"I'll help you out! Lindsey said cheerfully running behind Aubri while trying to fix the shoe she had just put on. She skipped a bit in place while trying to adjust the shoe but then continued after Aubri.​

"Yep... It'll be fun night... I'm gonna gather up the s'mores stuff yea..."


Ash grinned moving off towards the kitchen to gather up the stuff for s'mores.

I pack a sleeping bag, mints, my hiking boots, my car phone charger, and then I look over at the frangers that I've never used. I grab them and place them in my backpack. "Hmm....what else..." Lindsey then runs into my room, happy and corky.


"This is going to be fun huh?" I say packing up everything into my backpack. "I think I'm ready..." @NessieAlways

"Hopefully!..got your blankets and pillows? Extra change in underwear? Lindsey said jokingly. "Ash is getting the food and I'll get the booze. Let's go see if the others are ready! Lindsey smile and grabbed a spare pillow and blanket for herself. "Hope you don't mind, I've been couch surfing since yesterday." Lindsey pulled on the shirt she was wearing which she had borrowed from Tai and headed downstairs with the pillow and blanket hanging over her shoulder.​

"Won't need blankets....AJ will keep me warm" I say as Lin bolts downstairs. I grab some change of clothes and stuff them in the bag.I head downstairs and I get my car keys off of the table. "Heyyo!!! Operation Pack Park is about to commence!! Get everything you need now! And somebody feed Blanco before we go."

Austin grabbed his keys from the small table by the door, turned before he left out "bri you riding with me?" He asked smiling slightly as he opened the door,slowly stepped outside.

James went to the kitchen for some leftovers, he grabbed a random plastic kitchen bag and started throwing in pizza, chips, and all the good stuff. He saw something he KNEW Ash would love. A cupcake, an isolated, fresh cupcake. He grabbed it and placed it safely in the bag, hoping to not mess it up. He got some water bottles and a bit of kool-aid bags, so he could have some sweet, fresh water for him and her. ''I'm ready!.. Wait, guys, you have everything you need, but we're not at home and don't have all our stuff. Ash, do you want to come to my house with me to get a tent and some sleeping bags?''

"Can I ride with someone...I don't have my car yet. I'm sure Austin's dad left it at my place, but umm...I haven't been home. Lindsey smiled like a little girl having been caught with her hand inside the cookie jar. It really sucked to suddenly not have a vehicle when she had depended on her jeep for so long. She suddenly grew a new appreciation for a set of wheels.​

Ash looked up from where she was alternating between pouring food in Blanco's bowl and getting mobbed with adorable doggy affection. She was giggling softly as she scratched the dog behind the ears. She tilted her head, looking up at James and nodding. Standing she put the dog food back on the top shelf. Brushing her own hair back behind her ears she grabbed her car keys.


"Yea sure..."

"Oooh James do you have a spare tent? Can I use it? And yessss Austin I'll ride with you

" I say, putting my keys in my backpack. "Why is no one else answering HEY GUYSS!! WE'RE ABOUT TO LEAVE I NEED TO LOCK UP. RAPIDO."


I stand near the door awaiting everyone's answer.

''My family looves camping, you can call me a survivalist! And, of course! I have 5 tents, big and small. And, Lindsey, you can come with us, i'll give you a small tent and some blankets and pillows, I'll get you and Austin a big one.'' He winks at her. He looks at Ash and wraps his arm around her waist, taking her to the car.

Ash leaned against his side snuggling in to him as she followed him to the car. Tilting her head back, she glanced at James her arm curving around his waist.


"A night out just camping and chilling out under the stars...! Guys this is going to be the most awesome start of the summer... And James you never told me you were in to nature..."

Even though it was a small gesture it felt like a blow to Lindsey. Watching James wrap his arm around Ash was very unexpected. When did they happen? I though he...but...okay just forget about it for now...I'm sure there's a good reason...yeah! That's it, nothing to worry about. Lindsey forced a smile on her face, "Great! Thanks James! Lindsey hurried to the kitchen and grabbed several bottles of liquor that hadn't been finished yet. If those two are really together I'm going to need something more than kool-aid to get through the night.

Austin smiled and grabbed Aubria's hand amd walked out to his car "I just have to grab a few things then we'll meet up with everyone else at the park" he said as he unlocked the car and opened her door.

(( She kind of made a love triangle with me, her and Tai, so, i really don't find her interested in James and Ash being together. ))

All of a sudden my heart dropped. I just realized what was happening....I was about to spend the night. In the park. Under the stars. With AJ. Where we....


I tried not to show it on my face. I just put my backpack on and stood near the car door waiting on everyone to gather their belongings. I locked the door as everyone left the house. This was going to be a fun night with the pack, but when everybody settled in for the night...no telling what would happen.

(( Meh, we can do nothing else than wait. ))

James laughed at Ash's comment. ''There's nothing more beautiful than being on top of a big, grassy mountain seeing all the wild life interact under the sunset, or laying down, just seeing all the constellations of the stars. It's just beautiful.'' He opened the door the back door and held the door for Ash, giving her a big smile, then taking a turn over the car and getting on his seat, turning on the engine, and going to home.

"Alright lets go" he said as he opened the car door for her, hopped in on his side starting up the car and heading off into traffic trying to get to his house quickly so that they could meet up with the others and help set up their camp.

I just look over at Austin while he's driving. Staring really, not saying a word. Nervous. I put my hand on his thigh and smile softly just to try to open more of how I'm feeling at the moment.

Nick smiled at his group of friends "I'll meet you guys over there." Nick got into h car and drove home to get some things. After he got what he needed, he drove over to the park and started to set up his things as he waited for the others to arrive.

Lindsey hurried out the door and towards James's car she reached to opened the passenger seat, but then remembered the scene she had just seen. She stopped before anyone saw her and reached for the back seat. "Hey James! On second thought can you drop me off at my place, I'd like to get some stuff too. If my Jeep is there I can drive to the park myself so you and Ash don't have to wait... She didn't want to be in a car with him and Ash that would just be too weird. She would have gone with Nick, but he had already drove off, so driving by herself was the best thing she could think off.
