Ao siblings WIP is posted. Tsukiyomi is basically done just missing fighting styles. Amaterasu needs alot of work but has a personality at least.

Not only is it a good read it fits and makes sense based off of the lore. Wanting to be the yokai is a pretty common goal and admittedly very very few ever even get close.

Also if yoy say 20 years then Suvon wouldve had my guardian Daisuke as a sort of older brother training as thats around the time he was nearing his completion. Sadly Yokai Ieno's final lesson was one that didnt exactly go as planned and Daisuke spent the past 19 or so years in the Infernal plane. He just recently got back so arguably Suvon would be one of the only ones to know of him from the age range and time spent training i see.

As I'm re-reading, that bit on Amiko has advised and helped emperors before; her words are not taken lightly, essentially.

Another question before I continue; would the emperors know that Amiko is trying to have her disciples bring the siblings to her, or they are just simply after the siblings without any knowledge other than we don't want the rebels or other empire to get them?

The emperors are unaware. While amiko is in the know about what they do...its a one way street. She is vague and only her students really know how to drag answers out of her cryptic parables and riddles.

Lol thats epic. Daisuke would oblige but fighting him isnt really super fun if you like swaping hands he is a bit of a controller and loopholey fighter. Perfectly willing to win via ring out.

Suvon is not one to give up after a single loss, as his fellow guardians can attest to the amount of times he's attempted to attack their master or coerce her into fighting him only to get smacked down over and over again.

Domt get me wrong it wouldnt be like he would lose more often than not. Id say about 50 50 win rate between the two of them. In their earlier days Daisuke was very passive and didnt seem to have much aggression to him but was crafty enough and quick thinking to be able to keep his foes on their toes. He wouldve always had lower chi than the others he trained with.

Nowadays he seems a lot more malicious and far less social. He doesnt take off his mask and seems to avoid social interaction. And while his craftiness hasnt gone down his chi has increased considerably. Its still lower than the strongest guardians but the gap has become much smaller. His current max chi is 827. His techniques have also improved greatly woth each and every one now having different effects that trigger depending upon if he is using his regular chi or his infernal chi.

He has done some things with the demon that fuels his infernal chi that has never been done before and seems to be pioneering into new territory of infernal chi mastery.

Also Daisuke has Grey normal chi signifying mixed emotions and uncertainty. Whereas his infernal chi is Black representing fear and intent to bring death.

Interesting side characters

Orochi Nagi, the great great great grandfather of Daisuke Nagi, he was an infernal chi practitioner who disappeared 200 years ago after venturing into hell to conquer his own bound demon. He has never been seen since. It is rumored that his soul still dwells in hell.


The Warlords Wives, a squad of sixteen fem fatale warriors who are all technically betrothed to the warlord. They have been trained by the Mother of the Warlord and are scarily effective assassins. They act and move as one in an al.ost supernatural way to the point where it looks like one of them is approaching you but it can be as many as all sixteen walking in a perfect line and perfectly copying the others motions. Each one has a chi level of at least 450 making them formidable even to player characters.


Sacred beast Juko the great white tiger, One of the oldest beings in all of creation predating the gods and even the galaxies themselves. After Ao and his army of gods slew the other two beasts who Juko was waging battle with he seemed to lose interest and went dormant. None are aware where this being is as even the all seeing eyes of Ao could not find him.


Sacred beast Syrcos the Immortal Phoenix, the only incorporeal sacred beast Syrcos always manifests itself a body of pure energy turned into matter and if this body dies the Phoenix will be reborn elsewhere in a new body. After dying several times when battling the other beasts syrcos finally made a body it deemed perfect. After Ao and his army of gods felled the other two beasts Syrcos decided that while immortal he liked his new body and thus fled into the fathomless void in the center of the universe...a blackhole the size of a galaxy.
