Well no he wouldn't have agreed to that. But evidence wouldn't be hard to find where they went to. The royal family has 80 years of dealing with Maxwell Atori. He is the leader of Valkyrie, and the one who founded Seraphim. It would be well documented with phone and video evidence.

Also important to note since this would've come out during the time skip.

Dr. Franklin was a spy for the Royal Family. She entered the facility with the goal of sabotage but it quickly became too dangerous. She claims her feelings for the kids caused her to deviate from the plan and miss her extraction window. Stryker managed to be breaking in at just the right time and she fled in the following chaos. All according to the plan the two of them hatched.

Stryker is the one who trained Prince Alfred and his brothers in Cqc. Thats how they know one another.

Also to clarify, Prince Alfreds Super police project is 100% non-lethal. Its made to detain and deter not destroy. This means a lot of capture and defensive gear but very little actually damaging stuff. Its supposed to be to make it so that killing in law enforcement and even war becomes obsolete.

So yeah no need to feel guilty about helping the prince.
