Yeah, we know next to nothing about Cyan. Literally everyone just regards him as a terrible, corrupt leader. I'm really interested to see if his family is from the Rhythm Nation or Oghma, considering it said in the lore page that Ingrid is helping out Oghma get back to a better stance.
