"Thanks." Main smiled Nodding at the bartender as he took the menu. He quickly selected a Burger and fries with a large beer. Being 21 is useful. Setting the menu down he observed the girl as he gave his order. She seemed like she was in pain and by what he saw it was likely from an hangover. "A Burger fries and a beer."

She looked up as a figure past by her swiftly, registering the sound of wheels on pavement. An before she could even narrow her eyes in annoyance a small metallic object was dropped off in her lap. "What the f*ck?" Noting the police sirens in the distance and the fact that her new present was an expensive cell phone she put two and two together. Standing up abruptly she looked to see if whoever passed by was still in view, but to her dismay she couldn't see very far without her glasses.


Groaning, she yelled out "Seriously!?" Even if it'd made no impact. Quickly gathering her things she decided she had three options. Wipe the phone down of her prints and throw it away, run with the phone, or plea not guilty to the police. Of course she went with option two. Limo currently unavailable she would use her own two feet. She could use a little exercise anyway.


As the sirens neared she realized time was running out. Inhaling deeply she filled her lungs before sprinting. In the end even if she did get caught her dad would bail her out. She couldn't help but smile. The next best thing to the feeling of adrenaline was revenge. Sure she hadn't seen a face, but who cares. There would definitely be a way to catch the real perp. Seems the fun made its way to her after all.

Dani smiles back and waves, "Hello, Phoebe! It's nice to meet you. And don't worry, I got in trouble a lot at school." She isn't lying though she knows most people would peg her as the goody goody type. She does appear that way, and maybe for the most part she is. But she didn't seem that way to the school board.

Brec looked at Scott and felt how tight his grip was on her waist. She smiled a little at how close he was and how much he wanted her. She looked at the drawing then at him before taking the pencil out his hand. She sat straight in his lap before leaning down and started sketching over his Koi fish. She did some little changes here and there and erased some parts before smiling. "I think I just made your little fish better..." She tells him and slipped the pencil behind his ear then looked into his eyes a small smile on her face.

Scott looked at Brec in shock and then smiled, "Thanks, doll." He leans forward to kiss her cheek and pulls back chuckling. He did in fact think Brec was very pretty. And he always loved hanging out with her, they were good friends now. Of course, Scott usually avoided relationships. The few times he had tried hadn't ended so well. His past always seemed to drive them away. And Brec was a lady. He didn't see how she could was a grubby little tattooist who lived in a scrappy apartment.

Ava lynn sighs once she gets riley down to sleep. She had been exhausted all day and coffee was the only thing she ran on. Ava made sure she kept quiet, for one movement of sound or creak would wake the baby. After a small dinner consisting of ramen noodles from her pantry, ava watches a little tv and decides to text ethan a breakfast time for tomorrow. She was already feeling grogy and had promised not to forget to text him. "Hey 8:00am sound good?" She texts him then drifts asleep.

Waiting quietly, Jenna leans her weight against the counter top, her head rest on her crossed arms until Nao has decided on what he'll have to eat. She stretches out a hand to retrieve the menu before slowly rising up and turning away. It wasn't in her interest to make conversation but then she thought, 'why the hell not?' Getting his beer prepared she glances over. "So, you new? Not everyone comes up into a bar and asks for food." She turns back and slides him his beer.

Ethan is hard at work, mixing drinks, and dealing with drunks. He feels his phone vibrate and looks at the text. He chuckles and quickly responds,


Yeah, Hot Rod's Diner, they serve the best food.





After that he got back to work.

Phoebe automatically seems to take a liking toward the new person. She was kind and gives off an enthusiastic attitude even though most people would be scolding her at this time. The girl smiles big and nods her head. She doesn't say anything back but turns slightly to her brother and looks up. "I'm sorry for having to get kicked out..again.." Her smile had transformed into a frown knowing that she could have prevented this.


Jax watches his little sister thoughtfully, it wasn't fair for his sister to be punished over something he already knew she didn't mean to do. This was true, Phoebe had not meant for the girl to get glue into her hair and they had not even been fighting it was just the teacher who over-exaggerated. "It's alright. Don't beat yourself up over something so dumb." Kneeling down to her level he pulls her into him before letting her go and standing back up. This was what they usually did as a sign of forgiveness or understanding. No words were needed between them.

Brec smiled and blushed when Scott kissed her cheek. She put her hands over her face and burrowed her head in Scott's chest. "Stop saying cute things! You're making me blush and it's embarrassing!" She tells him then peeked up at him then covered her face again. It was strange...how could her a lady be into a tramp. She has never felt like this before. The men her parents tried to pair her up with only cared about themselves and always tried to one-up her when it came to what they had. She hated it. When she was with Scott, she felt normal...she felt comfortable...she could see herself being with Scott.

Dani watched the exchange between the two siblings and smiled at it. It was very sweet and touching. She had never had that type of relationship with her own brother, in fact her brother was kind of horrible. Though she had offhandedly told Jax that he was rude, there was a lot more to it. She frowned as she thought about it but quickly shrugged the thoughts away and looked at Phoebe in concern, "Did they expel you?"

Disappearing into a hole in the wall kind of place, Parish waits it out there at the bar. Too bad he had to lose such profit but it was also a good thing that the cops hadn't caught up with him. "You shoulda seen the look on the girl's face! She was so clueless." He boosts to the bartender with a grin plastered to his face. The bartender in return sloshes over a mug of beer and continues to work. 'Wonder what she did after that stunt..' He thinks in silence while swallowing down the foam and all. His need to know what her next move will be urges him to slap a ten bill onto the counter and venture back out onto the street. Before going out, however, he puts his beanie on and tosses his jacket over the counter followed by his skateboard. The people working here already knew of his reputation and rather than say something to him they accept it. He was a paying customer after all.


The normal looking boy now moved back onto the street and allows his eyes to wander. The same girl who he had given over the phone is seen sprinting along the sidewalk. A smirk comes to his lips as the police sirens grow louder, thinking everything over he realizes how simple it would be to still be able to pawn off the cellphone and cuffing his hands around his lips he calls out to the girl. "Hey, over here!" He shouts and waves in his direction.

Nao smirk nodding as he takes the beer. Observant. Cradling it gently he answered. "Not to this area but It's my first time in this bar. I try to broaden my horizon when I get the chance. It happened to be close when I got hungry. "

Phoebe looks back to Dani as she is asked the question and nods her head with a sigh. "Yea.." She sounds a bit discouraged but stops seeming so down when Jax's hand pats her head. "It's ok, remember? Don't let these people bring you down." His voice is almost fatherly as he talks to the younger girl and after a minute he turns and looks back at Dani. "Well. Seeing as none of us have eaten lunch yet, let's go out."

She yawns and nods her head to him. "Sounds fun..hopping from one place to the next." Again she rubs at her temples while walking to the grill location at the back wall at the end. She gets the stove ready and starts up the fire before getting his burger onto the skillet and fries into the frier.

Dani nods and smiles at Phoebe, "My brother was expelled from school before. And for a worse reason then glue in someone's hair. That's just stupid, to expel you for that. You need a better school." Dani smiles at the suggestion of food and follows Jax

Jaxon sighs. "A better school would certainly be great." He shook his head wishing they could afford such a thing. "It's up to you both where we go." Jax heads in the direction that most restaurants can be found and makes sure that Phoebe stays close to them. The sibling looks to Dani as they walk. "Dani, what did your brother do?" She was a tad curious now.

"Yea it can be. Especially when it comes to meeting new people. Well, except when those people have it out for you. " Nao chuckled taking a sip of his beer as he remembered such a event. It wasn't his fault the moron wasn't good at pool. Or that he betted so much. Though he was to blame for knocking the guy unconscious when he got rowdy about it. Didn't mean his friends had to react so badly.

Dani shrugged, "I don't care. Let Phoebe decide!" She smiled at the girl just as the question was asked. Dani should have prepared herself for it but didn't think to. She blushed a bright red and coughed at first, trying to answer. She then rubbed the back of her neck and smiled shyly, which was unusual for her, "He broke school property." She said in a small voice.

The next day, Ethan stood outside the diner, waiting for Ava. He was a little nervous but waited patiently as it neared eight o'clock. He still couldn't believe he was here. She had been so nice and Riley was so cute. he really couldn't wait to see that little one again.

Ava was late waking up and ofcourse she was once again exhausted. In a rush she threw on sweat pants and a tanktop along with a top knot hair do. For riley she dressed her in leggings and a sun dress with one small pony tail on the top of her head that gathered her bangs. Within 10 minutes after 8 she finally made it there and was worried he would be gone. "I'm so sorry!" Ava fast walks to him while pushing riley anne in her stroller.

"....I want to ask you something..." She tells him interlocking their fingers. "How about...tonight you and I go get a romantic candlelight dinner and then have a night on the town...no one else to bother us...sound good?" She asked him then looked at his hair before carding her fingers through her hair and kissing his forehead. "You have really nice hair...it's soft...like you..." She tells him smiling. She always liked him. And a dinner sounds like a good idea to express her feelings for him.

Ethan chuckles as Ava arrives and shrugs, "No problem. I'm not upset." He gestures towards the diner, "Shall we, my lady?" He grins and winks at her. He had been worried that she wouldn't show but she had so he's fine. He glances at her clothes and smiles, she makes anything look good. He thought.

With her violin case slung over her shoulder and a small duffel bag, Genevieve Holly walks down the street. Her designer sunglasses and rather expensive dressware sets her apart from the dull buildings and dull individuals all around. It wasn't long before she turns into a club and rushes to the bathroom. A few minutes later she comes out in a baggy shirt and shredded blue jean shorts, nothing fancy what-so-ever. Even her sunglasses have been swapped out with a pair of dollar store brand ones.


She retreats from the club still carrying her case and bag in either hand, it was no longer apparent that she didn't belong and even her hair is pulled into a beanie. No way would someone notice her at this moment without getting too close. She had learned to fool people in order to be free from others judgement. Even her own grandparents wouldn't have noticed her at this time. She'd even gone as far as cleaning off the make-up. All that's left is a little mascara.


'The perfect day to start a show.' She thinks excitedly as the girl comes closer to the homeless shelter. Her violin case is shortly placed down and taking out the instrument she begins to play.


It's a simple song at first, the shelter now filling with the sound of her violin. Everyone has stopped talking now to look over and watch as she comes in as she had so many times before. Everyone smiles and a few people cheer or begin to clap to the beat. Some people even get up and start dancing with their kids or loved ones. These were the moments she lived for these days. These beautiful moments.

Rayleigh smiles and pushes the stroller in. "Sorry about not dressing up also. Atleast baby girl looks good." She fixes the pony tail and sits at a table to be served. "Thanks for meeting us here by the way. How was work last night?"


Ava orders a coffee once the waitress comes to write down drinks. Caffeine was an every day routine now.

"I don't care if you dress up. Superficial idea, that a woman always needs to be dressed a certain way." He scoffed. Because of how his mother had been treated, Ethan was a strong feminist. "Work was fine, though I did have to help the bouncer kick out a guy who got a little too ballsy." He chuckled. he ordered Hot Chocolate.
