How it works is that ther are two families, family A and family B. They have names now but for simplicity I am going to call them A and B. First u choose a role, like part of the mafia, police, an associate, or maybe just an civilian. Then you choose what family u want to belong to or work for. For police u don’t need to be apart of a family. Some roles muiltple people can play and some roles only one person can play. Hope that was helpful to answer your question

I would like to be a guy that runs a bar. Basically he is neutral to the families and lets them use the hidden rooms for meetings, storage and a place to lay low if they pay him. So a neutral associate.

I will also play a cop if thats okay

There is already another person who's character runs a bar, but for family B to use as a hang out. If you don't mind that then there can be two bars. Also yes you can also be a cop since we need some of those.
