Fun fact; Tiche's 'of the Black Knife' title means two things. The first is that she wields a Black Knife dagger. The second is that she was of the Order of the Black Knife assassins.

Originally, yes butttttttttt it could be fun to have her appear unexpectedly. Could have a fun interaction with Rori, Castro and Kuragi-- kuigir-- the other guy.

My best guess is the Horseman since he's literally called the Omen of the Apocalypse in his sheet. But he's also an ally so-

If omen is meant not so literally than I've got no clue.
