I'll tell you that Ironshire is mostly an archer nation. I'd say about 85% of their total force is comprised of mostly Archers. 30% of those archers are on horseback.

In short, expect a force report in the Lore section soon but;

Ironshire troop count;
85% Archer.
10% infantry (Both heavy and footman)
5% special forces (Mages, aerial, etc.)

In a seige situation;
Archers are stationed along the walls for defense and Archers are able to rain down their arrows from atop them.

the Infantry are stationed behind each of the two gates to defend against a breakthrough.
The special forces are used as the vanguard most of the time, especially the aerial units. The mages provide backup for the archers along the walls.
