Same, Its why Gensou's been showing mostly creativity, awareness and intelligence over a strong Jutsu/bloodline etc. Did have the idea of Casting Genjutu's via Touch to add to her kit, given she can do them remotely via a planted one, Eye contact and Vision.

Yeeee makes sense! I was just gonna have Luna soften the earth around her enough so she can move. Then they can either pull her out or she can use a jutsu to get herself out quicker.

Fact however Rinka is incapable of Earth Jutsu at the moment. Even if she was capable of it, they would be super inefficient.

Rinka can't, the headhunter jutsu is a chakra based. If the ground was just normal ground she likely could get out. But the change in the ground is done by chakra making her unable to get out. Plus putting a part like this in will enhance teamwork.

I thought pulling them down was Chakra based, but once the Jutsu had been finished the earth returns to normal and doesn't linger?

The earth returns to normal but even at that Rinka's hands are bound in the earth making jutsu impossible to use. And also A substitution jutsu has to be prepared beforehand meaning you cannot substitute out of this for much the same reason Absollover77 . The team will need to free Rinka

That being said with Gensou being a wind release user only Luna and Takeshi can free her. In other words, if they go down to the headhunter jutsu, you'll lose your only escape from the Jutsu. With Rinka being a water and wind release user too

I put down Wind but Gensou has 0 Ninjutsu nor Taijutsu, she's Genjutsu/Tools only. Think you said she can't have her bloodline active yet and limited the jutsu's from those i submitted on the first draft so only has tools and basic auditory illusions. She instead mastered the basics/deep understanding of them (So can build upon them faster later on with more instruction being a fast learner) I think might be better to say shes, Pure Yin, at the moment.

She passed genin exam due to mastery of the basics/academics, and of course her level head and intelligence.

And yeah on this, it was Why Gensou is being a distraction while Luna does the free'ing unharassed. Shes been using teamwork without much communication by playing off the others

Yeah, Gensou has nothing to actually get people out of the ground so hopefully, the 4th does. Teamwork doesn't seem to be working that well at the moment so she might need to try some pure solo stuff
