B I O G R A P H Y

Oliver was born in Japan under the name Hisoka Arakida. When he was 5, his parents were killed in a car crash, and without any other living relatives, he was placed into the foster care system. He hoped around from place to place, until he was adopted by his current family, the Samuels, at age 7. They gave him his new name, Oliver, and kept Hisoka as his middle name. The Samuels were a wonderful family. They loved and doted on him and his adopted sister, showering them with gifts and other nice things.

During his last year of high school, Oliver met Andrew. Oliver instantly fell head over heels for him. He had come out to his family a few years before and they had been nothing but loving and accepting of him, which he was grateful for. After a few months of back ad forth flirting, he and Andrew finally went on their first date. It was wonderful for awhile, and Oliver fell more in love each day. They dated for two years until it all came crashing down. Andrew had been cheating on Oliver for at least a few months. He was absolutly crushed. He moped around for months, stuck in a funk that he couldn't seem to get out of. His friends and his sister agreed that drastic measures needed to be taken, so they submitted his application to the show, without his knowledge. When he was accepted, he was all but shoved onto a plane.

Elle is a very kind and lovable person, being able to see the good in almost everybody. Biography:


Elle was born in a very small and distant down within the Rocky Mountains. She was homeschooled until her father was offered a job in the city which he gladly took. They moved out of the mountains and into a small suburban home. Elle started to go to public school and she found her love for singing.


So far, Ellowen has enjoyed making friends with people who had a different childhood. She has avoided the popular people and those who might hurt her. Although Elle isn't incredibly book smart she does hold descent, B average grades and can scrap by. She loves her music class and looks forward to it every day.

jordi is very much so an extrovert and thoroughly loves to be around them. she's all about living in the moment and all enjoying all the small things that can bring joy to her life or to the lives of others. she always wears a smile on her face. her decisions are often risky and spontaneous. despite her spontaneity she knows when to lay down the law when the situation calls for it.


jordi knows what she believes in a doesn't let anyone change that; her decisions are genuinely her own. although she has a massive deficit when it comes to communication about her feelings. she tends to keep things bottled up inside and tries to figure things out on her own. because of this she can tend to come off a little cold and closed off, but in reality when you get to know her she starts to open up more about her past and sometimes her emotions.

jordi came into this world on may 10th to her happy parents, antonia and thomas flint. unfortunately jordi was their only child. growing up her imagination flourished as she had to find new ways to keep her interested, especially since she was growing up on an navy base. about every four years or so her family would be stationed at a new base. due to all the moving she found herself to be quite adaptable and outgoing, making friends on the first day on base or at school. the cycle continued though her high school years. when she turned 18 she chose to set out on her own and go back to her roots in arizona by attending arizona state university.


in college is where she finally felt like she was starting to live herself and lay down some real roots for herself. she started to make friends, real friends, the kind that she would sit down and have lunch with in 15 years while they talked about their kids and husbands. not just the kind she would have meaningless conversations with just to sit with them at lunch. she met one particular person who made her feel at home the instant she met her. her college roommate, olivia. the two of them were inseparable and sometimes even mistaken as sisters.


but all of this was short lived. their junior year olivia was stuck and killed in a drunk driving accident. the news ripped jordi apart, but never for a second did she let it show. the passing of her best friend did nothing but fuel her, and transform her into a happier person who took in everything life had to offer. she started taking more risks knowing that life could cease to exist at any moment. that's partially why she chose to come on this show. it's a risk, but one she was okay with taking. she knew she would be okay no matter what the outcome was.

  Camilla Renaud was born to a Martinican immigrant and a bartender who lived together in Miami. Her parents weren't married, and in the end, it worked out for the better. Camilla was twelve the night her mom put her and her brother in the car, packed their things, and left the city. When Camilla woke up, they were in a new apartment with no explanation as to why they left Miami. Maybe their life hadn't been perfect, but Camilla didn't think it was so bad. Plus, she loved the city itself—the buildings, the culture, the lively environment in general. The family spent the rest of Camilla's early life in Orlando, and her brother eventually got married and moved out. Despite life being better for them, Camilla always harbored bitterness toward her mother for making them leave Miami without warning, until she was a senior in high school with a serious boyfriend. Her mom urged her to really think about what she wanted in a partner, revealing that Camilla's father had been emotionally abusive and that the two became very unhappy living together but had tried their best to be civil in front of Camilla and her brother.
  
  
  After coming to an understanding and newfound appreciation of her mom's decision, Camilla ended her sub-par relationship and went off to college. She had been at the top of her class and excelled in math; however, she didn't know what she wanted to study. So she entered as an undecided major and screwed around for two years. Camilla spent more time on her social life than academics, and when her mom realized she was failing classes and still didn't have a major, she pulled her daughter out of school because she didn't want to waste any more scholarships or out-of-pocket money. Camilla got a job at Disney World and eventually found her inspiration to become an architect—beneath the screaming children and overpriced concessions, and the amusement park was actually quite the masterpiece in her eyes. She always loved cities and thinks that working up the plans for urban buildings, or even theme parks, could be exactly what she wants to do.
  
  
  Long story short, Camilla has a plan but no money to get back to college. She has the passion and the smarts, but her skills are going to waste as she sells Mickey Mouse ice cream pops and watches little kids cry when they melt too damn quickly and fall Mickey-face-first on the pavement. She had her laughs in high school, flings in college, and has plenty of wasted time on her hands.   Cortez was born to a Cuban/Brazilian mother and a Filipino father who met in the U.S. Contrary to his mother who grew up in Brazil, he spent most of his life growing up in Cuba, the birthplace of his grandfather. While pregnant, his mother had moved to Cuba where his ill grandfather was being taken care of until his passing. A few months later, he was born.
  
  
  He hasn't traveled to many places in his life, only visiting the Philippines to see his father's relatives. He has been to the U.S. very few times, mostly only seeing his Brazilian grandmother when she visits from there, as well as his uncle. (Apparently, his uncle had been around in Cuba for a short while to help take care of Cortez after his grandfather passed, but then moved back to the U.S. soon after. His mother chose to stay and, despite protest, his father wasn't going to leave her side, especially not with a new baby.)
  
  
  None of his languages were necessarily picked up voluntarily. Being raised in Cuba meant that knowing Spanish would be a given, and almost certainly English would follow (not to mention both of his parents speak it anyway). Being of mixed heritage meant that he had even more exposure to language and culture. His mother spoke her language, Portuguese, to him as a baby, so he automatically picked up. Meanwhile, his father would speak Tagalog and later taught him Bisaya so that he could interact easily with all his Filipino family.
  
  
  While Cuba has never been known as the best place to live, Cortez never really had a troubled life. Or, at least, he never knew it was troubled. He was more than likely 'used to' any of the 'bad things'. He never focused on whether he was rich or poor, but has probably lived fairly middle class. Tips passed down to him from his mother from his grandfather taught him how to keep safe in the streets and what to do during certain emergencies. Although, he has been raised with a far more 'open' and a progressive Cuba than any generation has possibly known before. Living in Cuba has attributed to his quick response in urgent situations and made him more street savvy.
  
  
  Other: He has a mole diagonal between his lip and nose to the left of his face, and various moles that dot random places on his body. His ears are pierced with small gauges, typically black or wooden, but he changes it up every once in a while.
