Consumptive cloning means that the individual can divide into two people if they eat way more than the normal person can handle.

Uncontrollable shape shifting means the person in question is like Mystique (Marvel) but the change doesn't happen at will. It happens when the person is in danger or trapped in a terrible situation. I think the person with this issue would have been a failed experiment.

Ok, the blackout have got to be lasting for longer than a few seconds, I mean, the whole point behind them is to create a weakness to offset the power and make it less OP. If she appears among a few bad guys and blacks out and wakes up in the same post, what's the purpose of the black out?

Make it happen only if she teleports about three times (and if they're close together in frequency), then wait for your next turn to make her wake up.

So I read the last reply and I'm like really confused now, and I don't know if that's me being dumb or the post not being well edited or maybe both?

So she teleported into an alley, stalked the cops, teleported again, people get murdered, she has a "PTSD moment" (?), blacks out (Maybe she meant spaced out? Idk) but then she snapped out of it, then she hides some more? Is that what happened?

I'm not being rude, it's just kinda hard for me to read so I need someone to clear it up for me and my lil brain, sorry
