Itā€™s a celebration theyā€™ve had for centuries and itā€™s ingrained in their history. The town is far from any city or any other town for that matter, and itā€™s allowed them to create their own customs and holidays.

Being primarily a fishing town, they take pride in their daily catches. This one day a year allows them to throw a huge party where the entire town is involved in games, dances, food, and challenges. Small businesses promote themselves with stands and samples, while fishermen sell their exotic catches. Towards the end of the festival, they light candles and leave offerings for the spirits, in hopes those looking over them will grant them good health and bless the fishermen with wonderful catches.

It was quite early in the morning, exactly 7:00 am, and the Mulgogi Festival vendors had recently been opened up.

The town was blessed with perfect, late spring weather. The temperature was warm enough to not need a sweater, but it was cool enough to not feel suffocating and humid. The sun shone through a mass of clouds and cast a beautiful dazzling sparkle over the green sea. It was one of the best weather the town had in months. The weather had been erratic and harsh. So it was surprising that the sun had shone through on the best day of the year. It was a sign that the following year would be wonderful for fishing. They just had to reconcile with the dead to make sure it was definite.

Usually she would wake up at four but she has allotted two hours because it was one of her favorite day of the year. "The Mulgogi Festival!" the overly-excited female screamed as she bolted out of her bed. In doing so, it was more than likely that she has woken up their neighbors and her mom would be receiving complaints from them a few hours from now...again.

The girl swiftly got ready for the day and slapped on a worn-out shirt and wader topped by a baggy, thick, windbreaker to combat the cold, early, breeze. Harin jogged down the stairs and was greeted by her mother wearing a similar outfit. "Hurry it up, Harin! Those fishes aren't going to catch themselves! Plus what did I tell you about screaming first thing in the morning?" Mrs. Go -a feisty woman in her early fifties- exclaimed as she semi-dragged her said daughter to their jeep along with a bunch of fishing gears and equipment.

Their house was a quick five-minute drive from the fishing docks and the business' fishermen were already gathered by the small fishing trawler . The two women greeted all of them with a friendly smile before hopping on the boat. The voyage from the docks to the location where they set up their nets and spot took half an hour. Upon getting there, Harin alongside her fishy comrades jumped into action. They set up the sturdy nets into the vessel's trawling-machinery before throwing it down deep into the ocean to start trawling. Fishing at night has always been preferable by the family because of a lot of positive factors. There are less disturbances in the water because there are fewer boats and the fishes tend to flock towards any light sources and that included their boat's. Plus the Go's Fishy Business only sells fresh fish especially during the Mulgogi festival!

Two hours of fish-hauling and seaweed-collecting later and the crew was back to the shore. It was almost five in the morning and they still have to deliver the fishes and prepare the store. They were like soldiers rushing into battlefield as they dispersed to do each of their parts. The Festival was a good opportunity for their business and henceforth each passing second was treasure.

All of their hardwork paid off when the clock ticked at seven. The store was in its best condition. Fresh fishes and seaweeds were neatly stored in their rightful places and various keychains and items relating to the ocean can be bought in the Go's family store. Behold, a woman clad in a silly, red, fish mascot stepped out from the shop. The hole on its mouth giving way for the people to see that it was none other than Go Harin with a determined look on her face. Yes, she was currently the embodiment of Yuna the Tuna (It's not even a tuna), their business mascot and she was very passionate about it.

It wasn't long before Momoland's Bboom Bboom blasted off the stereos and Yuna the Tuna started to dance to gather the buyers' attentions. Needless to say, she got the attention she wanted because it was ridiculous and the costume was not suited for dancing or whatsoever.

The sound of a bicycle chain can be heard in consistent intervals. It continued on for a few seconds before a bell rang as a short 'excuse me' made its presence known.

The sight that followed was rather confusing-- a young man dressed in a red and white checkered shirt that was topped off with a maroon sweater alongside a pair of jeans and sneakers casually cycling his way down a straight pavement before making a quick turn to the left. His hair moved in the flurry of wind according to the speed he was cycling at. Though, what stood out the most was not his light purple-painted bicycle but rather what the basket in front of it held.

His bicycle basket held two brown teddy bears in which each held a bouquet of red carnations between its paws. The black-haired male bit his lower lip as he found himself reaching his own flower booth that had been set up by a part-time assistant of his.

The booth itself resembled a lemonade stand of sorts but the large display of various flowers seemed to have successfully trick the eye into believing it looked beautiful. Various flowers planted in their respective pots (ceramic, metal and recycled material) were lined up perfectly in front of the stand to hide its almost plain and ugly self state. Roses, sunflowers, bellflowers and lavenders were strategically placed into hooked metal holders. Single stalks and bouquet of such beauties lined up on the surface of the stand's counter.

Yong-sun braked his bicycle to a slow deceleration before placing both his feet down on the ground, stopping right next to his stand. Even the placement of his bicycle made his booth look like something out of a pictorial magazine of sorts. A female who looked to be around the age of sixteen made her way out from behind the booth before helping the male place the two teddy bears onto the stand's counter.

"You didn't need to help me today, Bok-il." Yong-sun said with a small, grateful smile before making his way behind the stand.

The part-timer gave a small chuckle before shaking her head, "It's okay, Yong-sun-sshi. I didn't have anything to do anyways. It's the day of the festival anyways."

He thought for a moment before giving up the thought of convincing the female to leave. He was in fact, grateful for her help considering she had volunteered to help setup half an hour earlier. It gave Yong-sun an extra half an hour of sleep and he reminded himself to slip her some extra money.

Before he could respond, the female clapped her hands together, remembering something, "That reminds me. Some of our roses have been bought already."

"This early?" He responded, incredulous. He had expected for his business to reap today considering there would be numerous couples going for the festivals but he didn't think anyone would buy flowers at seven o'clock in the morning.

Bok-il nodded, showing him the money that was stored in a plastic container before frowning slightly, "I'm sad they didn't get to try their luck for a bear."

He glanced back to the two soft toys he had brought before nodding. Song Yong-sun figured it would catch the attention of children (in essence, their parents) and would convince them to try their luck in a lucky draw for it. Of course, it would be followed by a purchase of any flower(s).

"I'll hand out the paper flowers we've made. You can just stay behind the counter." The male said before he grabbed a large, brown paper bag that was handed to him by Bok-il.

Yong-sun then made his way towards the walkway in which a few patrons have been passing by, browsing through stores. He then begin to hand out the paper flowers made from newspaper in preparation.

In the corner of his eye, he noted something very large and red dancing and moving around rather weirdly to the music that was being blared. A lobster? He assumed it was one of those people who dressed up and enjoyed doing their own thing in a festival or party.

[div class=mainCon][div class=header]Akane Hyun[/div][div class=contentWrap][div class=scrollWrap][div class=textWrap]Akane woke up, somewhere between the sunrise of a new day and the death of a cold night. She woke up at 5 in the morning. She got dressed, wearing a long sweater paired with a pair of glasses. Akane got a paper umbrella and walked around town. Some say that she's weird for doing this, even others saw her as a ghost roaming the streets because she does this early in the morning. She just prefers having a paper umbrella behind her and having a walk early in the morning as an exercise.

Her next destination was somewhere within a forest. She walked within a small trail, where it lead to a small pond. It was filled with small fishes, mostly Koi. She waved her hand through the small pond, observing the fishes in their natural habitat. 'At least the fishes look nice today,', she thought as she glanced at the pond in all of it's natural beauty. She looked up to the dark sky where it was turning to a light shade of blue. 'I wonder if my mother is worried about me...', she felt lonely. She wanted to be with her family but, she was afraid to go back. She didn't want to marry a man that was a complete stranger to her but, she didn't want to break her mother's heart. She sat for a while, before deciding to leave the area. She looks around her, checking to see if anyone has seen her to keep the secrecy of this area.

Her next destination was the festival area. It was already 7 in the morning and she wandered within it. She spotted a small stall filled with paper flowers. She walked slowly towards the stall and tried to find it's owner. She spotted a small child and smiled. She asked the small child with a calm tone, "Excuse me, little girl. How much does the small bear cost?" She stood still, holding her umbrella with two hands as she gave the little girl a friendly smile. As she looked at the stall, she heard a loud noise and turned her head to where it was. It was a person in a large fish costume, dancing to some kind of song that is being pumped by the blaring speakers. "Well, that's certainly an odd sight. A dancing fish.", she said to herself as she was mesmerized by it.

Min Ho walked on the path between the body of water and the blooming cherry trees. He was enjoying the scenery of the festival from afar. He could see, if he squinted, traditional dancers dancing at one end and then street dancers at another, but of course, he was closer to the street dancers, so the pop music was more notable. There was also a blob dancing in front of Harin's shop? He made did make a note to watch the traditional performers when he got the chance and check out what was dancing at the fish shop. However, it was a little unenjoyable because he couldnā€™t focus on one specific thing. Not to mention, there was a giant fish sculpture that looked like a monster from the edge of the water. Well, it was his first festival he ever attended, so he didn't know what to expect.

Though his main purpose of walking on the path wasnā€™t to observe the celebration but to retrieve some leftover cash he had stolen from his parents saved for special occasions. Funnily, he had a credit card on him that his mother was still funding. But, he wanted some spare cash in case vendors only took physically money. He supposed he could use an ATM, but he wanted to get rid of any physical remembrance of why he was in the little town.

He glanced towards the ocean for a few moments before flicking his gaze back to the house. But the view of the cozy cottage proved to be a stab in the gut as in his line of sight was a police officer snooping around the perimeter of the home. He swallowed and stopped in his tracks, frozen in a state icy panic. The only reason the figure of authority could possibly be there was to find a missing person. But, how did he know a missing person could have fled there? It was so secretive. Perhaps someone from the town told the police? With that thought in his head, he glanced back towards the now distant festival.

The runaway bit his lip in concern as he considered alerting those who resided with him in the widowā€™s home. He felt how the ocean probably felt when the clouds blocked the radiating sun, alone. He backed away from the situation, but simple walking soon turned into running. He supposed his sudden burst of speed was due to selfish problems. He was afraid his stay at the small town would be cut short if the home was exposed as a hideaway for those seeking a long term escape from their real lives.

Unfortunately, he couldnā€™t run for too long and with aching lungs, he stopped under the boughs of a cherry tree. He paused for a few moments, trying to catch his breath before it ran off without him. He hunched over the ground, using his arms to support himself on his knees. As he straightened out, he got a wonderful view of the ocean, but it seemed so grim with his new information. He watched blossoms flutter from the branches of the tree onto the water as he leaned against the rough bark of the trunk.

Amongst all the worry, the question still rang within his head: who was he going to tell and where would he find them?

[div class=textbox][div class=scroll][div class=textbox2] Inho woke up to his mother shaking him, urging him to get up in her usual soft and soothing voice. Normally he would have been up much earlier, but today was an exception. The Mulgogi Festival was something that he looked forward to every year that it came around. So much so that he spent the previous night feeling nervous and excited over said event. So much could happen in one day and he was anxious to see it to its end. However, at the moment, he didn't seem too excited. He let out an exhausted groan in the tone of a question in response.

"The festival!" his mother loudly opened the curtains to unleash the sunlight radiating from the early morning sun. Inho struggled to open his eyes once he realized what his mother had said.

"Oh!" he gasped. He sprung up and his eyes shot open before he jumped out of bed. Two sides of him were conflicted, one still being tired and groggy, while the other, ready to conquer the day. He was dizzy; and you could tell he wasn't awake yet in the way he rocked back and forth as he stomped around the house. His mother sighed as she trailed behind him.

Inho left his room wearing a pair of khaki cargo shorts, a striped tee, and a pair of black sneakers. He helped his father pack and carry boxes with utensils, plates, and take away boxes to their car. They arrived at the festival spot and unloaded their things. Most of their booth had already been set up and all that was left was the food. They were done for the time being, as it was still very early, so he decided to take the time to walk around and check out the other booths and attractions.

Following the path, he heard music blaring up ahead. He picked up his pace to see what the commotion was and was promptly greeted by a dancing fish costume. He let out a laugh, seeing how ridiculous it looked. It seemed to grab the attention of other onlookers as well and the fish garnered quite an audience. He stayed to watch the remainder of the dance and clapped along to the tune of the popular kpop song. . D O V E . D O V E

[div class=mainCon][div class=header]Akane Hyun[/div][div class=contentWrap][div class=scrollWrap][div class=textWrap]The girl had found a cute bear to look at. It was small yet, soft and tender. She reached out to grab it but, she noticed a lone police officer roaming the streets. The officer could possibly be searching for her or the others. She proceeded to pay the girl and said, "Keep the change!" It was hard paying ā‚© 2,000 just for a bear but, she hoped that she put a smile to the girl's face. She grabbed her bear and walked briskly. She held her umbrella tight, hoping that the police will go away. Right as she was walking along the stalls, a man had flew by her. By squinting her eyes, she identified that it was Min Ho. He was probably running from the officer but, it would give attention to him. She walked and walked, until she was out of the officer's sight.

She tried to find Min Ho, but to no avail. She proceeded to go back to the Mulgogi Festival, still worried about Min Ho. She hugged her bear tightly as she was worried on what happened to the man. He could just be hiding or, in the most un-favorable scenario, has been caught by the police. This thought certainly made her squeam as she didn't want a resident of the widow's home to be sent away back to their family. They all had reasons on why they wanted to run away from their problems, it's just sad that they can't tell it to anyone but themselves. With a sad look on her face, Akane blended in the crowd and just watched the dancing fish. In an attempt to make herself feel better, Akane went to the front of the crowd and said, "Can you dance to Celeb Five?" She really wanted to see how the flopping fish would dance. The costume in it self was funny but, it dancing made it more hilarious.

The black-haired male found giving out paper flowers less stressful than he thought it would be. Just days before the festivals, Yong-sun was internally conflicted, having had his mind conjure up situations that meant nothing more than a cue to others. He had planned what his response would be if someone rejected his paper flower or even worse, if for some God awful reason, an individual started up an argument or fight with him. There were no actual logical premise for such thoughts to turn into reality but his mind made it seem like such situations would definitely occur.

Yong-sun found himself smiling softly as almost every passerby had accepted his paper flower. His tactic of handing them out had successfully roped in a few couples, mainly on the parts of girlfriends wanting flowers from their boyfriends. Though these men seemed rather reluctant to actually spend money on flowers, the loving kisses on cheeks alongside happy smiles from their significant other seemed to lighten their moods.

With every successful couple that bought a flower or a bouquet of them, Bok-il gave the owner of the stall a thumbs-up alongside a small snicker of triumph. He couldn't help but grin back at her before continuing on with his job of handing out paper flowers. After awhile, Yong-sun nodded at a woman who had an umbrella in hand, paying her no real attention as she made her way to the stall, undoubtedly checking out the flowers that were for sale.

"I'm sorry, miss but the teddy bears aren't for sale. You can try for a chance at a lucky draw with every purchase of a flower or a bouquet-" Bok-il explained to the woman in glasses and was about to direct her to surveying the flowers they had to offer when she handed over 2000 won before taking off with the teddy bear.

"Miss! Stop!" The part-timer called out which brought about the attention of passersby alongside Yong-sun.

The owner of the flower stall made his way towards her before asking, concerned, just as the other female took off, "Is something wrong?""

Bok-il, obviously lost, pointed to the now almost-gone figure of Akane before saying, "She took one of the teddy bear and only gave us this much." The teenager then showed the money in hand which wasn't even a quarter for the price of the toy, in disbelief. Did the woman intentionally steal from them?

Unsure of what to think of the situation, Yong-sun placed the bag of paper flowers he carried onto the counter of the stall before saying, "You take care of the stall. I'll go after her."

As he took off into the crowd, the passing blue lights of a police car made his heart beat slightly faster than it did a few moments ago. It wasn't even the running, Yong-sun knew as he mentally prepared himself to confront the female who had 'stolen' from his stall. The florist didn't get a good look at her but she didn't seem like the fighting-type. But then again, he could be mistaken.

As Yong-sun's heart beat faster, the music that was blaring from the other side of his stall became louder. It didn't help his anxiety level at all. It was as though the fast-paced beat was matching his increasing heart beat.

Just as he caught sight of her, he found himself within the vicinity of the red lobster from before. However, now that he could see it clearly, it seemed more like a red fish which had a female in it who was, just like before, dancing to the beat of the music.

The 'thief' from earlier requested a song and Yong-sun bucked up the courage from behind her to call out, "M-Miss, you can't have that toy. Please give it back or pay the remaining amount for it."

The dance -or atleast her attempt at it- proved to be an efficient attention-grabber as a good amount of onlookers crowded around her. Variety of reactions poured out from her audience, some were entertained, some bursted into cheers, and some plainly casted her judging looks. However none of those mattered. What did was the fact that only a few were actually buying from their shop despite her efforts. Nonetheless she chose to view this as a challenge. She needed to do better!

Harin was still in the process of catching her breath when a lady with a paper umbrella emerged from the crowd. She requested for her to dance to a particular group and Harin was very lucky that it was her motherā€™s favorite: Celeb Five. Her mind briefly flashed back to when she caught the older woman dancing to their music in the kitchen.

ā€˜Wow, good thing momā€™s dance has been engraved into my mind...ā€™

The copper-haired female drew a long breath before bouncing back to her highly-energized self. A bright beam graced her features as Yuna the Tuna brought one fin up to salute, ā€œYes maā€™am!ā€ she cheerfully responded to the lady.

The mascot briskly walked to the music system set up on the side and browsed through her downloaded files for the groupā€™s ā€˜I Wanna Be a Celebā€™ song. It was a struggle; having oversized fins for hands were extremely difficult especially when handling technology. Thankfully the girl somehow managed to do the task and it wasnā€™t long before the stereos piped up with the songā€™s heavy and energetic intro.

Harin rushed back to her position and started to dance. The choreography was fast-paced with lots of sharp movements along with many jumps and hops. Whether it was impressive or not depended on the viewers but Harin was doing her best. The giant fish kept her energy level high above cloud nine as she flailed her arms and flopped around as gracefully as she can. Somewhere right before the song hit its chorus, however, her motherā€™s voice boomed from inside the shop.

ā™Ŗā™«~ Letā€™s get a glimpse ~ā™Ŗā™«

ā€œTHEIF!!!ā€

ā™Ŗā™«~ Of Cinderella Girls ~ā™Ŗā™«

It was like a switch has been triggered inside of Go Harin as a man in maroon zoomed past her. Brown eyes darkened with fury as she briefly let the thief off her line of sight so she could look for a nearby weapon. A moment later and her hands found a large swordfish.

ā™Ŗā™«~ Do you wanna Celeb Five ~ā™Ŗā™«

Blazing eyes locked on to the man in a maroon sweater within the crowd. The fool probably thought he could blend in but he was dreadfully wrong! Harin raised her swordfish over her head and charged towards him like a fuming bull... or giant fish.

ā€œPERISH, THIEF!!!ā€

It would have been an epic scene. A gigantic fish exacting justice on a wretched creature. Really. If only the person she was after was the actual thief and not poor, unfortunate, Yong Sun.

It wasnā€™t contagious, but it did make her sound like a dying frog or a demon. Due to her horrible congestion, neither her father or mother wanted her to work at their stands, so she was forced to wander on her own. Visually, she beat away any sign of sickness with a cushion foundation, but she couldnā€™t beat away the feeling of snot clogging her nose and throat.

Even with the horrible feeling, she still managed to dress way too glamorous for the occasion. Was she meeting with her famous CEO partner, or was she attending a fishing festival? She watched the traditional dancers with interest while her light pink velvet dress glimmered under the vibrant sunlight. The dressed ended a little above her knees with a slightly ruffled pattern, and the sleeves flared out at the elbow. To finish it off was a small v-neck. She thought she looked nice, especially with her nude, open-toed high heels that she could hardly walk in without wobbling like a bike with a flat tire.

Carefully, she walked towards a storefront window and fixed her appearance. She fished a pink lipstick from her white purse. As she pulled the cap from the makeup, she sighed at the tiny teeth marks indented in it. Yesterday, she found her baby sister biting into it like it was candy. After swiping the stick against her lips, she stole a napkin from a food stand beside her and pressed the paper between her lips. A fuzzy, pink shade appeared in the center of the napkin like a tiny heart. Once she was satisfied with her look, she turned away from the storefront and continued down the street.

Was she seeing things correctly? Her dear childhood friend was making a fool of herself. Gasping, she covered her mouth as she watched the fish prance around. ā€œOh gosh,ā€ She muttered as she lowered her arms and crossed them against her chest. She could never fully understand someone like Harin. And that was only due to her constant worry of appearance, and what people thought of her. All she wanted to see when she looked in the mirror was perfection, but that was quite rare, so sheā€™d settle for a mediocre appearance.

All seemed well until yelling filled her ears. Who stole? She glanced around frantically, but all she saw was the fish charging at Yong-sun, who was speaking to someone. The only problem with this, in her eyes, was the swordfish. Not only was it gross, ugly and unsanitary, it was also extremely hazardous. ā€œHey, wait!ā€ She called out as she chased after them. ā€œHarin, youā€™re going to kill him!ā€ She could barely make those words out through her mucus voice.

Unfortunately, she couldnā€™t walk correctly with heels, let alone run. So, her ankle painfully twisted, and she dropped to the ground face-forward as a child would when it was just learning how to walk. Luckily, all she got was a simple scraped knee, but her precious heels weren't so lucky. The skinny part of the heel snapped off when she rolled her ankle. She could only stare in horror as she picked up the heel off the ground. She turned it around in her fingers before using her free hand to cover her mouth. Her face boiled in both embarrassment and anger as she unstrapped the shoesā€™ buckles from around her ankles and pulled them off. She was going to kill someone. She didnā€™t know who, but she would. Would it be Harin, who was carrying the fish? Would it be Yong-sun who provoked Harin? Or, would it be the thief who started it all?

"I will kill all of you."

[div class=textbox][div class=scroll][div class=textbox2] Inho continued clapping and dancing along to the beat of the music when he noticed a women join the crowd and request a song. He didn't initially recognize the song until it started playing, and he was soon singing the lyrics and dancing to himself. By the time the song had started creeping towards its chorus, a man approached the requester and a chain reaction had unfolded.

Within a few moments, the red fish costume set their hands on a giant swordfish and started charging towards the man. The crowd quickly dispersed and Inho moved towards the action to see what was happening. The fish was now towering over the man that he never fully got the chance to get a good look at. A brash voice emitted from the costume, and he realized who was behind the mask.

"Harin?" he found himself saying aloud before rushing towards her. "Hey, stop that! You could seriously hurt him!" he called out to her before jumping between her and the unfortunate victim. He yanked the large fish from her fins and almost considered hitting her with it. To add more tension to the mix, a police officer nearby came to survey the situation. Sweat dripped down his brow as he was much too aware of the situation he was in.

"What's going on here?" the man asked with a confused look on his face. He turned to Harin and didn't seem at all threatened by the situation; he knew her all too well. The gruff man cleared his throat and spoke in an exhausted manner, "Harin, what are you up to this time? I see we've been too easy on you because your brother is on the force. I'm sure he or your mother wouldn't be too happy to hear about this at the police station." Inho lessened his grip on the swordfish and lowered his arms. He knew that Harin wasn't on the best of terms with her brother, so he was sure that she wouldn't take too kindly to the man's comments.

The officer was about to continue before he interrupted him, "It won't happen again, officer." He spoke plainly but tried to be as polite as possible.

He let out a low, exhausted groan and tipped his cap down, "Alright, I hope you're right this time. Keep her in check, Inho." He continued on his way and Inho gave himself the chance to breathe again. He set down the swordfish and turned to the man behind him.

"Are you alright?" a look of concern crossed his face. This time, he had the chance to see who was on the other end of the swordfish's point and realized it was Yong-sun. "Oh, Yong-sun!" Why did it have to be him out of all people to get attacked? His gentle look of concern changed to great worry knowing how anxious he would get. "What are you doing here?" It was a ridiculous question to ask in such a situation but he didn't want to stay too focused on scolding Harin for the time being. Damage control seemed to be the best option in the moment.

He was too distracted to notice that Joo Ni was just beyond them, ready to unleash her wrath and create a scene of her own; and that the requester from just moments before was far gone. . D O V E . D O V E , Makomin Makomin

[div class=mainCon][div class=header]Akane Hyun[/div][div class=contentWrap][div class=scrollWrap][div class=textWrap]Akane had seen the fish, she was pleased. She laughed, until she felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned around, while she turned, a sudden gust of wind proceeded to blow some cherry leaves within her way and made her hair flow. She saw a man, it seemed to be the owner of the previous stall that she visited, "Ah! I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Take back the bear and you can take some cash as well. Also, please accept my cookies as a gift of forgiveness." Akane smiled nervously and bowed, all the while as she saw a commotion happening. She saw the fish tackle a person while another girl tried to stop the fish. Her heel snapped in an attempt to stop the mad fish. Akane was scared and moved away from the commotion. Another man attempted to help the fish be stopped, if she ever was going to encounter the person within the fish suit, she'd be sure to run away and never look at it in the eye.

feeling: panicked ā€ tagged: . D O V E . D O V E & southside. southside.
The florist took a deep breath as he waited for the female 'thief's reply. It was ironic how he initiated the conversation-face off when he himself, was the nervous one and not the other way around. Yong-sun found himself sticking one hand into his pant's pocket. In it, his fingers kept busy with playing with a small piece of paper in it.

Logically speaking, the worst scenario was that the female denied his allegation. But the question was, what was he do after that? The male couldn't assert himself and threatened going to the police. He'd probably pass out before getting a sentence out. On the other hand, he couldn't just let her go for it. He did, after all, worked up his anxiety level by chasing her all the way here. Why is this so difficult?

Though to his (very pleasant) surprise, the female offered up to compensate for the bear monetarily and hand it back. Not to mention, she offered cookies. A small smile was about to surface on his face and he was about to her to keep the money when suddenly, a yell was heard from behind him.

He figured it was someone who wanted to pass his way and he was about to make an attempt to move when he turned around. Song Yong-sun then found himself in a situation that would probably leave a semi-permanent dent in his life-- a red lob- a red tuna fish, holding a swordfish, charging towards him.

The raven-haired male's automatic reaction made him scream in panic before his legs automatically took off, sprinting for the heels, "AAAAAAaaaaaAAaaaAaaaHHHHhhhHhhhHhHhHHH."

It was an actual sight for sore eyes but it only lasted a minute or two with the giant fish holding a long fish, chasing after him, an extremely panicked man. On the topic of fish, he envisioned himself as that small, pink octopus from Finding Nemo who squirted black ink whenever it got surprised or scared.

Luckily enough, a familiar face had stopped the big fish, successfully stopping her from taking Yong-sun's life just before he took his own. Panting hard, the male found his hands leaned against his knees, trying to catch his breath as he willed the tears that were threatening to fall off, in fear to stop.

He didn't realise how panicked he was until Inho's voice chimed into his own thoughts just as the policeman left the scene. It was a good thing because Yong-sun might've actually cried to the policeman about how the big fish was attempting manslaughter, for reasons, he didn't know.

"I...I...I was talking to someone who didn't pay for something and then s-s-she attacked me." Yong-sun stuttered, obviously not settled down from the ordeal. One would think that he went through an apocalyptic episode just as he pointed at the female in the red tuna suit.

Harin was mere seconds away from catching up to the screaming man and she was more than ready to jump at him when she suddenly felt a force whisking the swordfish off her hands. Normally yanking something off her hands would be a challenge (considering her gorilla strength) but today's case was different thanks to the costume's fins making it hard to grip unto something tightly. A myriad of feelings crossed Harin as she locked eyes with one of her childhood friends: Inho. Why was he making it seem like she was the bad guy here? Why was he protecting the thief and scolding her instead?! However before she could even argue, a cop made his way to them and began to tell her off. Yes, things like this always happen to Harin and she's used to being berated by a cop but a particular comment turned her expression sour.

"But I didn't-!" she wanted to yell at the cop. Tell them that she doesn't need her brother's influence or him in general, but Inho jumped in to help her. The female remained silent and clenched her fists in frustration until the police officer walked away from them. From the corner of her eyes, she noticed her mom approaching the said cop and the two of them fell into a conversation.

Harin flung her attention back to Inho and the man in maroon who was now pointing his finger at her. "Inho, why are you protecting this criminal!?" she cried in disbelief, using her right fin to point back at the so-called 'criminal'. At this point the thick crowd which the incident has gathered was slowly dissipating when they (especially the locals) noticed that Harin was involved in the disaster. Needless to say they were somewhat used to her antics. "And you stop making excuses, you asshat! You stole something from our shop, ran away and thought you could blend in with the crowd but you're terribly wrong!" she said as she narrowed her eyes at the stranger.

It was then when Mrs. Go made her way to the trio, eyes fuming with anger as she hit the back of her daughter's head with a newspaper roll. "Go Harin! This young man isn't the thief, you fool! Quickly apologize!" the older woman demanded while Harin let out a sharp shriek both in pain and surprise. Harin stared at the dude she accidentally traumatized with wide and shocked eyes before stammering a "T-T-That can't be-!" which earned her another whack in the head from her mother. She knew what her mother wanted her to do.

With that, Harin carefully lowered to her knees (in a funny manner since she was still in the mascot and maneuvering it was quite difficult) in front of the man in maroon. "I am sorry! Please accept my sincere apology." she uttered while bowing her heavy fish-head. Since the fish costume wasn't fully articulated, however, it only seemed like she was on a push-up position. On the background she heard her mom thanking Inho for keeping his eyes on Harin before moving on to the florist to apologize for her daughter's behavior. Mrs. Go left the scene a few moments later but not before leaving Harin with a death glare.

The copper-haired female remained on the ground, still on that weird push-up position, for an unnecessarily long amount of time. "Umm... I can't get up..." came her small plea for help as the costume was too heavy and wasn't exactly made for laying down on the ground that she couldn't figure out a way to maneuver her way back on her feet.
