For the intentions of reintroducing Nia. Everything AFTER the tournament is being retconned for her. Meaning she know everyone but doesn't the major things. I.E. Mateo's curse, Cora being a spirit and Mika's death.

The original idea was to use the big guy's power to hit Finch's opponent and then distract Mr. Speedy with Big Guns then take out Speedy Mcgee. then all three team up on the most dangerous one, Big Guns.

I'll give you the details. Because you had Finch tell Serana to take off and catch up with TIna to stop her, there's a forced fight between them and because Tina so much stronger then Serana. By herself, Serana stands no chance and is going to be inevitably killed by Tina if Finch and the others don't catch up her soon because Kiko and Cyan are too far away to get there in time as well.
