Sapphira
Being stuck in this apartment with Larkyn was something she'd of considered a dream a few weeks ago. Now? Now Larkyn was... She didn't want to say controlling. Overly attentive, maybe? Paranoid? He wasn't the same charismatic man she had fallen for. Sapphira tried to leave on multiple occasions and, yet, every time she got that same jolt that he so easily dismissed. It was like she was going insane. Sapphira was a charismatic young woman, she liked to socialize, liked to go out even if it was just to the shops. Larkyn insisted on doing all of the running though, and Sapph was going absolutely stir crazy.
"Thank you for getting this, love." Still, she knew that Larkyn relied on her emotionally so she had to stay strong. The copper haired woman stepped to the tall Auror as he entered the apartment with a bag of things she had requested-- you know, since she couldn't leave to go get it by herself. Standing on her toes to place a sweet kiss to his pale cheek she found her smile faltering a bit as she stared up at him. He looked so stressed. "How about you go sit down? I have a surprise for you today."
As she took the paper bag from his hands she noticed an unfamiliar ring on his hand and she couldn't help but blink a few times. "I never took you as much of a jewelry man." Something about it was completely unsettling, her stomach churning as if it she knew something was wrong with it. Either way she let it be and her heels clicked on the wood floor as she moved back to the kitchen. A array of plates were placed on the counter, finger foods, vegetables, and snacks alike, certainly more than the two of them would need.
Just as she rinsed the fresh fruit she heard a knock on the door and a bright smile lit up her face. She hadn't been able to get ahold of Loire, Cyrus, or Dru, but her owl reached Delaney and Seb. Things were tense with everyone, but they had to fix it somehow. "Honey can you get that?" Quickly she took off the frilly pink little apron she wore and smoothed out the fitted red dress to make sure she looked half decent. With that done she pulled the wine from the bucket of ice and poured it into the four flutes she retrieved from the cupboard.
