand in this situation." The imp giggled, shaking his head, "It'll probably take me a while to dodge your attacks, though, so don't go easy on me just because it looks like I'm about to pass out."
Graeme chuckled, "Is that so?" The Graeme he was holding vanished as Graeme smacked the back of Oliver's head with the sword he dropped. "Masked my scent before I moved. The scent stays there and makes you believe i'm there." Graeme put more illusions causing all of them to have his scent. "Now that I've rendered your nose useless, try again."Cryobionic said:"Mint," Vincent murmured to himself, nodding as he reached behind him for the correct jar, not taking his eyes off his other hand, that was pouring the boiling water into the cups, "Alright." With a quick motion he had added the ingredient to the imp's tea, the smell of the mint making him scrunch up his nose a little. He had never been particularly fond of the strong tasting herb himself, but each to their own, he guessed. With a smile he slid the cup over to the imp, sniffling a little.

Oliver was hit in the chest by several different spells at once, sending him spinning through the air and smashing into the wall. He could feel the magic of the spells burning in his empty soul core, and he coughed a little at the unpleasant feeling before getting to his feet, a little dazed. Knowing he had no time to loose, however, he sniffed the air once, immediately locating the scent of pine needles and dust he knew belonged to the shapeshifter.
The funny thing about illusions was that while they may have looked identical to the man, the smell didn't transfer through the magic, so Oliver was easily able to pinpoint him at the back of the room. With a look of determination, he dropped his sword, knowing that the thing would only slow him down anyway, before he started sprinting towards him. He narrowly avoided being hit in the face by what looked to be a frost spell, flipping over the illusion, before continuing on his way.
With a small yelp, he leapt from the floor, just as one of the Graeme's was about to set him on fire, managing to direct his jump just so, before he tackled the real one to the ground, a high pitched giggle escaping his lips. "Gotcha!" He laughed, straddling the shapeshifter, his claw like nails posed to rip the mans throat out.
