Ohhh, shoot, that makes sense. Dang, someone actually robbed him?He stole the sword from the Death Knight
Otherwise he'd be using that against Heath, enforcing the idea that the Death Knight only uses his scythe against people he sees as threats. He stole the sword from the Death Knight
Ahh, got it. Are we ever gonna learn how the Death Knight got his sword stolen?Otherwise he'd be using that against Heath, enforcing the idea that the Death Knight only uses his scythe against people he sees as threats.
When the group meets Arthur in the Desert Nation.Ahh, got it. Are we ever gonna learn how the Death Knight got his sword stolen?
I like the way you're foreshadowing the next chapter. It really increases the anticipation for it drastically. When the group meets Arthur in the Desert Nation.
Honestly, most likely. I could see Harly idolizing his legend or at least the Shifting Shepherds getting together at night with a campfire going to tell tales of Arthur kicking ass somewhere in the desert.Arthur is only a guide and not a permanent character. Harly and his outlaws might've heard of his legend
And of course, Mateo has no idea what's going on because he and Cora weren't there. He'd just once again be the innocent kid who's fascinated by the walking legend, since he would also hear about the legend. Though, he would pick up on the adults' negative emotions, plus he'd be mature enough at that point to not be so ignorant to something that unsettled everyone else. The thing that might spark the conversation/distrust would be Rai or Skyla noticing the sword and how it looked familiar, since Rai and Skyla were closest to Mika when the Death Knight killed him
Of course, following the lore, none of them would actually know whether Arthur existed at any point despite them telling the legends of him. To them, Arthur is nothing more then bedtime stories passed down for generations.Honestly, most likely. Yup, hence why Mateo would be ecstatic to learn Arthur's real, because that's one of his favorite myths while growing up in the desert, back when things were at a simpler time for him. And as for Harly and his group, I don't think any one of them would really believe he's real so to speak, just that he's a cool piece of fiction to them. Something they can sit around a campfire to tell spooky and cool stories about.Of course, following the lore, none of them would actually know whether Arthur existed at any point despite them telling the legends of him. Honestly, I might keep it that way. Have Arthur only reveal himself to Mateo, Skyla, Rai and Cora.Yup, hence why Mateo would be ecstatic to learn Arthur's real, because that's one of his favorite myths while growing up in the desert, back when things were at a simpler time for him. XD I know I said I would start working on it a while ago. A huge chunk of it is done, just gotta finish up some stuff on the sheet before it'll be done.Speaking of Harly's group, Alpha, where's Kurok's profile >:C
I been waitin patiently for it lolXD I know I said I would start working on it a while ago. A huge chunk of it is done, just gotta finish up some stuff on the sheet before it'll be done.
You mean, have him show up before the group gets to the Andris Oasis?Honestly, I might keep it that way. Have Arthur only reveal himself to Mateo, Skyla, Rai and Cora.
Yeah and have him part ways before they get close to it.You mean, have him show up before the group gets to the Andris Oasis?
I know lolI been waitin patiently for it lol
Would he be able to sense the fact that Mateo's made a contract with Serena, since he had one with her before?Yeah and have him part ways before they get close to it.
Maybe faintly but not even Asraeth or the Cindered Knight would be able to tell thatWould he be able to sense the fact that Mateo's made a contract with Serena, since he had one with her before?
Gotcha. So, it's something Mateo would have to elect to tell ArthurMaybe faintly but not even Asraeth or the Cindered Knight would be able to tell that
Arthur might have a 'spidey-sense' of it so to speak but yes, Mateo would have to tell himGotcha. So, it's something Mateo would have to elect to tell Arthur
