I look over at James, back in his cold shell again. Hope he listened to my words from earlier then he'd know that it's all on him. He had to learn on his own, I wanted to go over there but I couldn't baby him forever.

Lindsey

"Aubri...where are you hiding those!" Lindsey said seeing that Aubri handed Blake a beer. Lindsey backed away from the conversation to go look for a drink. Lindsey found the cooler where the drinks were and grabbed herself a beer bottle. She was on her way back to Celeste Blake and Aubri when she saw James sitting alone by the fire. She was a bit hesitant, but decided to go up and talk to him. Lindsey sat down next to him, not too close, and opened her beer. She was silent for a minute, but then spoke up looking up at the sky. "...It's a nice view isn't it? The sky is clear so you can see the stars shinning."

He really wasn't thinking about anything now, not happy or sad. He was just enjoying roasting marshmallows once again, feeling like a child. He sees Lindsey sit at the side of him. He hears his comment and laughs slightly. ''It's also nice when someone makes a comment without insulting me. And yes, the sky is simply beautiful. Stars shinning and the moon at it's full. It's amazing how us humans have access to such beauty.''

Lindsey

"Yeah, yet we decided to ruin it by building sky scrapers and polluting. We have so much yet we don't appreciate it at all. It's like we don't know the value of things until we lose them." Lindsey looked down at her hands holding the beer and smiled sadly. She was referring to herself and James with that last comment. She was referring to how they had had a beautiful friendship, yet she went and ruined it. She didn't want to bring up the subject directly afraid of what might be said if it was, but she needed to find a way to tell him she was sorry. Lindsey took a chug at her beer and looked at James. She didn't know what she was looking for, but she kept her gaze on him.

He got his marshmallow out of the flame and started chewing on it, it was a perfect one, almost golden. He looks at her quickly, just seeing she had changed clothes. He moved his beanie a bit since it was almost falling off. ''Heh, you changed too? I feel dirty when i use the same clothes and style for more than a day, but, meh.''

"Well, there is not much to tell really!" Blake started before he sat down by the campfire, opposite James as to not cause more friction.


"My Name is Blake Harrison and I'm an alcoholic." He said quite sincerely, leaving a pause before sniggering. "Ah I kid. Uh.. tell you about myself.. Well, I'm 24, worked on the family Ranch. I enjoy riding my motorcycle, listening to country and rock. I don't really watch TV, I like to keep myself busy. Always find the odd job or something that needs fixing up." He paused to take another sip of his beer. "And that is pretty much me."


Congratulations, Blake, you have made yourself sound like the most boring person alive...

I chuckle at Blake's alcoholic bit....and he's 24!? Man, I figured as much, but he was definitely full bodied like some sort of Batman mega clone. He had the body of a 30 year old boxer. I listen to him go on about himself, as I sit down in between him and Lindsey.





"Well Blake Harrison, I am Aubria Serenity Porter. I'm an upcoming sophomore at THE University of Cal Berkley, I'm on the swim team, yes the one with gold medalist Missy Franklin...I love sports, NOT the Cowboys or Spurs haha, I love nerd stuff...comics, movies, all that, I'm a horror movie fanatic and I love adventure...and the rest I'll keep in case you are a murderer haha." Lindsey

Lindsey's eyes grew wide not expecting him to comment on her clothes. " Umm yeah...I hadn't taken a shower or changed so I wanted to freshen up before I came. That's why I took a while to get here. Lindsey looked back at the fire. Maybe talking to him wasn't such a good idea. I mean if he's moved on, then why bring it up again. So complicated! Lindsey took another brink of her beer.

He sees Aubria sit down. He stops chewing and just stares at her. His glasses really didn't let it be noticeable, but, he did it. He said in a low tone ''Hey..Lindsey, if you want to keep talking come on, I'm going to my tent.''

"James can you please sit with us and talk...?" I say as he rises. No way he's going in there with Lin when he's using my best friemd as a security blanket. ((also Ash is in your tent I thought?))

Celeste almost choked on air when Blake told the pack some facts about himself. She jogged around and hugged him from the back. She then pretended to sniffle and cry. "I-- I thought I'm the only one who doesn't watch the television shows." She stood up and grinned triumphantly. "See, I'm not so crazy!" She jogged back and sat near the fire.


"I'm Celeste Atwell, we're friends now." She smiled and laughed. " Aside from not watching TV, my hobbies include: Sleeping at random times, ignoring people when my headphones are on, lots of reading, making lame jokes and being weird." The blonde decided that she'll evade the more personal facts for they aren't very... pleasing so to say.

Lindsey

Lindsey looked between both James and Aubria. She wanted to talk to James, but she also didn't want to leave again seeing as how much trouble that caused her last time. Lindsey was conflicted. Lindsey just stood still not really knowing what do to, besides wasn't Ash inside the tent? She didn't want to be talking to James with Ash there, even if she had fallen asleep. Silently Lindsey just looked down.​

 

[Keiser]

((Ash is asleep right next to the tent in the grass. ))

He just look at Bri speak out words. He stares at her. He doesn't respond, if he sat down and talk he will have to be under the complains and insults she was gonna give to him. He was sick of it. He just tilted his head to the direction of the tent and sat down right outside it. Lindsey was acting a bit strange, so he didn't know if she would come or not. She didn't come, so he just sat down with Ash, with her laying on his shoulder, he flicks the lighter and starts to smoke.

I roll my eyes at James as he gets up and moves to the side of the tent. "So immature at times..." I shake my head. He never could take honesty well. He probably thought me telling him to deal with it was an insult, which it wasn't. It was the truth, not like I called him a name of disrespected his character....so as usual he acts like a brat. I'd talk to him later.

I look over at a distant AJ and wonder when he's going to talk to me, IF he'd talk to me. Was he threatened? Or maybe he's upset with me... @EclipseRising

He hears Bri's response. He laughs very quietly and looks at her.


''According to you being immature is avoiding insults and complains you're going to give me for being more educated and avoiding them. You never insulted me before, since we actually had a friendship, i knew what not to say to you and you knew what not say to me, but, now that everyone's together you're starting to say things to me that you'd never tell me when we were actually friends. Being mature is avoiding problems, and that's what i'm doing right now.''


He shakes his head and keeps smoking.

Blake blushed yet grinned when suddenly he was behind hugged from behind. He managed to keep his beer steady in his hand, and laugh as she went and sat back down.


"Well sometimes the lamest jokes are funnier, and weird is better than normal." He smiled with his green eyes and took another swig of his beer. He looked over to the lad and wondered how old he was, for he was acting quite immature in his opinion.

I laugh at James comment, shaking my head. "No baby, you're RUNNING. There's a difference. If you think me telling you to deal with it is an insult boo the world will eat you apart.." Then I thought... 'how could he be the son of a mafia member if he's THIS sensitive??' I decide to drop it. "I'm sorry if I offended you James." I then go back to the campfire convo watching Celly hug Blake.

Lindsey

"Bri...I umm..." Although she didn't finish her sentence she looked back at James. She didn't know why he was being so distant with Bri, but she wanted...no needed to talk to him. Lindsey stood up and went to sit down next to James, she felt a bit awkward with Ash's sleeping body on him, but it was something that she needed to get over. "James..." Now that she was actually there she yet again had nothing to say and with his puffs of smoke clouding her air, it was impossible for her to think. Annoyed Lindsey grabbed his cigarrete from his hand and shoved it in the ground next to her putting it out. "Talk to me. What's going on with you? Her voice was strong, but she wasn't yelling.

''Running from your idiotic conclusions and attempts to make everyone live in a sunshine. World tear me apart? Heh, i think you know in what i work and i'd be the one that's shooting the world. Offend me? I've never given a shit about what you say too me, since hours later you become bipolar or another shit. You hug me and tell me lovely words and now you're calling me a wimp? The wimp here is you since you can't get over a high school love, honey.''


He gives a deep breath and laughs that this ''friend'' is calling him a wimp. Her comments were so idiotic he simply forgot that group was there. He sees Lindsey throw away his cigarette. ''Nothing wrong, i'm just sick of this girl trying to solve the world when she can't support the problems of others''.

Austin sat on ine if the picnic tables watching everything that waa going on all this had started because of that guy aubria had brought over it seemed like his presence had caused james and him to get a little territorial after all most of the guys in the pack didn't really like strangers just joining them out of the blue "looks like we're back where we started" he sighed this was all getting old and a little bit annoying.

Before Celeste could open her mouth in response, the group's mood seems to go tense once again. She sighed in disbelief and covered her face with the palm of her hand. After a minute, she stood up and put her hands on her hips. "Alright mates! Time for some campfire games!" She called out in her most cheerful tone. "Now who's with me?" Celeste forcefully smiled and tried to hide her growing irritation. 'I swear to God I'll murder them in their sleep if this continues to happen,' she thought.

I just stood there with my mouth gaped open. James talked about insults, and respect, but he just showed he was a hypocrite. "I.....never called you a wimp..." I say trying to hold back the sadness he just brought me. I couldn't believe it, all I do to help people and this pack and he had the nerve...


"I'm just gonna...." I suddenly get up and speed walk off into the woods. I never felt so offended....my brother would never say that. I was done.

Austin had heard what james said to bri he had to admit that was a little harsh but he didn't think on it yoo muvh as he watched bri walk off I to the woods, he hopped off the picnic table and followed behind her "aubria come on, james didn't mean that he was just upset".
