Other Longest video game you've spent time on

For me, This is either Xenoblade Chronicles for the Wii, as it's the most in-depth RPG I've ever played, or Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door for GameCube, as I've played that one the most out of all my games by now - five plume playthroughs and I'm still in love with this game! But my favorite of the two would probably be Xenoblade, because of the deep story and the Monado. :D

I played that :)

Nice! I haven't found many people who've played it. I've got an RP building up that mixes concepts of Xenoblade with Sword Art Online if you're interested. :)

Mmm... Two questions...

1. Will there be guns?

2. Will people be able to "hit" bullets out of the air?

Yes, there can be guns, but you have to have them approved by me before use in the Character Creation & Stat threads unless it's something like Sharla's Ether Rifles.

As for hitting bullets out of the air, that's kinda up in the air, but it probably would only be a thing if you were using Arts. See, it's a kinda forum RPG kind of RP. :)  You have stats and Equipment to enhance your character and all that, but it's pretty straightforward and simple just the same.  :)

I really dislike the idea of hitting bullets...

It's just because guns are hard enough to fire at someone from a longe-range, so the chances are that you'll miss, but when people can start just blocking bullets it's literally impossible...

Well, that's why Arts can't be used in succession - all arts have a Cooldown in the RP, and you have to make them specifically to block a gun's bullets or it won't work to do so. Outside of Arts made specifically to block bullets, the only way to keep from getting hit by a gun-based shot is if you're using a Shield Buff. As for dodging bullets, that's a matter of Agility stats - if they're not higher than you in Agility (Agl), you'll hit them guarranteed. :)

I am not really too keen on the idea of stats either...

I can understand that - it's not everyone's cup of tea, that's why I'm leavin that option open for the people who want in on that one. I might actually make a second version of it where there's no stats involved, just Arts with Cooldowns, and no bullet blocking period. :)

If you ever get round to that, don't forget to mention me in it :D

I'll be sure to do that! :)  I'm keeping the title for Xenoblade Online simple, but once I make the alternative "no-stat" version, I'll tag you in it. I just need a name for it... Any suggestions? :)

Xenosword chronicles xD

Xenosword chronicles xD

Lol, I might actually use that!  xD  Anyway, It'll probably have the same major elements of the one I've already made, just won't use stats and Equipment that actually impact the gameplay unless your Weapon grants a new Art or other kind of in game ability. :)  So, if you wanna see what the other one has that'll be copied over, feel free to go check out my threads for it - they've almost all got links to connect them together for slightly easier navigation. :)

Any questions on the stuff, just PM me. :)

Dragon Age Series... I've done every sidequest for every game and played each game to get every single ending... I'm pretty sure I've replayed origins, like 13 times.... xD

I have around 600 hours clocked in playing Garry's Mod, followed by Fallout 4 and Skyrim.

Skrim i played been playing ti since it came out and the longest time i went with out sleep due to playing it was about 37 hours.

"What is it, 1 AM? Eh, I can finish a few more quests."

"3 AM already? Okay, I can finish this one."

"Holy hell is that the sun??? Oh, it's 9 AM... Guess I missed my chance for sleep."

Had something like that play through your mind?

Because it happened to me Tuesday night, haha. Straight up forgot to sleep because of Skyrim. Gotta be my fifth or sixth character by this point, and I'm honestly surprised it still captivates me so entirely.

Final Fantasy XIII and...hmmm.....another game that I can't remember the name of. I finished it once with my sister and then again on my own. It was some post-apocalyptic game with a strong guy named Monkey. He and some tech girl worked they way through the world by fighting mechs to some giant machine-pyramid-thing where humans are being kept after being enslaved by mechas. Oh, it's called Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. It's actually kinda a short game, but I love it. Monkey is awesome.
