Fantasy ☾ℒℯtℴ☽ *Closed Temp*

Mutt simply stared at the nymph with wide eyes, doing his absolute best and failing miserably to keep his laughter contained. "Yes. Peaches. Very manly name."

Moriko continued to be his translator "my mother gave me that name! She didn't know that is be manly and what kind of name is mutt?!" Moriko looked at the rabbit, "mind your manners mister!" She scolded at him.

Pharos smiled back at her. This was the first time he had seen Zanna smile all day... he wondered if he had cheered her up simply by coming out and talking to her. Probably, he decided. he then noticed that her eyes were different then before. Actually, now that he thought about it, a Swakphkel's eyes are normally hexagonal. He gave her a curious look and spoke. '" I swear I noticed your eyes looked different before. Do you use some kind of trick to make them look like eyes of most humanoid species? I don't see why... I have vertical slits for pupils and people don't seem to mind. Besides, your eyes are unique, almost mesmerizing... I wouldn't hide them if I were you."

Zanna was thrown off her train of thought by what Pharos said, not many people around the world shared that outlook of life on the Swakphkel. "It is just the way of my people ever since The Great War" replied Zanna calmly to the boys statement, though inside she wore a small smile to hear someone think of the Swakphkel like that.

Mutt laughed and nodded. "I'll give you that, Mutt is a weird name." He agreed, looking up at Moriko. "I would make myself able to understand him, but I have to stay how I am right now."

Pharos sighed at the mention of the great war. After keeping silent for a bit, he spoke up, his tone apologetic, almost sad. "It really saddens me just how much your people have been mercilessly hunted for being violent savages, when you've shown today how wonderfully kind Swakphkel can be... sometimes I wish the peoples of this world could all just get along..." he stared up at the moon as he said this. Kiera looked confusedly at him. She hadn't seen him like this very much.

"Hmm? Why's that?" She asked then paused for a bit "....is mutt really your name?"

Zanna let out a sigh at his words, they rung true, and stung. A brutal reminded of the past, but as they say: the past is the past. "Things are starting to look up, we just finished rebuilding a few years ago and Ziel, current ruler of the Dark Elves, is coming over to finalize a peace treaty; he is kinder then the previous ruler, and hopefully relationships will resume as good" stated Zanna as she too, stared up at the moon. "And we have Suvmera to thank for all this" continued the wasp girl before taking a few bites of her food. The food was simple, but to her and her fellow villagers, it was a staple in their diet and tasted good; so although they don't have many luxuries in choice, the choices are usually good.

"That's wonderful. By the way... you called Suvmera a goddess when she rescued us earlier... but gods don't live here on Leto, do they? Forgive an outsider's ignorance." Pharos was genuinely very eager to learn about Zanna's people. Different cultures had always intrigued him.

"No no gods live here, it was rumored she has been wondering the woods for thousands of years, after she saved us during The Great war" replied Zanna in a repetitive sort of way, like it had just been drilled into her for centuries. "I am glad the rumors were true, now we may have a little piece of mind knowing Suvmera has been keeping watch on us" continued the wasp girl before finishing what little there was of her food.

"I see... she is certainly very powerful and imposing. She must be a goddess after all." After finishing his own food, he sat back and got lost in thought. Unknowingly, he muttered some of his thoughts aloud. "What am I going to do now? I want to help those people, but what can I do? Maybe I should go my own way after all..."

@Puffhead
"Mutt?" He questioned with a quick nod. "No, no it isn't. Unfortunately I can't really remember my real name..." His brow furrowed even more as he looked up at her. "I can barely remember anything at all actually."

"Huh....." she frowned and gave him an apologetic look. "well I hope you find your memories someday" she said in a more hopeful tone than at first.

@Puffhead

Zanna nodded her head in approval, "Yes she is, and you should have seen her in battle" replied Zanna as she let her memories take her back to those horrid days for a little while Pharos continued to talk. When she heard him speak again, she snapped back to reality. "Well I can't help you there, you will have to figure that out yourself." began the girl before pausing for a little, then continuing; "You are more then welcome to stay, I believe they will stay for a little, until their whole group heals, then they would mostly likely try to sit down and actually think about what to do, or at least; that's what I would do" finished Zanna before double blinking.

Pharos continued to think for a while. "Then, perhaps I will stay, help them if i can," he said finally. "Gods know I can't go back to Extalia..." Pharos looked down sadly, and Kiera looked at him apoligetically.

Zanna raised an eyebrow at Pharos' statement, it certainly was a weird one. "Hmm? Why is that? Did something happen there?" asked Zanna curiously at the boy with the fairy on his shoulder.

Pharos continued to look down, and spoke in a barely audible, pained tone of voice. "Y-Yes.... for reasons I don't really understand, someone has been trying to kill off my entire bloodline. My parents are gone... my uncle saved me by leaving Extalia with me, only to die himself. If Kiera hadn't rescued me, I'd be dead too. If I go back, I'll just be announcing my presence to whoever wants me dead. I want to find out who they are, and what they want... how to stop them... and I can't do that if I die..."

Zannas' eyes widened at Pharos' confession, dang that would be scary to know that someone wants you dead but you don't know who. Extremely scary indeed... "That must be very scary for you, do you know why would anyone want to kill you and your family?" asked Zanna cautiously, not wanting to make Pharos talk anymore then he wants to.

"I-I.. well.." He thought for a moment, before speaking again. 'Th-there's a rival clan of Draiks.... they're fire Draiks. My parents are pretty much the sole reason Extalia belongs to us wind Draiks and not the fire draiks.... I think it was revenge, or part of some plot to take it back..." Pharos trailed off, his eyes started tearing up.

"Then they are most likely the culprit" replied Zanna in a casually proud tone, even though she did nothing more but basic thinking to solve the problem. "Well if Extralia does belong to you then you could rally the people and bring the conspiracy to the public" continued Zanna, talking like this was just a part of everyday life.

Pharos sighed heavily, shaking his head. "N-no... if it was that easy I wouldn't be trying to hide... the fire Draiks have been very secretive, we don't know where they are, or what subset of their clan ordered the assassinations.... on top of that, they're much more powerful... our people are not known for their prowess in battle, and the fire Draiks are trying to take advantage of that...."

Mutt smiled and shrugged, shaking his head. "I don't think it's too important. After all, I forgot about it so it can't be that big of a deal." He pointed out with the tiniest laugh.

"Well then, it sounds like your looking for people good at guerrilla warfare..." started Zanna before pausing for a few minutes, pondering what to do, and a few minutes later; an idea came to her. "Well if you can figure out who exactly it is, which will be the hardest part, then we can help you from there" stated Zanna, her wasps now audibly buzzing around inside of her.

Pharos looked up at her, an amazed and hopeful look in his eyes. "Y-you would? You really would help me? If I do somehow figure it out, it'll be extremely dangerous... Fire Draiks are extremely powerful, merciless beings..."

Zanna chuckled a bit at the boys response, "Yes fire is extremely dangerous, but if a fire cannot breath it will flicker out" replied Zanna cryptically, referring to her and her tracking Valkyrie wasps. What made it even easier was that the wasps were not only easy to ignore, but there poison can be injected without stinging.
