well they have a lot of fears that are unfounded, tend to buy into propaganda and fearmongering a lot. Since sociopaths experience anxiety and find rage far harder to control, that could be a possibility, but also their actions are not usually consistent. When it comes to Sen's folks they seem to be very consistent in their rules.
